Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Close to city center and super quiet chill alley.
Although we stayed during the national days, there was absolutely no one to help us at the hostel. You could clearly see that the place was left kinda of abandoned. This is not a big thing but TV didn’t work (it said on booking it was working) and the air con everyday threw less and less cold. Bathroom was pretty moldy, as well as the ceiling fan that also had a lot of dusts (clear sign that the room hasn’t been cleaned in a long time). Pillows had a damp smell and some tiny stains that made us feel like they were not changed. Although the person who guided us via whatsapp for everything was very polite, he said he would send someone over to give us sheets and towels, but there was absolutely no sign of life during our stay. Maybe it was a cultural barrier since we’ve just arrived in Vietnam or maybe really this place is not worth it more than 2 days.

Propreté à revoir, on a eu plusieurs cafards dans la chambre, cheveux par terre et autres poussières… Dans le panier de bienvenue il y avait encore des emballages de bonbons déchirés. J’ai été d’ailleurs surprise de retrouver tout ça car au moment de faire la réservation les avis mettaient en avant la propreté des lieux mais ça n’a pas été le cas pour nous. Quelques problèmes de communication avec l’hôte.

Das Zimmer ist dunkel, da es nur über ein Deckenfenster verfügt. Das Positive: Dadurch bleibt es kühl im Zimmer.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Ну честно говоря, печально. за эту же цену сняли отличный чистый номер в другом отеле. Заселили пораньше, без доплат и воспросов, но больше сюда не приедем. Грязно, муравьи, все очень неухоженное, на террасу не выйти, то есть выйти, но не очень хочется. Вроде и номер не маленький, но не уютно. Есть приставка, youtube работает, но батарейки в одном пульте сели, пришлось переставлять туда-обратно.

Quarto muito simples e com falta de limpeza e manutenção, os lençóis pareciam sujos. Fios elétricos saindo da parede, teto e ventilador bastante sujos, manchas na ducha, chuveiro da ducha tem uma pressão impressionantemente fraca, as mesas de cabeceira são pequenos bancos de madeira, tomadas mal posicionadas, lençóis velhos. O pagamento é somente por paypal ou dinheiro que é deixado numa caixa, dentro de um envelope e o troco só chega no mínimo 24h depois (no nosso caso, mais de 24h). Não recomendaria nem voltaria nesse hotel.

Stopped by at 1pm to drop our bags off in our room as communicated by WhatsApp. The key for the room had been left in the door. During our time out (about 4 hours), someone else had been into the room and left another key in the door so anyone could access our belongings. The room itself hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival or in the time that we'd been out. There are stains all over the couch, the bed linen was also stained, the TV didn't work, the air conditioning was leaking and the skylight was also leaking from where it had been raining. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Me gusto mucho el lugar esta cerca de todo, ubicado en el distrito 1. Es muy cómodo porque puedes ir a mucho lugares caminando desde ahí. Pero esta en medio de unos callejones por lo que está aislado del ruido, lo cual te permite descasar muy bien.
Todo de la propiedad está muy bien. Pero cómo se encuentra en un callejón fue muy difícil encontrarlo en el auto, y tuve que caminar con varias de mis cosas porque el auto no podía entrar. Si llevas muchas cosas y vas solo puede ser un poco complejo subir al segundo piso porque no hay staff durante el día.

Расположение прекрасное (я в Хошимине уже раз 11-й), тихий дворик с местными жителями, где они готовят еду и продают фрукты и при этом очень близко ко всем основным точкам города. И у меня был номер с окном и балконом а для моего комфорта это важно.
Звукоизоляция. Очень тонкие двери и если вы любите любить кого-то громко, то это будут слышать все ваши соседи

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025Idealen locatie vlakbij het centrum. De eigenaar was vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar via WhatsApp. Heel fijn dat we de wasmachine en droger gratis mochten gebruiken.
Persoonlijk vond ik het bed veel te hard maar mijn vriend vond het bed perfect. Ook was de water druk van de warme kraan wat laag. Er waren 2 douches dus voor meer water druk kun je de koude douche gebruiken.

Brudne poszewki na poduszki, zgłosiłam od razu i pan z obsługi je zmienił. Brak dostępu do światła z zewnątrz. Małe okno które wychodzi na sąsiedni budynek. Trochę dziwny zapach w pokoju, trudny do zidentyfikowania, ale nie był to zapach pleśni na pewno

Der Vermieter des Zimmers war sehr nett und bemüht! Es gibt Tee zur freien Entnahme und man darf gratis die Waschmaschine benutzen. Der Self-Check-In funktioniert problemlos!

Buen sistema de seguridad de entrada y salida. Buena comunicación con el host. Un plus que tenía laundry!! Y cocina con agua caliente y fría.

- I've stayed in 2 different rooms and the beds were hard as wood - My second room wasn't cleaned, especially the bathroom was dirty. But (!) I got a discount and it has been cleaned the next morning. - It can be noisy. In particular the church bells rang at 4 am and 6 am very loudly, I don't know why.

Mein Zimmer war ein bisschen dunkel, weil ich kein Fenster hatte, aber dafür wurden ausreichend Lampen installiert um es auszugleichen.
