Well obviously as everybody else comments, it's all about the lady! The hotel has good coffee and is 5 minutes from the main night restaurant street (don't miss Little Bear restaurant if you're vegetarian or like excellent food) that leads to the cable car station for the Tianmen Mountain. The hotel is nice, clean and comfy and she will provide ALL the details for fantastic days out including maps. A REAL bargain. Ok, her name....... Jenny

Buona la posizione, Jenny alla reception molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha assistito nelle prenotazioni delle varie attrazioni.

La proprietaria Jenny è molto disponibile: ci è venuta a prendere alla stazione come servizio vallet compreso nel prezzo, ci ha preparato delle uova al mattino nonostante l’hotel non offra la colazione in quanto ci alzavamo molto presto per un’escursione…La posizione è buona, a 10min a piedi dalla funivia della monte Tianmen. La struttura offre il cambio salviette tutti i giorni.

Non è un vero hotel è un affittacamere: si ha una camera da letto con bagno in camera nella struttura dove vive la famiglia proprietaria. La hall non è vivibile come nelle foto, perché è come il loro salotto di casa. Il punto debole però è l’insonorizzazione assente delle camere, si sentono tutti i rumori in strada e sulle scale.

The location was really convenient. It was a short walk to Tianmen cable cart. Plenty of local restaurants and tourist pubs around the area. Really short ride to the railway station. Room was large and clean. Jenny was an excellent host. Very personable and eager to help. Will recommend and stay again if I ever revisit Zhangjiajie.

La ubicación es perfecta y la habitación súper cómoda con todo lo necesario para la estadía, pero lejos lo mejor, es la atención de jenny! Que mujer mas simpática e increíble es ella! Atenta siempre para ayudarnos, su carisma hace que todo sea perfecto, además habla inglés muy bien! На любые наши вопросы она отвечала практически сразу и всегда была готова помочь. Номер был просторным, современным, с хорошим ремонтом. Всё было очень чисто, а в номере имелось всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельно хочу порекомендовать покупать билеты в национальный парк, особенно в горы Аватара, именно через Дженни. Через неё билеты стоят дешевле, чем на многих онлайн-площадках, а самое главное — при необходимости можно изменить время посещения и даже вход в парк. Для нас это оказалось очень важно и действительно выручило. Например, при покупке через Trip.com билеты обычно привязаны только к одному времени и одному входу, изменить их гораздо сложнее. Я искренне рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку. Здесь вас встретят не просто как гостей, а с настоящей заботой и вниманием. Мы обязательно вернёмся снова! Jenny was fantastic throughout our stay. The weather wasn’t great, but she kept us updated on the conditions at Tianmen Mountain and gave us helpful advice. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the park entrance, and the room was clean and comfortable.

La ubicación y el personal, las instalaciones también estaban muy bien, todo moderno, la dueña es muy amable y muy atenta y dispuesta a ayudar con los tour e informaciones que realmente se necesitan para ahorrar tiempo y tener una idea.

El baño estaba bien, pero la ducha esta pegada al wc y al lava manos, por lo que al tomarse una ducha queda todo mojado, lo cual dificulta el entrar después a lavarse los dientes o usar el wc sin que se te mojen los pies.

Absolutely incredible host! So kind and so helpful. Picked us up from the station for a very reasonable price and when we got in explained everything to do in the local area and even helped us book activities with a discount. Let us do laundry for free and gave us free bottles of water everyday. 100% recommend! To top it all off the room is fantastic <3

El alojamiento estaba bastante bien, sobre todo por el precio pagado. La habitación era amplia. La chica al ver el equipaje nos puso en una planta menos porque no había ascensor. L’hotel si trova a circa 8min di auto dalla piazza principale, 10 minuti dalla Tianmen Mountain e nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile trovare un market ed una farmacia. La struttura è bella e le camere sono situate su più piani a cui è possibile accedere mediante le scale (no ascensore). Le stanze sono bellissime, la pulizia è ottima e viene effettuata quotidianamente. Jenny è fantastica, parla benissimo inglese e ci ha assistito fin dal momento della prenotazione, acquistando per noi anche i biglietti d’ingresso al National Forest Park e Tianmen Mountain e consigliandoci i sentieri migliori da percorrere. Inoltre, dopo il checkout ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in hotel per poi riprenderli nel pomeriggio. Grazie Jenny!!❤️

Jenny, la dueña, es excelente. Estuvimos solo un día, pero si atención fue magnífica. Nos orientó a cómo subir a la puerta del cielo, compartió varios mapas y explicaciones que nos dieron súper útiles! Nos ayudó a subir las valijas al 4to piso por escalera. Siempre a disposición. Una genia. La ubicación conveniente para la puerta del cielo.

Luego de bañarse el piso quedaba mojado y había que pasar una toalla y escurrirla.

За такую цену это вообще лучшее место в городе с лучшей управляющей на свете! Номер - отличный, было все самое необходимое. Но самое удивительное - это Дженни. Людей, относящихся с таким энтузиазмом к своей работе, нужно еще поискать. Дженни помогла нам забронировать тур на Тяньмень, заказала на местном Озоне переноску для нашего ребенка, посоветовала отличный ресторан недалеко от отеля и вообще откликалась на любые наши просьбы, а их было немало, учитывая, что мы были с полуторагодовалым ребенком.

This hotel is a jewel. And Jenni holds the crown. Very close to Tianmen, many super markets and shops around. Modest bu super comfortable room. Just all you need in Zhangjiajie. Thanks Jenni for all the help and going out of your way to organize my tour, find my gifts and going to find my tea last minute!

It was a bit noisy with planes overhead at night.

This place is a gem as it is clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and supermarket. The place is as advertised and easy to find. The host, Jenny, is a fantastic lady and ever so helpful suggesting places to go and eat. She can also arrange discounted entrance tickets to the Tianmen mountain and Avatar mountain and will also give you a detailed walking guide to the mountains on what to see and which gate to enter etc.

None. However if you are a older person you might want to request for a lower floor as there is no lift in the building

Jenny la proprietaria parla inglese ed è stata davvero super gentile, ci ha prenotato tutti i biglietti e aiutato per gli itinerari per il parco nazionale (che dista circa 1 oretta e mezza con il bus che parte da una fermata a pochi passi dall’hotel) e per il monte Tianmen.

L’unica pecca è che la nostra camera dava su un bar dove gli anziani giocavano a mahjong ad alto volume fino a circa le 23. Per il resto tutto super!

I really liked the room, it had windows all around and a huge comfortable round bed, also rain shower. The location is covinient for the bus station to go over to the National forest park and about 10 min walk to the start point of Heaven's gate trip. The real asset of the place is Jenny! She is so welcoming and energetic! I was so confused about getting to places and where can I find the viewpoints I want to visit. She sat down with me and explained everything, gave me maps and booked all the tickets for me. In 20 minutes she gave me a full 5 days itinerary, which was amazing! Definitely recommend it!

La ubicación es muy buena, a poca distancia andando de la entrada principal del parque, lo que es una gran ventaja por la mañana. Destacaría especialmente la atención de la chica de recepción, que explica todo con mucho cuidado y detalle (incluyendo las entradas al parque) y además, si tienen disponibilidad, hacen upgrade de habitación sin necesidad de pedirlo, lo cual se agradece mucho. La habitación es muy grande, espaciosa, bien equipada y muy limpia, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda.

Como punto menos positivo, al ser una habitación tan amplia, resultaba un poco fría, aunque probablemente también influía el clima de la época. En otras condiciones puede que esto no sea un problema.

Jenny is a wonderful host. She puts a lot of heart into making her guests feel cared for. She's perfectly prepared to meet the expectations of Western tourists. She was a great help in organizing our trips, providing advice, and helping us resolve various issues. The property itself is beautiful, modern, well-located, and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Хочу сказать Дженни большое спасибо 👏🙏❤️, невероятно милая отзывчивая девушка, нас встретила из аэропорта , заселила быстро и повысила нам номер, в номерах чисто, все есть , на ресепшен есть вкусный кофе всего за 10 юаней , покупайте все экскурсии через Дженни она действительно делает хорошие скидки, и помогает с заказом такси, так же помогла купить билет на поезд и даже отвезла на жд вокзал. 👏👏👏 Отель находиться рядом со всеми достопримечательностями, кафе, рестораны, магазины, рынок, все в шаговой доступности.

Единственный минус это холодно в номере ( кондиционер работает хорошо), окна большие панорамные, но это так похоже везде в Китае,

The room was renovated and clean. Very convenient location to visit everything. But the best part was our host, she offered transfer from the train station , she helped us arranging everything so we can visit all the must spots in Zhangjiajie and she speaks fluent English! Definitely recommend it.

Tout était parfait. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la propreté, des chambres, les attentions particulières de l’hôte qui rendent le séjour magique ! De nombreux activités sont réservable par le biais de l’hôtel à tarif préférentiel , et de nombreux conseils précieux pour optimiser son séjour ! De l’eau distribuée tous les jours, des restaurants à proximité et vous êtes à 15 minutes en voiture de la montagne Tianmen. Franchement, j’ai tout adoré merci Jenny pour votre gentillesse!!

That’s great location to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station- about 10min walks. The owner, Jenny was so friendly and she will be guiding you the walking route from the hotel to the cable car station.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. There was some noise from the street but it personally didn’t bother me.

The service was great! Jenny the host, picked us up at the railwaystation. After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.

Lo mejor de este hotel es, sin duda, Jenny la dueña. Nos ayudó muchísimo con cualquier cosa: colada, restaurantes, compra de entradas, explicaciones de los parques nacionales, etc... Una persona realmente agradable y servicial. ¡Ah! Y habla muy buen inglés!! La habitación es amplia y luminosa, tiene AC/calefacción, la cama es cómoda y el agua de la ducha salía calentiiiisima (hacía frío cuando fuimos). La zona es súper tranquila y se encuentra a tan solo 10min a pie de la estación del teleférico.

Pulita e accogliente, staff molto educato e professionale. È stato molto facile trovare la struttura e le indicazioni fornite dall’host erano adeguate e precise. Il fatto che la direttrice della struttura parlasse inglese è stato molto comodo.

L’unico problema che ho riscontrato è stata la difficoltà di pagare con le carte di crediti occidentali. In un caso abbiamo dovuto dividere il pagamento in sezioni da ¥200 per volta perché ci doveva essere un qualche limite. In generale è stato difficile pagare con Mastercard in tutta la regione

ロープーウエイ乗り場から、徒歩10～15分。ジェニーさんの口コミを見て、欧米系の宿泊客が沢山来ている。ジェニーさんは、観光のアドバイスもくれるし、親切。部屋もきれいで、快適に過ごせた。付近にレストランも沢山ある。鉄道の西駅や空港付近には、ぼったくりタクシーもいるので、DiDiを使いこなせない人は、お迎えを頼んでおくとよいかも。

El personal em va ajudar molt en la visita del Tianmen Mountain i a més s'hi pot anar a peu. Super ben situat i vist el preu inmillorable. Lògicament, no us espereu un hotel de luxe.

La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta, nei pressi di una delle vie principali, a pochi minuti a piedi dall'ingresso di Tianmen e della stazione degli autobus/treni. Jenny, la proprietaria di casa, è una persona davvero squisita: fin dal momento della prenotazione ci ha aiutato ad organizzare le nostre escursioni e a procurarci i biglietti. Durante il soggiorno è stata sempre presente e ci ha fornito tanti consigli.

Jenny è stata semplicemente meravigliosa nell’accoglienza e nell’organizzarmi al meglio la giornata a Zhangjiajie ! Location in città, 15 minuti di DiDi dall’aeroporto, dalla stazione e 10 minuti dai 72 palazzi ! Vicino all’albergo ci sono dei ristorantini per mangiare !
