Great boutique for my trip in Siem Reap. I really enjoyed my stay — the room was clean, the bathroom was big, Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was very good. The owner was very helpful. I first booked only one night, but after staying, I extended for 7 more nights. I am will promise come back on new year time;

Beautiful location with a lovely pool area. The staff were very sweet, from the receptionist to the tuktuk driver. A great place that made me feel welcomed to Cambodia.

The location is a bit far from town, though of course a tuktuk ride can resolve that -- unless you prefer walking (like me). My room's only "window" actually looked out into the hallway, so that was quite disappointing, the room was rather dark as such.

The property is in a great location but id recommend getting a scooter to see everything around siem reap. We stayed here during our anniversary and a cake was arranged then brought to our room by the night staff. The gent who works nights also made us feel extra welcome checking if we needed anything extra including tuktuk rides

The offering of free pickup is great however despite arranging the time and location, we were sat waiting around 30 minutes in the heat after we were dropped off by the bus. We were told numerous times the driver was on the way, then that he was there, he wasnt. The pool could do with a more regular clean.

We had a mix up with rooms at first but owner sorted the problem for us immediately which was good. The place was clean and had a nice little pool to relax in.

Breakfast was a little limited but was ok. A lot of mosquitos about as they have pots with standing water in. But nothing major to complain about.

Wonderful boutique in my stay before I decided one night stay but I am like this place to much but when am arriving there so enjoy I am extra one more night I am so enjoying to stay with the room I am booked have private bathroom including hot tub hot shower and room supper clean and so quiet and location so nice nearby everything easy to walking around area to by some food or shopping. I am strongly recommend to everyone booking this place.

The location is a little out of the way if one is interested in going to the restaurant area of Siem Reap. However, it is still walkable and it is a great location to bike from both to the town and to Angkor Wat Archeological Park.

In the bathroom one of the lights would continuously flash, not rapidly but still an annoyance. Also, how the bathroom is set up doesn't allow for effective draining when taking a shower

You got pool, room massage, if you want to booking some attraction owners to do for you. I like shoes live in entrance hotel, end walking in hotel with socks or without it. Room is big, bathroom is big too. Good for this money.

Frst night I get better room, with balkoni to street, My room is not free. End half night I'm no slipping from noises for women end children who laud speaking I children screaming close from balkoni. I think is domestic people who live in one part hotel downsters, bat is separated from garden.

Wonderful place of my staying in Siem Reap.

I had excellent communication with the hotel staff prior to my arrival. I was collected from the airport ( the fee was reasonable and clearly indicated to me in advance) I was well taken care of by the most charming and helpful people. It is important to note that there is no lift, outdoor shoes must be removed prior to entering the building, slippers are provided in the room, I just carried my shoes back and forth in a bag and walked around in bare feet. The other extremely important detail is that the only rooms that have actual windows to the outside are at the front and the back of the building. The inner rooms have lockable secure windows to the hallway with very dense curtains. Yes, it's weird for some of us and perhaps even intolerable, but it sure is an extra layer of protection against mosquitoes, so when booking, message the property about windows!. The AC was excellent, as was the WiFi. There was water in refillable glass bottles in my room and it was perfectly fine. I had a small fridge, a kettle and coffee and tea. My room and private bathroom were spacious. A very simple breakfast of eggs, toast, one sausage, sliced fruit, juice and coffee is served in the dining room. Be prepared with google translate to Khmer if you want your eggs cooked a certain way or if you have anything to ask, it makes everything so much easier for all concerned. Reasonably priced fresh meals are served from a decent menu. Again, let the staff know when you might be eating. Though just a few streets away from the old French Quarter with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops, it is advisable to get a tuk tuk, I wouldn't say it's walkable. The hotel is happy to arrange a driver for you. The temples are the main attraction for the region and the official temple zone is vast. The hotel will send you details of tour prices and will supply you with a driver.

Nice room and house, cozy pool area. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really nice and helpful and arranged both airport pick up and drop off and also a driver for the Angkor temples for two full days, our driver Thea was fantastic, highlight of our trip!

It was well located friendly staff

The room size was not as it was supposed to be on booking.com it was far smaller We could have picked a better room at a cheaper price we felt rather swindled but it was booking.com fault

Once we'd got use to the distance from centre it wasn't a bad location. The room was a good size and the bathroom was a good size, ceiling shower worked well, plenty of hot water. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was different. I am vegan and on 2 occasions they did provide a noddle mixture instead of just toast and jam, which was tasty. Hotel supported in acquiring tuctuc for temple sight seeing.

The room was not as described, no balcony or view over the garden. The only window was onto a shared hallway. No natural light, this left me feeling somewhat confined. The room hottub is just a bath, but you would need at least a free couple of hours to enjoy, 1 to fill and another for you to enjoy. Only one small pool, when I booked the blurb said there were 3, it was out the front of the hotel with only 2 chairs, no sun loungers, that is not enough for the amount of guests the residence holds. Not somewhere you could go to relax, but with all the sights and temples at Ankor, this meant we stayed out most of the time.

The room was big, with a balcony. The towels and the bedsheets were clean.

The room, bathroom and the hotel in general was dirty. The fridge and the wall next to it was full of dry coffee and dead mosquitos. The bathroom, especially the bathub, hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The breakfast area was not clean either. We had 2 reservations, 2 nights and 7 nights, but we left after the first 2 nights. The reviews I'm sure are not written by real guests. There are multiple reviews written by "same guest" coming from different countries and of course all of them of 10. This is what I consider a scam.

We liked the pool, it was available anytime. The staff were friendly. The location was quiet.

We weren’t allowed to wear shoes or slippers inside including the hallways and the floors were pretty dusty. The washroom door was blurry but can still see through when someone is in there. For breakfast, you have to let them know what time you want it the next day or else you will wait longer. No options available. It was okay for us but if you want variety of options, this is not the place.

The room was very nice, big and clean.

Breakfast was too expensive for what they offer (with respect to the average prices in Cambogia). Around the hotel there are not many restaurants and services.

the rooms were not made during our 3 nights stay, towels not changed, had to ask for toilet paper roll since no one came and checked the room if we have enough paper, shampoo, etc. Breakfast consisting of 2 slices toast, filter coffee with instant milk and omelette not included and over priced

- a giant bathtub in the room, almost like a small swimming pool, - friendly staff, - very clean, - if anyone is interested, a 4-minute walk is the largest street with boom boom girls, which I didn't know about until my last night.

- relatively far from the city center and pub street - dramatically bad road under the building, it's not their fault but it's a tragedy. These aren't even stones, just broken bricks.

Dany, the hotel owner, was incredibly helpful and kind, even offering competitive rates for visiting Ankor Wat daily with a private Tuk-Tuk driver. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. My bedroom was quiet, private, and the best was very comfortable. I also enjoyed swimming in the pool outside. Thank you!!

The only detractor from my stay was the the shower water did not get hot. Otherwise, I found a gem.

The room is spacious.

The room has few problems as I would like to highlight here: 1. There is no mirror inside the bedroom and only have it in the bathroom as it’s difficult to get ready if someone is using the bathroom. The bathroom lights are very dim and few bulbs are not working too. 2. There was a strong cooking smell coming from the next door property as they running a catering business. The smell is intolerable and all over the bedroom as it enters through the air conditioning unit. 3. The breakfast was very basic with no choice. Just bread with egg and sausage. Which is not in best quality. In general it was not worth it for me because there were other good hotels around for better quality. The location was not a walking distance to city center. The road along the hotel is not clean and dark at night.

Manager was great , he was very helpful. We enjoy our stay very much, he also have drivers available that for a good price they can tour you all day in the temples , they know were to take you and also are flexible if you want to do something else. Our tuk-tuk driver was great. Rooms are good and personnel is great. Definitely a good place to stay. Location close to eveything

The managers and the staff are very kind and helpful with everything. Got me a sim card and early breakfast prepared at 4 AM in the morning so I had sth to take with me for an early sunrise temple tour. They were very friendly and I even got a free room upgrade. There is a small nice pool outside the hotel and the rooms are very big and the beds very comfortable. The surroundings are quiet.

Everything was fine :) nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel and the rooms are not very soundproof and the reception could have longer opening hours, you still find a staff member anytime around. So good for the money. Somehow this hotel is hatd to find for tuk tuk drivers, so as a tip, always open google maps before to lead them there ;)

The room was on the second floor and farthest from reception which was great as it limited noise.

The manager when collecting us at the bus station gave us a "hard sell sales pitch" regarding us needing three day Angkor Wat passes. On arrival he sat us down in reception and asked for full payment for our room up front. He then produced a laminated card and again began a hard sell on 3 says of ankor wat tours. Only then were we taken to our room! He had to be asked twice before he came and looked at our Air Con, which wasn't working properly. The Western breakfast consists of four triangles of sliced white bread (not even toasted)a fried egg and a hotdog style sausage.Not very apppetising! The so called swimming pool is little bigger than a bath. We tried to chill the water in our room but the glass bottles provided cracked when they froze as it was set too high.This has apparently happened previously. Don't book if you expect a pool!

David and his family were very kind, accomodating, and helpful. All of them can speak English fluently and this is very important to us to communicate with them effectively. The room is very spacious, clean and I love the size of the bed. If we want to go outside, they were the ones who booked our tuktuk so it is very convenient to us. Our bus is 12:30 in the morning and they allowed us to stay longer and even offered their shower to refreshed us after the day tour. Thank you so much! enjoyed our stay in your hotel! ❤️❤️❤️

Great little hotel in a residential area of Siam reap. The room is very comfortable - AC, bed, and shower are all great. The host family is very warm and accommodating. The location is about a 30 min walk from the center of Siam reap, so you will probably need a tuk tuk to enjoy the market area (they are everywhere). The hotel also provides bikes for use.

breakfast could be better and something was wrong with fridge all the bottles with water has frozen to ice block leading to battles with water being shattered into pieces of glasses. We noticed that fridge was set up for 7 when we changed to 4 but everything in the fridge still was getting freezing to ice. so not sure what is the problem.

I've been traveling in South East Asia for about 1.5 months now, and staying at Angkor Rithy Residence has been the best experience so far. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. The area is a little bit far from the fuss and buzz of the city center, but that's exactly why I booked this guesthouse in the first place. The host, David, and his family are always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. I also booked a 4-day tour around the Angkor Wat area with David. Enjoyed every second of it. The price is very reasonable even for a solo traveler, and I'd recommend doing the same to anyone. All in all, very happy with my stay and will definitely book again in the future!

There was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

The place was very clean and the staff and owners were very helpful. Good swimming pool to cool off after a hot busy day. Moreover, the hotel is located just at a walking distance from the main city. Will definitely stay there if I visit Siem Reap again.

The room was not that clean; the place is quite far from the centre and there are basically no light lamps, so at night it gets really dark; there is no bar and the pool is not like the one you see in the pictures; for breakfast you can only choose between Cambodian and international, which is bread with eggs and some fruit (no other option available)

I've booked many hotels in my life. One or the other hotel exceeded my expectations, or not. I booked the hotel because the very good, attractive photos gave me a good feeling. The first look at the hotel met my expectations. Everything neat and clean. The pool clean and inviting. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Over the week, the contact even became friendly. The staff was very courteous, helpful and always there when I needed something. My room even exceeded my expectations. The bathroom with my own privat pool, the furnishings, the large comfortable bed everything was great and comfortable. From the owners to the TukTuk driver who could be booked anytime, the whole week felt like home. I loved the food, I recommend everyone to try the local cuisine. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for the friendliness of the owners and staff. I will definitely book again when I'm in Siem Reap.
