The whole thing was very heavenly. Beutiful property and pool.

Needs some maintenance- specialy the external house by the pool with kitchen and two rooms and the pool itself.

Excellent séjour. La villa est en réalité un petit palais aux larges proportions, ce qui rend un séjour à plusieurs très confortable. De plus, le personnel est aux petits soins : que ce soit le gardien, l'entretien ou la cuisine, le service était exceptionnel.

La villa è bellissima ! Le camere spaziose ,il giardino curato , personale gentilissimo .

La villa è un po datata , ci sarebbero dei lavori da fare .rimodernare un po i bagni senza stravolgere la struttura.

La villa da privacidad y a la vez está cerca del centro, es ideal para grupos grandes con total independencia unos de otros la comunicación con el dueño es inmejorable y las comidas que ofrecen son de lo mejor que comimos en Marrakech

Tout etait magique: l’architecture, le traditionnel, le decor, le jardin somptueux, le personnel est exceptionnel. Le staff cuisine et le service tous les 2 exceptionnels egalement et nous etions aux petits soins.

Pour etre tout a fait objectif et complet, certaines salles de bains meriteraient une legere refection sans plus.

Personnelles agréables Villa très belle

La villa était somptueuse, c’est le choc en arrivant ! Une piscine gigantesque, un jardin luxuriant, et l’intérieur on se croirait dans un Palais. Rose et sa maman sont juste parfaites, un petit déjeuner délicieux vous attendra le matin. Elles sont adorables, serviables, toujours disponibles, discrètes (tout comme le gardien). Adil sympa arrangeant et dispo, il peut tout organiser pour votre séjour c’est très utile. Les chambres (spacieuses) ont toutes leur salle de bain privative. L’espace barbecue est top, au bord de la piscine. Je reviendrai définitivement !

Petit défaut : les douches (cabines + pommeaux etc) sont presque vétustes, il est temps de changer ces équipements. Sinon tout était parfait, c’est du détail.

Super klimatyczna willa! Doskonała obsługa! Piękne miejsce!!!

Décoration marocaine soignée, pleine de charme. L’accueil chaleureux de Mme Khadija et de ses proches a rendu notre séjour très agréable : toujours à l’écoute, souriants et disponibles. Le service des chambres est discret mais efficace, avec un changement régulier des serviettes et un entretien général de la villa, ce qui est remarquable étant donné que nous étions 13 adultes pendant 4 nuits à la Villa Zahra Palmeraie. Nous avions la chance d’avoir réservé avec les petits-déjeuners inclus : un véritable délice, accompagnés de fruits de saison. Nous avons également profité de trois dîners à la villa, tous excellents : couscous, grillades et une magnifique tajine, toujours servis avec de délicieuses salades. La villa est idéalement située, dans un quartier calme et proche de la médina.

Seul point à améliorer : il serait judicieux d’envisager des rénovations régulières pour éviter des coûts plus importants à l’avenir.

Nous avons passé un magnifique week-end. Nous étions un groupe de 9 filles. La Villa est superbe, la piscine encore plus ! Le personnel adorable, discret et aux petits soins. Adil, le propriétaire, joignable, disponible et fort sympathique. Une adresse que l'on garde précieusement.

Chambres et salles de bain un peu vieillissantes mais c'est un détail...

Garde de maison à l’entrée toujours la des qu’on arrivait ou qu’on sortait. Personnel de la maison hyper discret et surtout très gentil ! Nous avons demandé pour dîner un soir et le couscous était incroyable avec une grande quantité et plusieurs salades en entrée ! Thé et biscuits marocains en arrivant ! Top ! La villa est vraiment très propre et piscine très grande, parfaite !

Het was prachtig en gigantisch, nog mooier dan op de foto's. De hosts waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was voor mijn verjaardag ook een uitgebreide lunch georganiseerd die werkelijk heerlijk was. Ik kom zeker terug!

Wonderful staff and a lovely property . There were 12 of us and it worked perfectly, not far from the airport (30 mins) and about 15 from the medina by taxis

The pictures don’t do the villa justice it’s absolutely stunning. So much space to relax in. The staff work really hard. Breakfast was delicious. The pool is huge. I definitely would return. The location was perfect far away and close enough to the craziness of the center of Marrakesh.

The mattresses were a little hard. We had a problem with cockroaches in the bedrooms which I understand is due to the heat so can’t complain. I actually loved hearing them but the frogs were really noisy at night but a few of my friends said they struggled to sleep with the noise.

It’s amazing the photos don’t do it justice, it’s spacious, it’s clean and the staff are amazing

Beautiful place and great people from service! Everyday we get fresh breakfast and perfect cleaning, Villa was very safe and we get security 24h. Fresh citrons straight from tree blow our minds! We back to that great place for sure!

this villa is amazing and unbelievable value and comfort. it was even better than expected and the breakfast was great and Rose the cook/helper/host could not have been more helpful.

الفيلا رائعة مع امكانية القيام بالعديد من الفعاليات كلعب كرة القدم والتنس وكذلك كرة الطاولة .. العاملون في الفيلا كانوا لطيفين ومتعاونين جدا.. وجبة الافطار كانت لذيذة ومتنوعة.. كانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس

Our host was not present, but the staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful and very effective. Around 2 people stayed at the villa during our stay and took attention to cleanliness. Thank you very much, it helped us to be more relaxed ! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a guardian at the door. Also good to know : your host and his staff were able to prepare local meals at the Villa - delicious !

Mattresses are very hard. It seems to be general in Marocco - but be advised if you have back aches ! For large groups, the (only) us-fridge might not be enough.

The Villa was located in an ideal location just outside the main part of Marrakech but close enough that all major points of interest were about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. The hosts Rosa and Khadija were brilliant, friendly and attentive to all our needs. We did not get to meet Adil face to face but we stayed connected via whatsapp and he was also excellent in responding to questions, helping facilitate a late check out for us and giving us as much information about the villa and surrounding areas as possible. Breakfast was provided to us on time everyday and our rooms and bathrooms were cleaned to hotel quality levels daily, we really appreciated this! Rosa was also really flexible in giving us breakfast a little later if we requested this on the same day so cannot fault the service at all! We did not get the friendly Security Guards name but he was always available and on standby if we needed to be let in and our of the compound irrespective of time so really appreciated that and the guard dog Hofis was lovely! The Villa itself was lovely, spacious, big rooms (all ensuite), great dining areas, pool facilities, the small annex areas, and grounds. All really well kept and provided that authentic Moroccon riyad feeling.

On the whole we were very happy with the property but some small things which we felt could have been a little better. - The wifi range wasn't great throughout the entire Villa especially in the outhouses, - The breakfast would have been enhanced if we had some fruit alongside the eggs and bread selections, - The AC units through each room could use an upgrade and one of ours did leak on the first night. However when we reported this to Adil and Rosa they got an engineer to come and fix it right away which was really appreciated. - The shower water pressure was a little mixed, to get maximum pressure you needed to have the temperature all the way up (which was far to hot). Having the right temperature meant the pressure was a little slow albeit was usable) The only real negative piece of feedback we had was the absence of an additional bed which we had requested a couple of times but nothing was done about it. In the end we managed with the sleeping space we had but would have appreciated an answer either e.g. the team could have provided an additional bed or not. However, on the whole a really pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would recommend Villa Zahra Palmeraie to anyone visiting Marrakech you will not be disappointed!

The hosts were very nice and super helpful, made the stay much easier for us. Breakfast was fresh and served daily. Room cleaning was also daily. Plenty of things to do around the villa, large swimming pool, goals for football, tennis, table tennis, single basketball net for 3 on 3, barbecue, outdoor speaker (aux). Plenty of areas around the villa to sit. Friendly guard dog on standby.

Could do with a few upgrades. The water temperature on the showers are a little tricky to get a hang of, does the job though.

Absolutely stunning Villa, you literally walk in and you are like ‘Wow’ I thought i was on MTV Cribs. It is pretty traditional, which we all really liked and the fact that it was well kept and tidy. The location is also great in a safe area not far from centre of Marrakesh. The maids we had there for cleaning and breakfast were also very friendly and helpful, Lastly a massive thank you to the host who was very accommodating with check in and check out times due to flight timings and delays. All 10 of us had a great stay and have no hesitation on recommending this property, we will be back soon In Sha Allah. Thanks

There was nothing not to like.

Rose and the rest of the staff were amazing. They were so helpful and hardworking. Our stay was made better by the staff that worked at the villa. The rooms and facilities were all cleaned daily. We had a lovely warm breakfast prepared each morning. The actual villa is stunning and it is a very large property.

It is an old villa so the bathrooms had old features and the cupboards are old, but everything was still in working order. Just something for people to be aware of. I still loved my stay at Villa Zahra and would love to return again!

Great service with a very nice and clean villa. Staff were great and the location was brilliant, I recommend everyone to visit this place if you want a great time!
