Only 3 member staff.... Individually helpful and good, but fully occupied with catering only to owner's personal guests, which is unjust to other guests. The room was nothing like what was shown in photos... It was in dire need of maintenance/ repairs. It was dirty and smelling of damp fungus. The water from the bathroom tap was murky. The bathroom and the kitchenette needed proper cleaning. The room was basically a metal porta cabin like structure which had the kitchen and the main guests dining area on the roof, causing continuous banging and sliding noise in the room down below, till late night. The bathroom toiletries were incomplete. No toilet roll. The TV was not working.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2024The views were ok, not so exciting but still good. The room was clean and comfortable. Property is easy to reach and is on the main road itself outside of the bustling crowd.
Food wasn't available. They could only serve dinner, nothing on demand. No menu. Power was out for 40+ hours and we were not made aware and had to travel back almost 80 kilometers dropping our booking. Kinda spoiled the mood totally. Not even a provision to charge the mobiles. Visitors are asked to park the vehicles on the road curb which I did not find very safe for my car on a hill road.
