تم طلب زينة شهر العسل مقابل 65 دولار ولكنها كانت مجرد 3 بلالين وبعض الورد الناشف بقيمة لا تتجاوز 5 وفي احسن حالاتها 10 دولار فقط تم ازالتها على الفور لانها سخيفه وخسرنا 65 دولار مقابل لا شيئ

سكنت الفندق اكثر من مره فندق رائع يقع بين الطبيعة ونظافة الاثاث وتوفر المطعم و المقهى وقريب من المدينه وحسن استقبال الموظفين

هناك ريحة داخل دورات المياه سببت لي ازعاج داخل الغرفة وقد بلغت الاستقبال ولكن لم يحدث شيء وهذا سبب عدم راحة

المطعم جيد لكن غالي

موظف الاستقبال اخذ مني 200 دولار لأن عمر الطفل 10 سنوات وقال تعامل كبالغ !! بالرغم من ان سياسات الفندق مكتوب فيها يعامل كبالغ الطفل اكثر من 18 سنة ورفض التفاهم ومراجعة السياسات وقال اذا مو عاجبك الغي وكان حجزي غير مسترد !! مما اضطرني لدفع هذا المبلغ !!

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room felt more like a garage than a hotel room. There were clear signs of dampness and moisture on the walls, and we even found a millipede inside the room. We were traveling with our young child, so this was especially concerning and unacceptable. The breakfast was also very poor. It was exactly the same every single day with no variety, and on one occasion, the boiled egg was dark blue to almost black inside, which raised serious concerns about the food quality and freshness. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or food quality.

المكان نظيف وجميل جداً والفطور اول يوم دلعونا عقب الايام الثانية كان عادي لكن بشكل عام جميل وفي مناطق فعاليات خيول وألعاب للصغار وفي اشجار برقوق جميلة جداً ، احيانا تفوح من البحيرة روائح غير مستحبة

الموقع من اروع مايمكن البوفيه جميل جدا جدا وموقعه على النهر المفتوح خيالي بصراحة والإفطار برغم الوقت حتى الساعة 11 يغلق ولكن لديهم مرونة في الاستقبال حتى الساعة 12:30 صاحب المكان بشوش ولطيف جدا قابلته صدفه وبعد ذلك اكرمنا بمزة لذيذة جدا

مدخل ومخرج المنتجع خطر، خصوصاً في حالة الخروج منه

اقمنا في الفندق 10 ايام , اود كتابة مدوّنه عن طيب الاقامة كان معنا والدي كبير السن وعلى كرسي متحرك ونادراً ما نجد فندق يتوفر فيه جميع مايلزم مثل هذا الفندق. نشاطات كثيره بالقرب من الفندق ولاتحتاج الى سيارة , ومع ذاك تتوفر مواقف واسعة للسيارات. المطعم باطلالة وافطار رائعين , موظفين المطعم خدومين وسريعين ولطيفين وموظفات النظافة رائعات وموظفين الاستقبال , الكل كان بشوش ومرحّب وخدوم , المالك متواجد دائماً ويشرف بنفسه على كل شي ويحرص على رضا النزلاء.

الفندق يقع على بحيرة سيرا كان لدينا حجزان , وقدمت تقييم وهذا الثاني 🤩 خلال 10 ايام رأيت الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وقص الاشجار ورش المبيدات اعجبني المكان والموظفين جددداً

الموقع و الهدؤو و الجمالية و النظافة ابداع يستحق الإعتماد اضافة للمطعم الذي يقدم الافطار صراحة و لا غلطه

لا يوجد ما لا يعجبني صراحة و اكون ظالم اذا قلت هناك شي لم يعجبني

كما هو معتاد في جميع الفنادق إذا تم اضافة الفطور المجاني يكون كل ما هو مقدم مجاني في هذا الفندق تم استغلالي عند طلب عصير وفي اليوم الاول لم يطلب مني مسؤول الضيافة أي مبلغ وفي اليوم الثاني بعد الانتهاء من الفطور اتفاجأ بالموظف يقول حساب العصير لليوم هذا فقط ويتواصل معي الاستقبال يطالبني بسداد المبلغ لليومين وكان المبلغ حوالي 100 ريال سعودي !!!!! عصير برتقال بهذا السعر …….. *لماذا لم يخبرنا قبل الإفطار ان العصير غير مشمول بالإفطار المجاني ف اليوم الاول لماذا هذا الاستغلال …..!!!!!

استغلال العميل واستغفاله بعمليات احتيال ودفع مبالغ بعد تقديم الخدمه دون اخبار العميل بذلك إلا بعد توريطه بمبالغ

طلبنا تغيير الغرف اكثر من مره لانها مجاوره لاعمال البناء الموجوده في الموقع يعني وقت الصباح ما تقدر تنام اذا انت نومك خفيف وبرضو احد الايام انقطعت المويا وما بلغونا وما رجعت الا بعد ساعتين تقريبا. الغرف نظيفة والاطلالة جميله وفطورهم جميل

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hayal Vadisi Hotel. What made our experience exceptional was, above all, the professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality of the entire staff. We encountered a very minor issue with our room, and the team responded immediately by offering us a room change without hesitation. More importantly, they continued to show exceptional care and attention throughout the rest of our stay. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Şenol and Mr. Yaşar, who greeted us every day in the restaurant with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. Olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğimiz tek konu, otelin çevresinde devam eden inşaat çalışmaları nedeniyle gündüz saatlerinde zaman zaman inşaat gürültüsünün duyulabilmesiydi. Bunun otelin kontrolü dışında bir durum olduğunun farkındayız. Ayrıca gün içerisinde otelde uzun süre vakit geçirmediğimiz için bizim açımızdan önemli bir rahatsızlık oluşturmadı ve genel konaklama deneyimimizi olumsuz etkilemedi. The only minor downside was that some construction noise could occasionally be heard during the daytime due to ongoing building work in the surrounding area. We understand that this is entirely beyond the hotel's control. Since we did not spend much time at the hotel during the day, it was not a significant inconvenience for us and did not diminish our overall experience.

The hotel is located in a valley around 12 km from the city of Trabzon. It is relatively remote, a very quiet and serene place, which is not touristic (especially not in the high season, exactly what I was looking for. I had an idea that I was the only guest at the hotel during my whole stay. It has a great restaurant with fantastic food for modest prices, which is reasonably popular with the locals who come to the valley for day, but it was never crowded. During the breakfast (so abundant that I didn't even need to have lunch) I was mostly the only guest. The suite including bathroom and balcony were spacious and very clean, everything is new, the rain shower is great and so is the bed. I can not think of the better "value for your money" option in the region for a comfortable stay. The receptionists at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, have arranged a taxi for a day tour in the city with a very polite and friendly driver for a more than a reasonable price. Hotel transfer was EUR50 (price notified in advance), but it was a luxurious Mercedes minibus, so it's understandable.

"Expectations management", as the hotels here are mainly oriented at the guests from Arabic and thus Muslim countries: Being half-Turkish, I came to this region to experience "the authentic Turkey". This is quite a conservative and religious part of the country, very different from Istanbul or Turkish Riviera. Around 6 am there is a call for a morning prayer at a mosque nearby. No alcohol is served at the restaurant (both not a problem for me). Some of the receptionists speak a bit of English, but most of them hardly do, so my (limited) knowledge of Turkish helped a lot. The restaurant staff hardly speaks any English at all, while the menu in English is available. Being at a remote place you either need to rent a car or to call a taxi (around EUR18 one way to Trabzon center). I also wanted to go to the Main Square Hamam, which was closed for the reconstruction while at the hotel I was told it was open. So I went to a spa at a hotel in the center (Yol Is Holiday 4*), hamam+massage for EUR40 are highly recommended. Finally, unfortunately it is not a place for women travelling alone: one of the restaurant workers was hitting on me and suggesting that he could drive me around and keep me company as "a friend", I guess he got a wrong idea that, being alone, was "looking for something". The same evening at 9 pm I was called in my room and woken up with a question "Are you coming?". I was so displeased, that I didn't even want to eat there anymore. I thought he was the one who disturbed me, complained at the restaurant, some calls were made and they "found out" that it was the reception that called me (?!) Noone, except for the female receptionists whom I told about the incident, even cared to apologize for the inconvenience.

Locatie was perfect. Personeel in het restaurant was echt top en aardig. Het ontbijt was super lekker en heel veel we kregen het nooit op.

Niks viel me tegen alles was super een aanrader dus

Чистота, джакузи, вид из окна, камин. Шикарные матрас на кровати. Все супер, очень рекомендуем. Турецкий завтрак - выше всяких похвал.

Почему-то не было зубных щеток и пасты.

Breakfast and location both were amazing. the room along with the washroom was very spacious. The view outside was amazing at daytime. Our heater wasnt working the first night we came so the staff was kind enough to shift us to another room at midnight.

The room and toilet were clean but you could easily spot big spiders and webs on the ceilings. The location gets very quite and spooky at night especially soon after the sunsets because of which we had to return to our hotel before sunset. There are 3 restaurants and one cafe nearby in which the hayel vadisi restaurant and Villa park restaurant is worth trying. Every other location needs to be accessed by car.

We loved Hayal Vadisi, their warm and generous hospitality is exceptional!

I had a great stay at Hayal Vadaisi Hotel. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again.

نظافه الأوتيل و الأثاث مما يجعل الضيف في راحه تامه ، تنوع الإفطار و تقديمه بشكل تركي كلاسيكي رائع ، وسع المكان و تصميمه بشكل عصري رائع ، كانت الاقامه جميله و موفقه ، و شكرا خاص للموظف الإفطار ياشارج .

تم الاتفاق معي ان عمال النظافه متواجدون على مدار الساعه و عند طلب احد العمال قرب الساعه 7 مساءً لجمع سله المتروكات ، تم الرد لاحقاً ان النظافه يقتصر وقتها فقط في خلال ساعات النهار الباكر .

اولا موقع الفندق بعيد عن الزحمة والازعاجات للي يحب الهدوء والروقان ، وبنفس الوقت اذا معاك سيارة يعتبر قريب من جميع اماكن الخدمات والاسواق ، يعني ميدان طرابزون تقريبا يبعد عن الفندق مسافة 15 دقيقة ، الفندق جميل واطلالته على النهر وفيه مقهى ومطعم ، الغرف جدا جميلة شخصيا اخذت جناح بجاكوزي وكان قمة الفخامة والراحة ، للامانة استمتعت جدا بالاقامة وانصح بالاقامة فيه
