موقع هادئ مطل على البحر موظفي الاستقبال رائعين خاصة الأخ وحيد فهو كريم وخدوم وعفيف وقام بتنزيل الشنط عن طريق الدرج وجود مطعم ومقهى اطلالتهم جيدة العزل الصوتي جيد الشقق Executive هي الأفضل لأنها في الدور الأوسط ومطلة على البحر وبلكوناتها غير متلاصقة وغير مكشوفة

عدم وجود مصعد لا بد من وجود سيارة لأنها تقع في تلة مرتفعة بعيدة عن الخدمات والمساجد صغر مساحة الشقة مدخل الفندق مباشرة من الدوار وهو غير واضح وقوقل ماب يجعلك تتخطاه وتدخل في شارع مغلق ثم تعود له

We had an exceptional stay at Peerless Villas Hotel. From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. They stayed in touch with us before our arrival and made the entire experience seamless. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with stunning sea and mountain views overlooking the Black Sea. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding—easily one of the best breakfasts we have had during our travels in Turkey. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

Nothing significant to mention. Our experience exceeded our expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

الموظف كان مجتهد لإرضائنا و يعطينا تجربة حلوة بالمكان

كل شي عندهم رخيص وجودته ضعيفة، وكلهم حريصين على كل فلس. مافي مناديل بالغرفة، مافي فرش بالحمام، والجاكوزي وسخ. ضغط الماي ضعيف بالجاكوزي والريحة مو حلوة بالغرفة . الفطور رخيص وما يستحق السعر أبداً. تجربة ما رح أعيدها مرة ثانية.

We were arriving after a long flight, so we wanted to stay at a quiet, relaxing place and did not wish to step out to go to the city. In that sense, the location was perfect for us. The property has lovely gardens, and majestic views of the sea. Very calming!

We loved it. But if someone plans to explore the city and doesn’t have their own car, it can be a drive to and fro. So before booking, check the distance from city center. It’s clearly mentioned.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the place is clean. The restaurant breakfast was tasty and variety of food as a fixed plates with tea

There was some noise from a near restaurant at night, I informed the receptionist and they helped us with another room as an upgrade for free . We enjoyed our honeymoon there

Exceptional Stay at Bella Rise Villas – Highly Recommended Our stay at Bella Rise Villas in Trabzon was truly wonderful. The villas are beautiful, clean, and offer a peaceful atmosphere with stunning views. Everything was well organized and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional customer service. Due to unexpected flight changes caused by the war situation, our travel plans changed at the last minute. The management team was extremely understanding and cooperative. They kindly adjusted our reservation according to the new flight schedule without any complications, which we truly appreciated. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their flexibility and support made a stressful situation much easier for us. الموقع رائع هذه هي الزياره السادسه لي لهذا الفندق الاطلاله رائعه و الغرف رائعه و من اجمل الاطلالات في طرابزون على البحر مواقف سيارات متوفره و الوصول للفندق سهل بعيدا عن الازمات

The staff were good and helpful, the jacuzzi was absolutely beautiful, I liked the food menu they have.

The lighting in the bedroom was low. The water temperature in the shower was hard to control or put on the wanting temperature.

Little thin walls but everything is ok. I like how it’s far from the main street don’t need to worry about my car safety. I would come again most definitely

The rooms are spacious. The staff are very helpful.

The location is a bit remote and up a hill so you can’t walk.

Hôtel très propre, personnel chaleureux et chambres spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Le restaurant offre une superbe vue sur la mer et le petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux est bon. Très bien situé, à 5 min du centre et 15 min de l’aéroport. Je recommande vivement !

Malheureusement, des travaux plus bas ont légèrement gâcher la belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon.

الافطار كان بسيط وغير متنوع وممل

Very professional staff, location, clean room, comfortable bed, variety of breakfast. I dad a small issue with my room and after taking to the reception they immediately upgraded my room and added free breakfast. Staff in this hotel they make feel like if you own the place not just a guest. definitely will come back.

We liked the food a lot. It tasted good and was well balanced and healthy. We also liked the plants and flowers, they were well taken care of and it was pleasant seeing them everywhere in the hotel area.

Jacuzzi wasn’t included in all rooms despite it being advertised so. There was a loud and messy construction going on right under the mountain, on the road. The road to the building was very steep and not car-friendly. We had to remind them of the extra bed to be brought to the room. Overall there was nothing in the hotel, no gym, nothing to do. It was very isolated and boring. The air conditioner in the rooms were very loud and connected to each other so we couldn’t manually choose which one to turn on or off. After all this, we decided to leave earlier but they didn’t refund us, so we lost 3-days worth of money.

It is a good place to stay in Trabzon, a new hotel with everything that you need, rooms are clean and tidy with daily cleaning and thoughtful and caring personnel. Separate shout out for the breakfast and restaurant terrace with perfect view on the black sea.

المكان جميل وهادئ والفطور متنوع وجيد والمطعم اكله جيد والرسبشن متعاونين بالأخص محمد ...

الكارثة بانو فوق الجبل ولا يوجد مصعد للنزول او الصعود هذا اتعس شي لانو فقد كل مميزاته كونة كاتب بانو قريب على البحر ولا تقدر تنزل للبحر الا بسيارة اجرة لأي سبب كان بدك تعمله خارج الفندق ... بجد شي مزعج جدا عدم وجود مصعد او تخصيص وسيله نقل مجانية للنزول والصعود من وإلى الفندق والماء الي يستخدم في الحنفيات والحمامات خابط وغير مفلتر وغير نظيف في بعض الغرف

The location of the hotel is at the side of mountain, so you are isolated from the world, no market, no restaurants, and no taxis

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The place is clean, comfortable, and the service is outstanding. What truly made my experience special was Kubra’s kindness and professionalism. She was always smiling, very helpful, and made everything much easier during my stay. I truly appreciate her efforts and the entire hotel staff. Highly recommended!

Very comfy and we loved the jacuzzi, Mr Nawid was a great help

ليس جداً للعائلات الكبيرة لأنه كل غرف كانت في وحدات منفصله تتطلب النزول والطلوع بالدرج حتى تنتقل للاخرين والمطعم يحتاج نزول وطلوع

The hotel site was great and amazing at the top of the mountain, and the view from the balcony is the amazing open sea view .The staff were very polite and friendly and speaking English fluently, especially Nawid ,Mohammad, and Fatih.They helped us and always supported us with all our needs. The breakfast was exceptional as everything was there, especially 5 different types of honey, and the view was amazing, and people working there were very nice. Sitting in the balcony after sunset was excellent and amazing. The villa consisted of a big master room and a big living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The ladies there clean every day, and the villa looks always like brand new. NEXT TIME I WILL BOOK ONE WEEK .

الأثاث أصبح قديما ويجب تجديده والاهتمام به خصوصا دورات المياه حيث أن الغرفة التي سكنتها كان الشطاف متعطل ودش الاستحمام كان مفكوكا وبلغتهم وقاموا بتغييره مباشرة مشكورين وكذلك عليهم الاهتمام بوجبة الافطار أكثر من حيث التنوع

الموظفين والمطعم وموقف السيارات رائع والغرف والتبريد ممتاز كذالك

التلفاز لايوجد فيه يوتيوب او نتفلكس والغرف عازلها ليس بذالك الجودة

المنتجع جميل واطلالته جميلةجدا على البحر يوجد مطعم وكوفي لذيذ اكلهم واسعاره معقوله
