Hotel öncelikle konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Limana,yeme içme ve eğlence mekanlarına çok yakın. Odası konforlu ve kahvaltısı çok çeşitliydi. Merkezde kalınabilecek iyi bi hotel.

Kahvaltı abartıldığı gibi değil çok büyük beklentiye girmeyin.oda arada kaldığı için biraz karanlıktı balkonlu oda değildi.verilen odaya göre fiyat biraz pahalı.

This is 2nd time that we stay in the hotel. The hotel stuff are always polite, so welcoming and also professional. Breakfast is very good. The location is great, it’s in the busy area which is great you can find something to eat or drink or finding somewhere for chilling at some bar&cafe easily, yet it’s quite enough in the hotel room.

Just I can say as advice; there were nowhere to hang our wet towels and our beachwear in our room. It was just in our room I think because I saw the rooms that have balcony and surely somewhere to hang your wet stuff.

Kent merkezinde olup konumu yakınındaki park alanı ve oyltelnicindeki bitki kullanımı insana kendisini hem bir yandan kent içinde hem diğer yandan kent merkezi dışında hissettiriyor. Çalışanlar bir harika her şeye hemen çözüm bulmak için büyük bir çabaları var. Kahvaltısı bu kadar kompakt ve küçük bir otel alanı için Türk mutfağına gayret güzel hizmet ediyor. Peynir çeşidinden, çaya, maydonazdan kumda Türk kahvesine herşey mevcut..

Kendinitiparki olmasına rağmen Midillide hayat akşam 21:00 dan sonra başladığından. Uzak bir köye gittiğinizde arabayla otele dönmek bazen zor olabiliyor.

Konumu çok iyiydi, odamız çok konforluydu, çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Otele yakın bir plaj var, hemen alt cadde zaten restoranların olduğu cadde. Kaldığımız odayı da cok sevdik. Temizlik ve düzen konusunda da çok memnun kaldık.

Odalar çok ses alıyor. Ayrıca banyo küveti alttan su kaçırıyor. Banyo su içinde kalıyordu. İkram edilen su 2. gün yenilenmedi. Ücretli olmasına rağmen minibar eksikleri 2. gün tamamlanmadı. Fiyatı çok yüksek. Son dakika kaldığımızdan mecburen konaklama yaptık.

The Turkish bath was a pleasant surprise!

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel aan de rand van het centrum. Ruime kamers, een goed bed, uitstekende douche. Prima ontbijt, ook mogelijkheid om van een grieks onbijt te genieten.

Kleine parkeergarage en beperkte parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. Op 500 meter openbare parkeerplaats😉

Personnel très pro et sympathique, hôtel parfait en tous points, central, avec parking, petit-déjeuner buffet très bon avec produits frais.

Beautifully restored and retaining the traditional charm. Staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. A great location in the heart of the old town surrounded by many excellent tavernas.

Voor een capucino bij het ontbijt moest er extra betaald worden. Niet aardig.

The staff was exceptional: courteous, helpful, willing to go above and beyond — and I put this to the test because I had a personal issue that they took care of for me. The location was perfect as it is just one street up from the harbor, and the facilities were spacious and yet just the right size room. If I came here again, I would definitely stay here.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread and great position right in town

Η διαμονή μας στο Theophilos ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική και από αυτές τις εμπειρίες που σε κάνουν να χαίρεσαι την επιλογή σου από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, κυριολεκτικά στο κέντρο της πόλης, κάτι που στην πράξη σημαίνει ένα πολύ απλό και πολύτιμο πράγμα: τα κάνεις όλα με τα πόδια. Βόλτες, φαγητό, καφέ, ψώνια, περίπατοι — όλα είναι δίπλα σου, χωρίς ταλαιπωρία. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο: εξυπηρετικό, ευγενικό, διακριτικό και πάντα διαθέσιμο χωρίς ποτέ να γίνεται πιεστικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, πολύ άνετο και διακοσμημένο με γούστο, αλλά και με πρακτικότητα. Μείναμε στη σουίτα, η οποία πρακτικά καταλαμβάνει τη μισή σοφίτα, και αυτό της δίνει έναν ιδιαίτερο χαρακτήρα και ατμόσφαιρα. Θέλει βέβαια μια μικρή προσοχή στο… κεφάλι, λόγω της σοφίτας, αλλά αυτό δεν αποτέλεσε κανένα ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα. Παρότι το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης, δεν είχαμε καμία ενόχληση και καθόλου φασαρία. Ησυχία, άνεση και αίσθηση χαλάρωσης, χωρίς να χάνεις το πλεονέκτημα της κεντρικής τοποθεσίας. Στα τεράστια συν είναι και το γεγονός ότι διαθέτει πάρκινγκ, κάτι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό και καθόλου αυτονόητο όταν μένεις τόσο κεντρικά. Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά στο μέλλον. Ως μικρή πρακτική συμβουλή: αν νοικιάσετε αυτοκίνητο στο νησί, προτιμήστε κάτι μικρό. Οι δρόμοι είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση, τουλάχιστον στο κεντρικό δίκτυο, αλλά ένα μικρό αυτοκίνητο κάνει τις μετακινήσεις και το παρκάρισμα σαφώς πιο εύκολα.

1)The hotel is at a great location, a stone's throw away from the centre of town, restaurants, shops etc and a ~10 min walk from the Tsamakia beach, which is the only real beach Mytilini has. 2)The buildings and courtyard are beautiful, 3)The breakfast includes a great selection of Greek delicacies. 4)Members of staff were pleasant and polite.

1)The hotel is advertised as a "roofgarden / pool bar" and the main reason we chose to pay the very expensive price compared to other facilities in the area was the pool. The pool is tiny which is fair enough but also a)not clean, i.e. full of bugs that the birds swoop down to eat, b)the bar is closed and, there is no music or anything else to make it qualify as a "roof garden". 2) The hotel was mainly manned by 1 member of staff behind reception. There is no bar as such, so despite the pleasant space in the garden where they could play some mild music and serve drinks, e.g. to wait while your partner is getting ready which is not much to ask from a 4 star hotel, the feeling was more akin to "The Shining" as in a ghost hotel which barely functions despite the fact it was full of guests. 3) Even though we booked months in advance and did not have any option in terms of rooms that I recall,, we got the most basic tiny room, perhaps one of the few without a balcony.4) The bathroom door kept getting stuck, 5) The shower worked in fits and bursts, 6) the safe stopped working and we were told to use a pin that did not include the first row of digits, 7) we got 2 bottles of water once in 7 days, 8)overall, even though it is not a bad hotel it's definitely not worth £1000 for 7 nights and I would marginally call their promotion false advertising. 9) To top it all off, when I asked them to book a taxi for the airport I was reassured with abundant confidence that "all taxis in the area accept payment by card" and yet the taxi that picked us up, apart from speeding and overtaking multiple cars illegally, denied payment by card using the classic excuse that "the POS does not work" and we had to to argue with airport authorities who were shouting that we can't stop there while trying to find an ATM machine.

Super nice staff. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast! Quiet and good for sleeping.

The bathroom was dirty. Like really crusty in the shower and moldy. Also the steam room had old towels around.

Ολα ήταν άριστα. Πεντακάθαρο. Πολύ άνετα κρεββάτια. Εξαιρετικό πρωινό - ισως μόνο θα περιμένα ο χυμός στο πρωινό να ήταν και φυσικός, αλλά η ποιότητα έστω και του μη φυσικού χυμού ήταν πολή καλή. Σκοπεύω την επόμενη φορά να μείνω πάλι εκεί.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, κοντά στη θαλασσα (υπάρχει και μικρή πλαζ), κοντα στο καστρο, δίπλα στο κέντρο με τα μαγαζιά, μπροστά σε μικρό πάρκο - χωρο πρασίνου, με θεσεις στάθμευσης, εξωτερικές (στο δρομάκι του πάρκου, με σήμανση χωρών σταθμευσης του ξενοδοχειου) κι εσωτερικές (υπόγειες του ενος κτιρίου με πρόσβαση ασανσερ). Καλη θέρμανση με αντλίες θερμότητας. Εξαιρετικό πρωινό, με σπιτικα φτιαγμένα εδέσματα, αλμυρα και γλυκά. Εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό. Πολυ καθαρό. Ψυγείο μικρό στο δωμάτιο,, χωρις να κάνει θορυβο. Υπερδιπλο μεγαλο ανετο κρεβατι 180 cm. Μπαλκονάκι με θέα στο πάρκο.

Οι υπόγειες θεσεις στάθμευσης θέλουν προσοχη στις μανουβρες, οι εξωτερικές θεσεις ειναι περιορισμένες αν το ξενοδοχείο ειναι γεμάτο. Θα ήθελα να λειτουργούσε η θερμαστρα για τις πετσετες, να υπάρχουν χαρτομάντιλα και μεγεθυντικός καθρέπτης. Το μέγεθος των σεντονιων και του καλυματος του στρωματος να ταιριαζε στο μέγεθος του κρεβατιού περισσότερο.

Ο φωτισμός στο δωμάτιο χρειάζεται τα βράδυα κάποια ενίσχυση.

Olumsuz tek birşey söyleyebilirim, otelin karşısındaki parkta gençler gece çok gürültü yaptı, otel yönetimi bu konuyu dikkate alır gerekli uyarıları yaparsa kusursuz bir konaklama olabilir.

Absolutely everything. And i am not exaggerating. Having spent 1/3 of my life staying in various hotels around the globe, this is one of the few i count in one hand that ticks all the boxes. From the facilities, to the location, the staff, all the way up to the owner!

Impianto aria condizionata di difficile gestione. Assenza di termosifone. Se rientravi la camera, poichè non c'era la chiave inserita. era gelida. Struttura un po' datata. Strano odore sia nella hall che nella stanza.

Çalışanlar herkes güler yüzlü çok memnun kaldır Midilli’ye tekrar gittiğimizde başka otel bakmamıza gerek kalmadı çok beğendik ve memnun kaldık 🌸
