Cleanliness, location, reasonably new facilities, the owner of the hotel( I think) - the older gentleman, he was very helpful and a blessing.

The young skinny guy at the reception. He was immature and rude. I think he had some kind of complex. He is ruining his father’s hard established business. The older guy however was amazing.

Todo muy bien, personal amable, hotel bien ubicado, habitación limpia y amplia, todo nuevo. Muy recomendable.

Остановились с мамой на две ночи, отель нам понравился! Очень заботливый хозяин, который всегда на ресепшене и готов был помочь нам с любым вопросом, нас заселили на -1 этаж, но нам все понравилось и было очень тихо! Безопасно, на ресепшене можно заказать такси в аэропорт по приятному прайсу, в номере было влажно, но был кондиционер! Остановится на 2-3 ночи чтобы переждать рейс и поселить достопримечательности — прекрасный вариант

The hotel is very good for a short stay, walking distance from attractions. There was some space for kids bed and some toiletries.

The stairs are not comfortable to climb. Happily the reception people helped us to bring some luggage and baby bed, as we were with 2 kids.

Hotel completamente ristrutturato, perfetto con tutti i servizi necessari , luci, prese, frigobar, non c è la colazione ma è presente il bollitore, acqua, bustine del the e zucchero, poi per la doccia flaconcini di sapone e shampoo. E' ben posizionato, in zona ci sono miriade di ristoranti turistici per tutti i gusti, ed è distante circa due chilometri dalle famose attrazioni turistiche , raggiungibile a piedi o con la metro non tanto distante ma la cosa più importante non è vicino da nessuna moschea e il sonno è garantito! Sorvegliato sempre tutto il giorno, La gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Grazie!

Se devo essere pignolo.. Magari si potrebbe aggiungere un attaccapanni perché non presente nella stanza ... e anche nel bagno da mettere un gancetto per gli asciugamani e/o una mensola per appoggiare il necessario per toilette .. perché la base del lavabo è piccola e si bagna.. ma sono solo alcuni miei consigli..

كان بعيداً قليلاً عن المواصلات العامة موقعه بين الشاورع الضيقة ولكن لم يكون مشكلة بنسبة لي لانني كنت شاب لوحدي ولم يكون معي عائلة او كبار السن.

Delux double with balcony was a stretch of the English language. Double yes. Delux definitely not. Balcony too small, one plastic stool, no table, above the big street bins, only good for drying small clothes items. Bathroom were small. One plate, one spoon and one fork for two people.

I requested to extend my stay by one additional night. Prior to approaching reception, I checked Booking.com, which indicated that rooms were available. However, the receptionist initially informed me that no rooms were available. He then offered a rate that was significantly higher than the price listed on Booking.com. When I presented the Booking.com rate, he promptly reduced the price. He subsequently asked whether I intended to pay by card or cash. I indicated that I would pay by card. After a brief pause, he stated that only cash payments were accepted. When I pointed out that he had just asked about payment by card or cash, he did not address the inconsistency and continued to insist on cash payment. I explained that I did not have sufficient cash at that time and offered to settle the payment at checkout, but this was declined. Instead, I was instructed to go to an ATM and return with cash. The interaction appeared to change after I was asked about my nationality, and I was left with the impression that I may have been treated differently as a result. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels, and I have not encountered a similar situation before. This experience was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable. As a result, I decided to leave the hotel. Although I had initially planned to store my luggage there, I no longer felt comfortable doing so and chose to depart with all my belongings. I subsequently booked accommodation at another hotel.

Very clean and rooms all modern, and good value place. Good neighbourhood in old town, lots of places to eat around the corner but in a more local area so you get to enjoy a more authentic experience of istanbul! Quiet and peaceful at night so wont have any trouble sleeping!

Great area and room was quite comfortable. Staff was great and very welcoming. Was here due to a 24 hr layover and would have liked to stay more. Will be back if im in Turkey again.

Only issue was when I arrived in the room, it smelled like someone had smoked in the room which was unpleasant.

we stayed here as two guests and had a wonderful experience. the room was excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. everything felt new, including the furniture, which made the stay even more pleasant. the location is perfect, right in the city center. most of the main attractions are within walking distance, which was very convenient for us. the staff were amazing - very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. the only small downside was that the bathroom was quite small and a bit inconvenient. however, considering the affordable price, we think it is absolutely worth it. overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Curatenie impecabila, totul nou, personal extrem de amabil. Multe restaurante in zona, magazine, totul mult mai ieftin. Cazarea in sine 10+.

Zona nu este cea mai fericita, destul de mult de urcat pana la tramvai. Desi pare o zona mai putin safe, va asigur ca e ok chiar si pentru solo traveler. Gasesti locuri de parcare in zona

Мы уже останавливались в этом отеле в 2024 году и всё понравилось. В этом году всё также хорошо, но есть и неприятные моменты, из-за которых мы в следущий отпуск в Стамбуле, наверно, поищем другой отель. 1. Хороший приём, вежливое общение персонала. Встретили, мгновенно оформили. Проводили в номер без всяких задержек, помогли поднять и спустить чемоданы. 2. Аккуратный новый номер - всё, как на фото. В номере уже не всё такое новое, как в 2025г., но всё же всё хорошо сохранилось. И всё есть - чайник, чашки, чай, кофе, фен, вешалки и шкаф, разная подсветка. Удобная современная ванная, не тесная, ничего не забито, работает отлично. Дали две маленькие воды. Холодильник есть, но надо его включить при заезде - повернуть регулятор холода. Есть хороший кондиционер 3. В отеле очень чисто, хотя если присмотреться, то видна не очень хорошая уборка в номере 4. Очень приятно и стильно всё оформлено 5. С окон 4 этажа открывается вид на крыши и видны мечети Султанахмета 6. В отеле тихо.

1. Мы бронировали за два месяца до заезда, надеясь, что в таком случае цены будут ниже. На самом деле ближе к дате заезда отель уменьшил цены почти вдвое, видимо никто не бронировал. Это было очень неприятно. Также мы забронировали один дополнительный день отдельным бронированием. При въезде мы предупредили, что у нас есть ещё один этот день. К сожалению, отель оказался не готов к такому, и когда подошёл наш дополнительный день, нас попросили переехать в другой номер, но при этом подождать два часа, пока уберутся. Мы хотели пойти гулять по Стамбулу, но вместо этого ходили около отеля и ждали, когда можно будет переехать. Это получилось потому, что мы забронировали другую категорию номера. И персонал не может на это повлиять - в их системе наше бронирование просто появилось с другим номером комнаты. В таких случаях лучше сразу уточнять, мы бы предпочли просто заселиться в один номер без переездов 2. Также при переезде из одного номера в другой мы забыли адаптер для зарядки. Мы попросили сотрудника забрать его из нашей прежней комнаты, но он нам отказал. Непонятно, почему это нельзя было сделать? Если я верно понял, у него не было ключа от комнаты. Но это же нонсенс. А если бы мы забыли там паспорт или что-то важное? У нас был самолёт через три часа из Стамбула и мы не могли ждать следующего дня, как он нам предложил. 3. В нашей комнате было два мертвых насекомых у чайника. И это после уборки. Также у чайника отваливается крышка. 4. Нет крючков в ванной комнате - некуда повестить одежду 5. Воды маловато. Лучше 2 бутылки по 0,5. Но лучше мало, чем вообще нет. 6. У чайника не работает кнопка выключения и отваливается крышка. Опять же, хорошо, что он вообще есть и работает. 7. До сих пор приходит сообщение на почту с просьбой поставить отелю 10 баллов на букинге и написать хороший отзыв. Это унизительное попрошайничество.

スルタンアフメトの中心地からクムカプの駅の目の前にありアクセスが良い。 内装が新しく水周りも清潔感あり。

外から帰って来た時、ホテル入口のドアがロックされており、ドアをノックしてフロントのスタッフに開けてもらわなければならないことが2回あった。

We hadden een aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf in Ninova Boutique Hotel. Leuke straatjes met restaurants vlakbij. Ideale locatie vlakbij de te bezoeken highlights. Een rustpuntje in de drukke stad.

Doskonała lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, dostateczna ilość miejsca na ubrania, porządna łazienka, gorąca woda od razu (nie trzeba czekać 10 min, żeby spuściła się zimna), estetyczny wystrój, dobry internet, pomocna obsługa, bardzo dobra relacja cena-jakość.

We had a problem with the taxi driver who tried to overcharge us, and the hotel owner and receptionist came to our defense. They are good people. The hotel is lovely and clean, as is the room.

Die Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt. Fußläufig war alles zu erreichen und ein sehr fairer Preis.

Die Ausstattung ist leider etwas "heruntergekommen". Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, aber leider dieses nicht erhalten. Neben dem Hotel ist direkt eine Moschee.

This hotel is located right at the one lane train station, so really handy with transport. Walking distance (20mins) to the bazaar and Sultanahmet. Staff were kind at the 24 hour reception. They replied promptly to WhatsApp messages. Our room was nice, recently renovated. Comfortable double bed with a small terrace (with a table and two chairs. A view to the port.)

There is a minarate next to the hotel which wakes you up at 5am to pray 😃 No window but a sliding door to terrace.

Номер на 4-ом этаже, нет лифта и винтовая лестница. В душе вода не стабильная, то идет холодная, то вообще перестает идти. Балкон выходит на улицу где постоянно что грузят.

Si estás buscando y no sabes dónde ? Te voy a explicar las razones por la que debes dormir aquí : 1. Cerca de estación de tranvía , al frente . 2. Frente al mar , tiene una azotea que puedes disfrutar la vista 3. El cuarto que rente fue una matrimonial y muy limpio y ordenado 4. Te dan cafetera para hervir agua para el café en el mañana , tiene nevera también 5. Cerca de restaurantes , minimarket y sobre todo está en un buen lugar para hacer compras como ropa , a buenos precios , encontré nuevos jeans pantalones a 4 euros !!! 6. El sonido de la mezquita no llega a los cuartos , bueno al menos en el mío estaba en el 4 piso y no se escuchaba .

Las almohadas son muy gruesas , así lo sentí yo . Mi cuarto era en el 4 piso , entonces luego de un día largo de caminar , va ser deporte subir , pero está bien . No tienen ascensor .

Molto accogliente

The location is about a 10-minute walk from the center, but part of the way is uphill, so be prepared. 😂 If you prefer to avoid the hill, it takes around 15 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is not an issue. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom looks nice at first glance. Slippers and clean towels were provided.

However, cleanliness was a problem for me. I really dislike seeing a used toilet paper roll instead of a new one, and unfortunately that was the case here. I also found someone else’s hair stuck to the bathroom door upon arrival, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. 😅 The shelf in the shower is rusty, and there is no proper place to put a toothbrush or toiletries, so I had to improvise. Even a simple plastic cup would make a big difference. There was dust above the bed, the floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, and I didn’t notice any sign that the bathroom had been disinfected. Also, just as a note for future guests: there is a mosque right across the hotel, so you will hear the early morning call to prayer around 5 AM every day.

Notre arrivée a jeté un froid sur le reste du séjour. Via la messagerie, l’hôtel me propose un transport depuis l’aéroport à l’arrivée et lors du départ pour 95€ (à payer en cash évidemment). En regardant les prix sur internet, les transports tournent plutôt autour de 80€ , mais je décide quand même de prendre un transport via l’hôtel pour être sereine. À l’arrivée, j’explique que je peux payer en livres turc, la monnaie locale, et le réceptionniste de l’hôtel me réclame alors soudainement 5200 Lr (donc plutôt 100€). En même temps, je vois une affiche derrière lui qui propose un trajet aller pour l’aéroport à 2000 Lr !!!! Je demande donc pourquoi l’aller retour ne me coûte pas 4000 Lr au vu de ce qui est affiché, il me répond que ce qu’on a réservé c’est un transfert et pas un taxi (????) . Il parle très difficilement anglais donc la conversation est compliquée. N’ayant pas dormi de la nuit et ne voulant pas faire d’histoires, je décide de payer les 5200 réclamés. Au moment de lui donner les billets je lui dis que je ne suis pas sûre de la somme et que je veux recompter mais il le fait pour moi et me dit que c’est bon. À mon arrivée dans la chambre, je recompte mon argent et je me rends compte que je lui ai donné 5500 Lr, et qu’évidemment il s’est bien gardé de me rendre les 300 en trop. Bref, ce n’est pas notre seule arnaque vécue lors du séjour à Istanbul, mais quand on séjourne dans un établissement on s’attend au moins à être reçus correctement, surtout que je pensais bien faire en acceptant leur transport. Ne vous faites pas avoir, vous trouverez des transports pour l’aéroport bien moins chers. Pour le reste, l’hôtel est bien situé , la chambre confortable , l’insonorisation est néanmoins inexistante et la salle de bain est moyennement entretenue .

Really good value, with lots of restaurants nearby in a little square area! The room was large and had enough space for luggage, getting ready etc. Shower was also really good! Free water on arrival and tea/coffee facilities!

Bed was quite hard compared to UK standards & for main attractions it was a little far out - but complete manageable unless you have mobility issues!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist nicht sehr alt, aber bereits heruntergewirtschaftet. Es findet keine professionelle Wartung statt, Reparaturen werden mangelhaft ausgeführt. Eine durchgebrochene Bettauflage wird behelfsmäßig mit einem eingelegten Brett abgestützt. Das gelockerte Türschloss wird in meiner Gegenwart so laienhaft repariert, dass ich schließlich selbst den Akkuschrauber in die Hand nehmen musste, um die gelockerte Schlossblende zu befestigen.

Amplasarea e ok și atât!

A fost dezamăgitor. Am avut camera de la parter, lângă recepție. A fost zgomot încontinuu, personalul de la recepție vorbea la telefon noaptea în apeluri video, tare, râzând cu alte persoane la telefon, nu ne puteam odihni absolut deloc. După ora 8 dimineața nu era nicio șansă să mai dormi, venea și personalul de la curățenie la recepție și vorbeau foarte tare, râdeau, absolut groaznic. După un sejur de 5 nopți, am ajuns epuizați acasă, am reușit să dormim 3-4 ore pe noapte. În toate aceste zile nu s-a făcut nici măcar o dată curățenie, nu ni s-au schimbat prosoapele, nu s-a ridicat gunoiul. Eu nu recomand absolut deloc această cazare!

Great little hotel that has everything you need. We thought it was great value for money especially for the location which was opposite a train station and a 15 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and other popular tourist sites. The room was very clean and equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee facilities and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a great pressure. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever in Istanbul.

One of the rooms bathroom renovations wasn't quite finished with missing some small ceiling panels.

Отель новый. Номера просторные и свежие. Тихий кондиционер. Хорошее расположение. От отеля хороший трансфер: по цене ниже через через приложение и при этом Майбах. Есть тапочки, шампунь/ гель для душа

Нет зубного набора (что странно, учитывая что есть шампунь) Фен в номере не работал (попросил на ресепшене запасной, но очень слабый). У меня был номер на первом этаже: и слышно абсолютно все звуки с ресепшена.

Soba je na praktičnoj lokaciji, sve znamenitosti su blizu, jako je čisto i uredno, sve je novo.

Soba je manjih dimenzija. Stepenište je jako usko i nezgodno. Okolina nije toliko sređena, deluje nebezbedno, srećom nismo imali neprijatnosti.

Dall'hotel si può raggiungere a piedi, in una mezz'oretta, il bazar, Santa Sofia, la Moschea Blu e il Palazzo Topkapi. Vicino all'hotel ci sono diversi ristoranti. La camera è spaziosa. Non c'è l'ascensore, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cerca de transporte público, muchos restaurantes alrededor, se puede ir caminando dando un paseo hasta la Mezquita Azul y también hasta el tranvía.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Wygodny pokój, urządzony w spójny i przemyślany sposób. Dobrze wyposażony, czysty, dobre wi-fi, bardzo wygodne łóżko, całodobowa recepcja. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.
