Accueil plutôt moyen, chambre mal équipée ( par ex pas d étagères pour mettre son linge), problèmes de maintenance( sur le lavabo derrière le robinet le joint est totalement pourri) et le pire est un internet totalement défaillant, j étais là pour le travail et c était impraticable.

あさごはんのビュッフェのバリエーションがもう少しあると良いかなぁ。

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026We always stay at the Ariston hotel every year when we go to Bangkok. The staff are very nice and helpful. Although the breakfast wasn't as good this year. Looking forward going back again next year.
Breakfast.. And also I wish they change the coffee it's so bitter and always taste burn. Maybe it's just me and my husband...

Soundproofing needs to improve--you can hear noises from other rooms as well as from outside!! They don't replenish coffee,tea sachets like other hotels!! Bathroom amenities aren't replenished! Cable TV was poor !! Some rooms had YouTube Premium but not much else !! The swimming pool could do with a juice bar and a longer open time!!!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The location is perfect, walking distance to a million restaurants and bars and shopping places. Very safe area in the heart of Sukhumvit, clean and family friendly.
We had requested for non-smoking rooms on a high floor and together but they were not able to accommodate date despite booking months in advance, we were next to the swimming pool which was noisy (as you would expect). The rooms given were smoking rooms and they smelt like it... that was not great! When we informed the hotel, they came and used room spray...

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026This location was close to emporium mall and had some rooftop restaurant bars close by. Rooms were reasonable size and smart TV useful.
Blocked sink and bath drains. Breakfast disappointing, unless you want to eat pork or pork derivatives there's nothing else to eat. Vegetarian or vegan will struggle here. Non pork eaters also, no real thought or insight in breakfast menu. Taxis take a long time to reach here.

Wanted to talk to head of hotel. He was on holiday. My requests were ignored. Only when I did a first review did team act. But lowered delivery on certain item. Mould in room. Only 6 pool chairs. Invest a small sum more and you’ll find better hotels and energy.

The air con could be a bit old, so it was not cold enough, it was so hot in the first night but after I reported, the technician checked and it was better.
