Accueil froid. Lieu pas chaleureux. C’est vraiment dommage. L’annonce vante une vue sur les montagnes qu’il n’y a pas (ou plus).

Lage ist praktisch. Gute Restaurants in der Straße. Sauber. Es gibt einen schattigen, ruhigen Gemeinschaftsbereich.

Einrichtungsstil ist geschmackssache. Hilfe des Personals beschränkt sich auf das Mindeste und ist nicht sonderlich offen. Wir haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

The most cozy and authentic hotel, it felt like we were living in a Chinese drama. The decor was extremely beautiful, not to mention the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they even reached out to us in advance to plan our trips and tickets and answered all our queries. Tianmen Mountain is located just a few minutes away. Best part of this hotel is the dog that keeps bringing us his toy to play, I almost couldn't bear to leave :(

The location and rooms were good, and the staff were helpful overall. However, the room did smell strongly of smoke, and the walls were quite thin, so noise from other guests could be heard. There are also many floors, so it’s worth avoiding the upper levels if you’re less active.

Отель в китайском стиле, одна ванная комната, где душ просто проделан к стене. Очень простенько. Комнату дали нам этаже, в отеле нет лифта. Хорошо что мы останавливались на одну ночь. Очень слышно пролетающие самолёты. К отелю нельзя подъехать, он на пешеходноц улице. Найти отель сложно, описание бупинга не соответствует.

Персонал очень дружелюбный, оказывали любую необходимую помощь. При заселении подарили подарки со всякими вкусняшками. Номер был чистый, большой и уютный. Расположение отеля очень удобное - 5 минут до канатной дороги на гору Тяньмэнь, вокруг много кафе и частных продавцов.

В марте было достаточно холодно в номере, но это было некритично, т.к. персонал предоставил тепловую пушку.

Beautiful Chinese style, staff extremely helpful, organized all tickets for me

This was my favorite hotel from my entire trip to China. The room was incredibly beautiful, featuring elegant wooden furniture and stunning wallpapers. The bed was very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. They even provided a complimentary car pickup from the train station, which was a wonderful touch.

La ubicación es ideal para subir en teleferico a la montaña, y cerca hay muchos restaurantes locales.

Es un hotel sencillo y es un poco complicado de encontrar.

The staff are amazing here as they had messaged to offer tickets to the park and canyon, so everything was done before our arrival. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The location is perfect, near all the restaurants and walking distance to the cable car station and bus station. It's down the main alleyway to the right as the line of restaurants finish. Keep walking down with your back to the cable car station building and keep looking to your right, you will see the sign for it down a little driveway. Cabs stop on the main road and then it's about a 5 minute walk.

Great location near base of Tianmen cable ride. The facility has very unique style rooms. Room reminds me of like a tree house with its own charm.

Beds were very hard. Stairs to rooms on 2nd floor is very steep, not recommended for elderly folks. A bit hard to find, since in an alley way, but Hotel sign is in English. Amap lists hotel under ‘Butterfly Love Flower”

La ubicación, la chica de la entrada era un encanto. Nos explicó todo muy bien y hablaba inglés. Nos subieron las maletas!

Tenían mucho interés en comprarnos las entradas por lo que deducimos que se llevan comisión aunque a nosotras no nos salieran más caras pero la insistencia no nos gustó. No tenía ascensor el alojamiento.

Cerca del teleferico para subir a la montaña de tianmen y de tiendas y restaurantes, pero al estar al fondo de la calle no se oye el jaleo. El hotel tiene mucho encanto y esta muy limpio. El personal no habla ingles pero hacen por comunicarse.

La ducha no tenia mampara y se moja todo.

Las escaleras para acceder a la habitación con maletas es complicado.

Fantastic location, alleyways with restaurants, massage etc on the doorstep. 5 minutes from the main gondola to Tianmen Mountain. Easy access to DIDI and Taxis to travel further from town, the national park gates, caves etc etc.

La ubicación es excelente porque está muy cerca de la estación del teleférico para subir a la montaña de Tianmen, a pocos minutos caminando. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias.

Lo único un poco incómodo es cuando te toca una habitación en un piso alto (4to piso) y llevas muchas maletas, ya que no tiene ascensor y la escalera es un poco estrecha. Pero esto es una cuestión de poca importancia frente a todo lo positivo del hotel.

This was a lovely hotel, opposite the Tianmen mountain cable car, tucked just off an alley with lots of restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and very good value for money.

Loved the layout of the place. The room was very tasteful. The staff was very helpful. Had a minor issue with DiDi and the solved it. Location is great. Walking distance to cableway, many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Loved the place.

The hotel staff is so cute and nice. The hotel has real Chinese ambiance, rooms look great and its comfortable, location is exceptional, 1-2 minutes walk to Tianmen Cableway station. Street is full of restaurants, there are several supermarkets near hotel. Guy on reception desk offered us to try very expensive Chinese tea, we were surprised of his nice gesture:) Thanks for such a great experience staying in this hotel.

There was no hand soap in bathroom:/ we used showergel instead. But I see this is very common in China not having hand soap

Il bagno, purtroppo la doccia era sprovvista di vetri e/o tenda per contenere l’acqua mentre ci si fa la doccia. Inoltre la non presenza di ascensore rende molto difficoltoso l’accesso alle camere soprattutto con le valigie!

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto strategica ed è arredata con uno stile tipico del posto, questo lo rende molto affascinante. Il personale era molto cortese e di supporto .

Average hotel in a very touristy area close to the Tianmen mountain cable way entrance (hence a lot of hustle around with restaurants and sellers of hiking equipment). The hotel has everything you need for a short stay.

WiFi doesn't work properly, staff doesn't speak any English (except for one person who did the ticket reservations for the national parks - the service which is actually obsolete cause you can easily do it yourself via trip.com). The shower is not a proper shower with a cabin but rather just there next to the toilet - not really comfortable for use. Location is good for Tianmen mountain and airport, but not for the train station (the West one with main connections) or national park - prepare to spend a lot of time and money on taxis.

The hotel definitely gives the vibes of traditional Chinese architecture and it is a nice change from the usual Western hotel chains. The hotel is really close to the Tianmen cable car, so it is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

Due the fact that the room was quite small, the air conditioner was placed directly in front of the bed, so the air flow comes too strong and can get sick quite easily.

The accommodation was in a very good location, close to the entrance of the cable car and near plenty of street food options. They also organized tickets for all the attractions, which was very convenient for us.

It was quite loud during the night — we could constantly hear planes and noise from the neighborhood.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The location is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and the entrance to the Tianmen mountain cable car is just around the corner. Rooms are well taken care and clean. Staff is so helpful with recommendations about where to eat and where to go. I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Zhianjianje!

Good location, close to Tianmen cable car and the airport. Nice pedestrian street with lots of good food.

We didn't recieve the specific address of the hotel, even when asking, which made it hard to find. We only got instructions to tell a taxi driver, but seeing as we took the bus that made it difficult for us to find the hotel. Before we arrived the staff pushed tickets to the national parks on us, even when we politely declined.

It was conveniently located directly opposite to the chairlift entrance. Also conveniently located in the street full of restaurants/street food/grocery mart.

It was hard to locate the Inn at first as GPS just ended in no where of the small street.
