Accueil excellent de la part de notre hôte avec beaucoup d explications, de conseil sa disponibilité est très appréciable, une personne très dévouée , literie très confortable, superbe terrasse, isolation des portes et fenêtres aucun bruit, la salle de bains est top, la propreté du lieu. This property is an excellent location? It’s close to everything! In fact, we took a cooking class and found out it was just about three doors down. It’s in a great neighborhood and you really feel like you’re part of a community here.

O locație excelentă, foarte curată, confortabilă și într-o zonă perfectă pentru a descoperi Napoli. Un mare plus este Vittorio, o gazdă extraordinară, foarte amabilă și atentă. Ne-a oferit multe recomandări foarte bune despre ce să vizităm și unde să mergem. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță vom reveni!

Cómo muchos lugares del casco viejo la fachada del edificio te puede llegar a asustar, pero por dentro todo un edificio nuevo, limpio y bien iluminado. Las habitaciones cómodas, con todo lo necesario, incluso te dejan algunas cosas para un desayuno o merienda. La ubicación muy buena y la atención excepcional!! Vittorio y toda su familia te hacen sentir como parte de esta, brindándote todo necesito y más!! Y más si venís de la tierra del Diego!! Por todo eso le pongo de puntuación un 10, como la de Maradona!! Sin lugar a dudas si vuelvo a Nápoles vuelvo a alojarme aquí!!

Kahvaltı daha anlamlı ve iyi olabilirdi. Havlular 2 günde bir değişiyor bu günlük olsa daha güzel olur. Temizliğe gelen kadınlar çarşafları değiştirmiyor.

Det var dejligt med elkedel og rummeligt køleskab, som blev fyldt med vand, juice og mælk efter behov. Der var ingen smør til morgenmaden, hvilket vi efterspurgte. Værten sørgede for vi fik det de sidste dage. Fin rengøring hver dag. Ingen støj fra gaden eller i øvrigt. God aircondition. Hjælpsom vært, som var fysisk tilstede, da der var strømafbrydelse og hjalp gæsterne. God beliggenhed i centro storico.

På værelset var det ikke muligt at sidde ved et bord og spise morgenmad. Der var kun 1 stol og et 'skrivebord' med køleskabet under. For en skandinav er det en lille simpel morgenmad, som bliver stillet på værelset dagen før (indpakket langtidsholdbart brød/kager). Ryglænet på næsten alle stolene på terrassen var i stykker. Det var lidt svært at finde stedet og værten skal mødes på gaden ved ankomst (pga låst gadedør). Kommunikationen med værten er på Whatsapp- han er kun tilstede efter aftale og ved behov, fx strømafbrydelsen.

The property was right in the middle of everything, it was clean and had a nice communal terrace that we could walk out into right from our room. The room included coffee and snacks which was a very nice treat

A tranqui, clean, comfortable space, right in the centre of Naples. Vittorio, the owner was very friendly, helpful and proud of his business and this showed. We loved the authentic coffee each morning.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή και ένας πραγματικά υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης! Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό, περιποιημένο και όλα ήταν ακριβώς όπως έπρεπε. Αυτό όμως που έκανε πραγματικά τη διαφορά ήταν ο Vittorio. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μέχρι και την αναχώρησή μας ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικός, φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για τη Νάπολη, ήταν συνεχώς διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε και φρόντισε ακόμη και για το ταξί μας προς το αεροδρόμιο νωρίς το πρωί, ώστε να μην χρειαστεί να ταλαιπωρηθούμε καθόλου. Σπάνια συναντάς έναν οικοδεσπότη που ενδιαφέρεται τόσο πραγματικά για τους επισκέπτες του και προσπαθεί τόσο πολύ ώστε να έχουν την καλύτερη δυνατή εμπειρία. Αν επιστρέψουμε στη Νάπολη, θα επιλέξουμε σίγουρα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και θα το προτείνουμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη σε φίλους και γνωστούς. 10/10, όχι μόνο για το κατάλυμα αλλά και για τη φιλοξενία. Vittorio, σε ευχαριστούμε για όλα και σου ευχόμαστε κάθε επιτυχία!

Great location, snacks, drinks and great coffee in the fridge. Nice, spacious room to stay, and the terrace is a big plus. Vittorio is an amazing host, treated us like family.

Since the property is an apartment and not a hotel there was no typical breakfast. There was coffee, juice, and some snacks like croissant and jam. But it would be great if we had something more local.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Sauber und der Gastgeber Vittorio ist wunderbar. Er hat uns in allen Fragen geholfen.

Le logement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. La literie était très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de passer d’excellentes nuits. Le logement était également très calme, sans aucun bruit, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les recommandations de l’hôte étaient très utiles et nous ont permis de découvrir de bonnes adresses. Enfin, l’hôte était très sympathique, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons ce logement sans hésiter !

Die Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt ist einmalig gut. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Und die Metro Station ist auch nicht weit. Man hat diverseste Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Vittorio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist über alle Masyen bemüht, den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, kann Touren organisieren, und hat uns angeboten, uns die Stadt in einer privaten Führung zu zeigen.

Eigentlich ist alles perfekt. Wer IT nicht kennt wird beim Anblick des historischen Gebäudes etwas abgeschreckt werden. Das ist aber normal, und innen erwartet einen dann ein tolles Hotel.

The location is perfect. You can go everywhere by foot . Vittorio (the owner)was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was clean every day. Definitely recommend it to future visitors!

First, Vittorio is an incredible host. He is in constant communication before, during and even after the stay. He has many recommendations of what to do and where to eat and everything he recommended was great. The room was exactly as shown online. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a beautiful terrace we enjoyed sitting on. Despite it being very hot outside right now, the room was cool and a nice place to come back to. The bathroom was also nice. The location was perfect, it was easy to get to the metro or just walk around the area was fun. I highly recommend this for a stay in Naples.

Our spacious family room was beautifully appointed, featuring a lovely marble-tiled bathroom, excellent soundproofing and blackout shutters, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep despite the lively neighborhood. We especially enjoyed having a private balcony overlooking one of Naples’ charming streets. A real highlight was the beautiful inner terrace, which is accessible at any time of day and provides a peaceful place to relax after exploring the city. Vittorio and his family were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating. They kindly granted us an early check-in when we found ourselves in a difficult situation, and their generosity made a stressful day so much easier. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciated everything and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Naples. Highly recommended!

Die Lage war perfekt zentral alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad super sauber und perfekt. Auch ein kleines Balkon dabei wo man das typische Neapel leben beobachten konnte. Fenster waren Schalldicht so das man im Zimmer schön Ruhe hatte. Der Gastgeber einfach fantastisch, freundlich,hilfsbereit. Was soll mann sagen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 👍😊🥰

The property was in a great location which was very useful for getting around. It’s right in the heart of Naples so it was nice to be able to end the night at bars and restaurants nearby after long days. The air conditioned room was also good as it gets hot outside. Vittorio was an excellent host, showing us around the property and being very flexible with our needs.

El apartamento es perfecto, esta en el mismísimo centro histórico de la ciudad, muy cerca tanto de la estación central en la Plaza Garibaldi como de la estación del Metro de Duomo. Todo estaba super limpio y se nota que es un apartamento nuevo. Nuestra habitación tenia un balcón a la calle con unas vistas increíbles a la típica calle napolitana con la ropa tendida y ademas estaba aislada del sonido a la perfección. Vittorio nos trató genial, el sabía que este viaje a Napoli era emocional para nosotros y adaptó todo para que fuera inolvidable, es algo que le agradezco muchísimo. The property once you get inside is very newly renovated and modern and the decor is beautiful. The location is perfect and lots of nice places to eat nearby. I loved being amongst the locals, looking out of the balcony to the residents of Napoli, hanging out their laundry and watching the hustle and bustle as they go about their daily lives. There is a beautiful roof terrace where you can enjoy a drink too. Our room also had a balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by in the bustling street below. However, when you shut the doors, it is silent, no noise at all! The host, Vittorio, was amazing and nothing is too much trouble. His responses on WhatsApp were very fast and so many helpful tips about the area. We arrived late in the evening due to a flight delay but he didn’t go ahead and charge the late check in supplement and also accommodated a late check out for us for a small fee which we appreciated so much. If we ever return to Naples again we will definitely stay at Vittorio’s beautiful property and we would recommend this property to anyone who is coming to Naples! It’s perfect! Thank you Vittorio for making us feel so welcome and for being so accommodating and helpful. We hope to see you again one day!

Excellent location in the old quarter, and still not far from the central station (important when arriving and departing). The room was clean and spacious. The owner welcomed us nicely and helped us with everything we needed.

Desde la calle en la que se ubica, tan típica, hasta la facilidad para poder entrar y haber sido recibidos cálidamente por Vittorio es impagable. El interior del MARVIT es hermoso, limpio , siempre oliendo bien .El trato es cercano, familiar.Vittorio es genial, siempre está en todo y para todos. La recámara era amplia y siempre teníamos bebidas y snacks de cortesía lo cual es fabuloso. Es una zona segura y pintoresca per en verdad Vittorio nos acompañó en todo ( Pompeya, Positano, etc) un placer!!!

La posizione molto comoda nel cuore pulsante del centro storico di Napoli, vicinissima al meraviglioso Duomo. La struttura è nuovissima,Vittorio il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile per consigli.Quindi un'ottima soluzione per trascorrere un fine settimana a Napoli!

Die Lage ist Perfekt im Centro storico gelegen, idealer Ausgangspunkt um sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr Modern ausgestattet, die Fenster sind so Dicht das von draussen gar nichts zu hören ist. Es gibt im Innenhof eine grosse sehr Coole Terasse zum verweilen. Der Gastgeber Vittorio und seine Familie sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber, war mit uns stets in Verbindung und erreichbar für Tipps zu Napoli. Auch für das Parking des Auto ganz in der nähe hat er uns eine Reservierung im voraus getätigt.

Wir waren rundum sehr sehr zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder Buchen.

L'accueil fait par Vittorio est très chaleureux. La visite de son hôtel est parfaite, le petit déjeuner, les équipements, la literie, tout est impeccable. Et même si on arrive pas a se voir, la communication via les réseaux sociaux est très pratique et utile. It was in a very good position in a quieter side street. Walkable from the railway station. The property was immaculate and very well maintained. The balcony area was a welcome addition .The owner Vittorio was very welcoming on arrival and available any time via Watts App for help or advice should we have needed him.A good assortment of drinks and pastries were available in the room for breakfast and restocked everyday. It was nice to have the room serviced daily. We had a very pleasant comfortable stay in the property and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Naples!
