Viable Inn , Mukteshwar - Himalayan View

It was shown as three-star hotel. We understand not to expect luxuries in a three-star hotel. But upkeep of rooms was no up to the mark. Room needed deep cleaning and maintenance. Fixtures in the rooms were wanting maintenance which was ignored. It did not give feel of staying in a 3-star hotel.

Rooms needed deep cleaning and maintenance. Lack of maintenance turned experience as if we were staying in some unstarred hotel.

Nice and very good location

Location

Rooms and tidyness not as per the photos. Pretty basic with patch work.

Best property ……

The location the ambience and friendly staff , very comfortable stay , I will definitly recommed to my parents . Parking facilities are best , very suitable for elderly . On Main road , rooms are very clean and foods are top notch .

Overall experience was pleasant and the facilities including a room heater was a nice touch.

There is some light issue electricity is not proper

Staff behaviour is very helpful

"Good location, spacious rooms, parking, service and well staff all are good. Location is superb with Himalaya view. Mukteshwar temple nearby places to visit.

Perfect Location at Mukteshwar Tasty food and helping staff Great view

Excellent stay

Nice view with good amenities

Location Price point

Maybe a little bigger would have made it 10 rating

Breakfast was not included in the room tariff, although during the booking, I was given to understand that the same was invluded.

Service was poor. There was only one service person in the entire hotel. The reception counter was always empty. Moreover, we were charged more that the amount shown during booking.

Amazing location. Big rooms.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Abhishek and Ustaadji went out of their way to ensure that our needs were taken care of. We would definitely recommend it!

The stay was really comfortable. The view is great. The food is tasty. The rooms have all the basic amenities, including a heater

Liked only the view from the balcony, but we can get such views from other On-road hotels as well.

Located way out of mukteshwar, drive upto the property is very risky with narrow steep uphill road. You cant go out after sunset because the drive up at night is very risky. Food prices are unreasonable, for example, chicken pakora will cost you 550/-.

Location, Peace,

Hotel Staff Behaviour Parking Space

Food quality is very low. Bathroom Stinking No provision of fans I think provision should be there as in mid summer 12 to 4 pm is a tough time.

Surrounding. Very nice view

The location is surreal! The staff is super amazing and helpful, specially mentioning Manoj Tiwari Bhaiya! It was an exceptional experience

Nothing is not likeable

Loaction and staff was awesome

Recommended hotel in mukteshwar..very cooperative staff..manager piyush is very caring and supporative

Everything

Cleanliness

I really liked the property!! Out of the city hassle…rooms were clean and staff was very gentle, warm and welcoming

Staff behaviour was very good, property was well maintained. Staff response was very good. Food was also good.

Really loved the property 🤗

Nothing

It was excellent. The view from the room and the food was extraordinary. The staff was courteous too. It was a trip for the soul. Don't expect a party scene here. Just enjoy nature at its purest

Everything was perfect

Place is nice and review is 5 ⭐

Ambience and view

All good ,as per money

Location and Ambience

Pros: Room size is big, spacious All rooms are suite , can accommodate 3 people as every room has a sofa cum bed

Way too many cons of the property - 1) Poor hygiene and cleanliness. Rooms are not at all maintained. Too many flies, mosquitoes, insects in the room and on the bed 2) basic amenities are not there. No replacement of towels despite asking 8-10 times No toilet paper despite asking 5 times 3) Not all rooms are Mountain View - side rooms are Valley view only even though we paid the price for Mountain View 4) Location is way too far off from the main town / points in Mukteshwar. The road leading to the hotel is narrow and you will get stuck if there is another vehicle on the road

Location only

Breakfast was not upto the mark and in same price can get a 4 star hotel with complementary buffe breakfast.
