Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et professionnel de Pelayia, la propriétaire/responsable, qui a été très disponible et aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour. Elle nous a toujours aidés avec gentillesse lorsque nous avions besoin d’une information ou d’un service. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne, entièrement neuve et très propre. Elle disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour confortable en famille. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, qui est idéal. L’hébergement se trouve juste à l’entrée du village, à proximité immédiate des rues avec les restaurants, bars et commerces. Il n’est donc pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour visiter le village et profiter de ses activités.
Honnêtement, nous n’avons rien de particulier à reprocher à notre séjour. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’hébergement et de l’accueil.

Very hard to fall asleep and rest in the night. It is noisy- The neighboring venue attracts people until after 3am. Room #3 is the best for noise.

Odamız çok güzel dizayn edilmişti,her bir konuda kaliteliydi.Adanın merkezinde her yere çok yakın konumda.Limana çok yakın,arka tarafında güzel bir beach var.Şehir içi ulaşımdan gezilecek yerlere dair değerli görüşlerini aldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Tatil olduğu için her yer kapalı olmasına rağmen bizim için restaurantları arayıp rezervasyon yaptı. Midilliye bir daha geldiğimizde kesinlikle burada konaklayacağız.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Εξαιρετική ανακαίνιση ιστορικού κτηρίου στην καρδιά της Μυτιλήνης. Ευρύχωρα, καθαρά και φωτεινά δωμάτια. Άψογη επαγγελματίας η κυρία Πελαγία που μας εξυπηρέτησε στη διαμονή μας.
Υπάρχει αντικειμενικά δυσκολία εύρεσης πάρκινγκ στο κέντρο της πόλης αν και η οικοδέσποινα προσπάθησε να διευκολύνει και σε αυτό. Η περιοχή έχει έντονη νυχτερινή ζωή αλλά η ηχομόνωση των δωματίων είναι πολύ καλή.

Otelin ana girişinden ayrı bahçe kapısından özel olarak giriş çıkış yapılıyor. Oda tertemizdi, her gün temizlendi ve havlular değiştirildi. Tv internete bağlı, youtube, netflix gibi uygulamalar var. Otelin sahibi Pelayia hanım çok güler yüzlü, sizi rahat ettirmek için elinden geleni yapıyor. Benim gibi yalnız seyahat eden kadın arkadaşlar güvenle bu oteli tercih edebilirler. Mitilini şehir merkezinde konaklamak istersem yine burayı tercih ederim.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026It is a very comfortable apartment to accomodate. The air conditioning, the shover, the security system is pretty much over the acceptable level. Additionally Pelayia (the owner and the receptionist) is a very good person. She directed and even guided us for eating lunch, dinner and taxi services. I thank her for her precious helps. If any friend of me will ever come to this island for vacation i will direct them to Pelayia. Thanks for everything.

Ev, şehrin tam merkezinde yer alıyor ve özenle yenilenmiş. 3-4 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği kadar geniş, temiz ve konforlu. Birçok yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Özellikle sıcak misafirperverliği, güler yüzü ve her konuda yardımcı olması için Pelaiya’ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Midilli’ye tekrar geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalmayı tercih ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. A wonderful place to stay for a relaxing and memorable weekend in Lesvos. The apartment is beautifully renovated, very clean, and located right in the heart of the city. It is spacious and comfortable enough for 3–4 people, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance. A special thank you to Pelaiya for her warm and lovely hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness throughout our stay. She made us feel truly welcome and at home. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Lesvos and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Dolapta su vardı. Kahve makinası ve kahve,krema vardı. Apartmanın konumu merkezi. Bir daha gelsem kesinlikle burada kalırım.
Konum merkezi olduğu için gece dışarıdan ses gelebiliyor.

Pelayia tesise gelmeden her konuda destek veren ve tesis çıkışına kadar isteklerinize ve sorularınıza sıkılmadan cevap veren çok yardımsever birisi. Teşekkür ederiz kendisine tekrardan. Tesis ve odalar çok temiz. Yatak çok rahattı. Oda içersinde tabak bardak çatal kaşık var. Kapsül kahve makinesi bulunmakta. Araç park yeri bulabiliyorsunuz. Tesis her yere yürüme mesafesinde restoranlara ,limana kordona.
Midillide geçirdiğimiz konaklama çok keyifliydi olumsuz bir durum yok tesisle alakalı. Kendi aracıyla ve kiralık araçla geliyorsanız gps kullanmayın ara sokaklara sokuyor. Tek yapmanız gereken limandan çıktıktan sonra soldan devam etmek yolun üzeri de europecar levos acentesi var sokak başında. O sokak içersinde konaklama yeri. Ayrıca midilli içinde ve adayı gezerken google maps çok saçma yerlere götürebiliyor araç ile dikkatli olmak lazım bir yerde çıkmaz bir yola soktu geri döndük adayı gezerken.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026It was good location. But the light automatically turn on for no reason at 3am. We had the terrible experience and bad sleep for next day early flight. The staff asked us to get the electric card out but it end up we don’t have ac for all the night in summer. Then we request the refund for one night but the onwer refused. Though the staff is willingness to help but the service support was horrible.

Our room was a suite with a balcony; fully renovated with mini kitchen, tv and pull-out sofa. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. Pelagia was a wondarful host gave us reccommendations for breakfast dinner, and beaches.She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - this place s a gem!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Όλα ήταν άψογα, ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και η κυρία Πελαγία ευγενέστατη, χαμογελαστή και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά! 🔝

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Otelde son sabah Üç senedir her yaz mutlaka en az iki kez geldiğimiz güzel ada. Bu sene her geldiğimizde önünden geçip dikkatimi çeken güzel otelde kalma şansını yakaladım. :) Gece eğlencenin başladığı noktada yer alan konumu ile hem feribota hem tavernalara hemde plaja yakın. Mükemmel bir stratejik konuma sahip. Arabasız gelip merkezde yerel halk gibi takılmak isteyenlere öneriyorum. Ama sadece konum mu? Hayır ❤️ Tüm ev sahipleri ilgiliydi elbette ama Pelayia Hanım çok daha cana yakın. Empati yapan kendini bizlerin yerine koyan ve tatilimizi nasıl kolaylaştırabilirimin peşinde. İki oğlum ve eşimle çok rahat ettik. Gündüz plaja akşam çarşıya tavernalara dönüş yolu zaten barlar sokağı otel ile bitiyor. Odalar ve banyo çok modern. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Temizlik mükemmel. Beklentimizin fazlası var eksiği yok. Teşekkürler 🙏🏻 🇬🇷❤️🇹🇷
Bu işletme, sunduğu hizmet kalitesiyle konaklama sektöründe çıtayı gerçekten çok farklı bir seviyeye taşımış. Kesinlikle yeni referans noktam burası.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Great location. Clean and very comfortable property. In the room there’s a coffee machine, in the fridge there are even milk for the coffee. Wine glasses in the cupboard.. In our house we’re planning to renovate out bathroom, and we took the pics of the hotel’s bathroom, it’s really elegant. Every detail is in high quality. And the manager of the hotel is very very kind.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Otel çok merkezi bir kinumda. Gayet konforlu ve hijyenik. Otelin sahibi pelayia hanım çok nazik ve çok yardımsever. Yemek ve gezilecek yerlerle ilgili önerileri de harikaydı. Çok teşekkür ederiz kendisine.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Pela was such a kind and accommodating hostess, she made our stay in Mytillini very nice. We're definitely going to come back. The hotel is truly beautiful and a tranquil heaven in the hustle of the old town.

Sadly there's no breakfast. But there are many decent restaurants nearby.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026otelin konumu tam merkezi bir noktada, akşamları biraz çevreden müzik sesi geliyor ama belirli bir saat sonra kesiliyor. çok bakımlı ve temizdi. iki aile gittik tesis yöneticisinin çok önemli bir hatası sonrasında maalesef diğer aile aynı tesiste kalamadı. yeni bir tesis bulana kadar çok özverili bir şekilde yardımcı olabilmek adına elinden geleni yaptık. insanlık halidir olabilir, samimiyetine inandığımız için herhangi bir puan kırmak istemedik...
