Reviewed Jun 13, 2025The property location is great.
The toilet flush was not working and it’s a mess

Reviewed Apr 28, 2025The property owner did not send me the instructions how to get the keys before my arrival. He did not communicate with me by phone at all, even I called him after an hour of waiting. Have stayed in front of the building for two hours and I had to book another room to another hotel. Only after two hours he sent a message through booking with indication of finding the keys. I mentioned clear the check in time. I have given through booking my e-mail and my telephone number and I called him after one hour but no answer. I consider this a very bad experience that I never made me to come back. I can not pronounce about cleanses of the property or any other facility because I booked the room in another hotel and I did not stay to this property in such circumstances.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2024The location was excellent as I travelled for work, and Tampere University was in a walking distance. The accommodation was clean, well equipped with everything I needed, and there was a sauna. Just perfect!
There was nothing I may complain about.

Reviewed May 15, 2024+ Sauna + Location + Balcony + Comfortable bed + Spacious apartment + Price/Quality Ratio
- Walls are pretty thin when it comes to noise reduction - Bathroom could use some improvement - Lake view is pretty big exaggeration (though it didn't matter to us)
