DoubleTree by Hilton Hannover Schweizerhof

From the moment we checked in, the reception staff were fantastic, very warm and genuinely nice to deal with, we were made to feel really welcome, the hotel is spotless, large rooms, really comfortable beds, I could not recommend this hotel highly enough

Nothing

Pyszne śniadanie, dobra lokalizacja. Polecam

Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen, sehr sauber.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis könnte besser sein.

Very nice, quiet convenient location, close to train station Everything was excellent.

Freundlichkeit Rezeption, Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage

Tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, einfach rund!

NotT great breakfast. They charge €5 for a bottle of water in the room.

We received a very warm welcome at the hotel, with a delicious cookie, and my dog also received a cookie. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with many options. Additionally, we were able to have breakfast in the company of our dog. The city center is very close, and there is a park for walking just 10 minutes from the hotel. I would return to this hotel when I come back to this city.

There is not much clarity regarding street parking; the reception did not provide us with any information about it, but an employee at the bar did give us some guidance on the matter.

Great location, close to central station and city centre. (We walked everything) Friendly staff especially during breakfast. We had our baby daughter with us and they were really quick to bring us a high chair. The food was also really good.

Molto bella, nuova e pulita Direzione molto disponibile

Personal sehr freundlich, gute Bar, sehr gutes Frühstück

TV Empfang schlecht

Tolles Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück

Excelente desayuno.

It was fantastic from check in to check out. Very welcoming staff, lovely room, spotless clean, soooo quiet and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a little bar fridge. Conveniently located, 5 min to train station and city centre. Highly recommend.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war super!

This was a very well appointed city centre hotel., situated in a quiet district but within easy walking distance of the Hannover Hauptbahnhof. Staff seemed friendly and very professional. Our family room was spacious and fitted out to a high standard, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The bar/lounge area, next to the reception, offered contemporary and comfortable surroundings with attentive service. We also enjoyed the breakfast service, which was very well presented with excellent choice. The gym and sauna offered great facilities, spotlessly clean and very quiet too.

We couldn't really fault this place. I felt the rate offered good value for money, all things considered. Our only comment, is that the reception was perhaps a little slow at times, often being covered by just one staff member.

tolles abendessen im restaurant, sehr netter chefkellner misha

We stayed in two rooms. One was excellent – modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The other was older, but it was clean, tidy, and perfectly adequate for our stay.

One of the two rooms was a little disappointing. Although it was clean and tidy, it felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation to match the quality of the other room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree in Hannover. Spacious and comfortable family room. Great Pizza place down the road, just a 3 minute walk. Free parking on the streets around the hotel. After staying in several places where you just receive a pin via email to access the room you realise the difference a friendly staff at the reception which is making in the check-in process.

Super Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr zentral

Camera comodissima e colazione ottima

Polecam!

Nie mam żadnych negatywnych uwag.

Very modern and well decorated. Great location! Lots attention to detail. Very welcoming especially towards our mini Yorkshire terrier, who stayed with us. even had a food bowl and water bowl prepared in room as well as blanket and welcome treat at reception! Absolutely Outstanding service!

only thing i could mention then sofa bed was bit too hard for kids to sleep on. But everything else amazing! And did not affected our overall stay!

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Great location, wonderful breakfast, very comfortable rooms and beds, friendly staff. Easily accessible with the car. Staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us. Rooms were modern and clean, showers very refreshing.

Cant fault the hotel at all! Just a pity we couldn't spend more time there. Will certainly revisit if we can.

Es gab eine funktionierende Klimaanlage

grosses sauberes Zimmer, tolle Dusche, gute Lage

das Schlafsofa war unbequem

Alt, fantastisk opphold

Location and breakfast were good

The cost of EV charging is a scam! They did not inform me upfront that the charging my EV car at their parking is ridiculously expensive compared to regular prices. This was the most expensive and slow charging during our road trip across europe.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, parking with possibility for charging car, Nice room

I liked especially the extrem attentive employes. Really very attentive, and always friendly and caring.

1.Although it is within walking distance from the station, the route along the way is relatively secluded, and the air quality/smell is unpleasant. 2.Bottled water was only provided once upon arrival rather than replenished daily, which is not very convenient for guests staying multiple nights.

Spacious, clean and cool room. Walkable distance to the Hannover railway station.

The lobby is not effectively air-conditioned - I felt sorry for the poor staff!
