Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und einfacher Self Check-in per Schlüsselbox. Trotz dass die Unterkunft nah an der Hauptstraße lag, war man dennoch abgelegen und konnte die Ruhe genießen. Parken direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Die Ausstattung war super, man hatte alles was man braucht, sogar ein kleines Frühstück mit Toast, Marmelade, Müsli, Joghurt und Milch wurde gestellt, was eine sehr nette Geste war. Die Betten und das Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem und die Unterkunft allgemein war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Auch dass Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Waschmittel zur Verfügung standen, war ein tolles extra. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd und Mikrowelle konnte man sich Essen zubereiten. Den Gartenbereich konnten wir leider nicht nutzen aber im Sommer kann man sicher gut draußen sitzen und die Sterne anschauen. Tolle Unterkunft für Ausflüge in den Abel Tasman Nationalpark.

The place was very welcoming, nicely decorated and felt like home.

This was a perfect little place to stay during our time around the Golden bay/Abel Tasman area. So clean and comfortable with excellent facilities!

Great location and clean property.

Unfortunately the dogs next door were barking a lot at night and early in the morning and the walls of the property are very thin. We also had cereal provided but no milk which wasn't necessarily a problem as there's a garage opposite but just something to note as others mentioned the property provided bread, yoghurt, milk etc which we didn't have - so it's just not a guarantee that this is provided.

C’est un endroit extrêmement spacieux pour deux, tout équipé entre le lave linge et le barbecue. Très propre et de quoi petit déjeuner dans le frigo.

Si vous restez longtemps il manque un endroit où ranger ses affaires dans la chambre. Sinon rien à redire

Location a little isolated, but well indicated beforehand.

The cottage was very clean and modern, and in a good location only five minutes from Motueka, and from Riwaka Hotel. Breakfast was provided (toast bread, marmite, marmalade and cereal) which was lovely. It was set back from the road and quiet. Very warm, comfortable queen bed, double fold-out couch in the lounge, hot shower, full laundry and wifi. I would recommend it to other people travelling to Motueka for Parkrun, as we did.

We would have liked some instructions for the tv as we weren't sure how to work the smart tv, but we did manage to get TVNZ+. That was just a very minor thing though which didn't affect our delight in staying there.

Nice cottage, with a well equipped kitchen (even milk and toast were provided). Comfortable bed.

The location was perfect for going to Takaka and Abel Tasman. It was a spacious property, perfect for two people. We used the kitchen, bbq and washing machine/dryer which were very nice. Also very sweet that breakfast was provided with bread, milk and yogurt.

One small comment is that some of the ingredients that were provided for breakfast were expired such as the butter and one of the yogurts. Additionally, one of the automatic blinds was broken and that specific one caused the living room to be a lot warmer than the other areas.

We liked the washing machine and dryer. Location for us was good to access Abel Tasman National Park and surrounds. Good that it was private and spacious and had some supplies.

Not being close to a supermarket or restaurants could be a problem for some, but didn’t worry us. A few more well located power points would be good.

The air bnb was perfect for our short get away. great location and had everything we needed including breakfast which was a bonus. It was also great to have washing facilities as we needed to dry towels. The decor was lovely. It felt fresh and modern. We met Bridget who was a lovely friendly host.

We were there as 3 adults and the sofa bed was not quite a comfy as hoped but apart from that it ticked all the boxes. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and tidy

Could use a few extras like washing line, more utensils like salad servers etc and some books or local information

We enjoyed staying in the house. It was comfortable and well suited to the time and purpose of our trip. Having access to a full laundry was very convenient. Breakfast was also included, with yogurt, milk, bread, jam, and cereal, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The main bed mattress wasn’t as comfortable for us, though this may come down to personal preference(soft). We also noticed that the refrigerator made some noise during the night, which slightly affected the comfort of the person sleeping on the sofa bed.

Not that we ‘didn’t like’ but a large sharp knife and bigger cutting board would make it perfect. :-)

Les trois casseroles trés usées et rayées, y compris les non-stick… Emplacement près de la route : calme dedans mais on n’a pas profité de l’extérieur à cause du bruit.

Even better than I could have hoped. The breakfast was a lovely touch. Everything we needed. Such a beautiful and comfortable wee space and so close to everything but with the rural outlook. Loved the outdoor area as well. Excellent communication with the hosts/owners who were prompt to respond and very helpful. So handy having a washer and dryer especially after days out exploring.

Wonderful check-in with Bridget, fresh clean and spacious inside. Exceeded expectations of supplies. Milk, cereals,, butter, jams etc, even Yoghurt and a loaf of bread! Good combination of heating or cooling, with Heat pump and DVS working nicely together. Nice private and sheltered outdoor area with chairs and tables and BBQ. Parking good. Simple Cottage on a section, but don't be fooled.

A real gem, with everything you need for a comfortable stay while you explore the Tasman area. We were allowed an earlier check in, as the weather was very average, and this was greatly appreciated. Terrific value for money!

A well located cottage that was spacious, clean and private. Generous breakfast provisions, great bathroom and laundry and a kitchen with an oven and cooktop. Great value and highly recommended.

Fantastic private entire cottage. Very comfortable bed. The washing machine and dryer were very handy for our 4 night stay. It had everything we needed. The property manager was easy to communicate with and super helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like. We would love to stay again.

Nice and new place, however there was no kitchen oven jet when we were there, and the breakfast was just a few things stored in the fridge.

Loved the cleanliness and the comfort of the cottage. The location was great.

The lack of indoor cooking abilities was a bit disappointing. A microwave or a small stove top would have been great. Yes, there was an outdoor BBQ for cooking but it was not under cover and with that being the only cooking abilities if it were to be raining no one would want to stand out in the rain to cook. Windows coverings in the living & kitchen area would also be nice for extra privacy when others drive down the drive they can see right in.

No means to cook or heat food inside. Only option is to cook on the BBQ grill or side burner in the yard, which does not work well when getting in late or wanting to leave early. Advertised as a modern kitchen but all modern kitchens have cooking appliances inside. (There is an exhaust fan over an empty space so maybe a stove will be installed someday. Until then, have a microwave would provide at least one feasible means to heat food.) There was a slight musty smell in the cupboards. Lastly, there were no curtains in the living room or kitchen. Privacy fence provides necessary privacy in the living room but the kitchen window faces the Main Street.

A quiet and stylishly decorated little unit/apartment within a short driving distance to the Abel Tasman park. Good value for money

Major problem is an that there is no oven or even a microwave (despite the apartment having an extractor fan and pans!). Living room curtain would also be good as the sun shines in very strongly during the evening. These small investments would make it a perfect place to stay.

Only cooking facilities are BBQ (pretty rusty) in garden so ok if weather good but was hit and miss for us. Cooker hood in kitchen but no cooker - this is dangerously sticking out and we kept banging our head on it. For the cost of a microwave or cooker it would make this property excellent. Felt exposed without curtains or blinds.

Pasture Views is a beautiful, well presented and airy space to relax in. Although a little closer to the road than expected, the cottage is still peaceful and has lovely views to the orchards and mountains beyond. Everything is well finished and impeccably clean. The bedding is clean and cosy, and the towels are soft and fluffy. There's a decent shower (with plenty of hot water), a comfy sofa, and an outside table and chairs for enjoying the sun in the garden. We didn't use it, but the new aircon unit is a bonus. There's plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware, plus a full-size, efficient fridge-freezer. The washing machine, dryer and airing rack were also very useful during our 5 night stay. The cereals, bread, spreads, juice, yoghurt and milk provided for breakfast were generous and of good quality. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, which, with a few small tweaks, would score a perfect 10!

The main reason for scoring less than 10 is the lack of cooking appliances provided. At the very minimum, there needs to be a microwave - and preferably a stove top - added to the kitchen. The extractor fan is already there, so please add a hob/stove top for future guests. While the BBQ is available, it's less useful in bad weather. As the only cooking option provided, it could do with replacing and a thorough clean between guests. It was usable, but we aren't particularly fussy about a bit of burnt food and rust. The kitchen cupboards are a little damp, so crockery, etc. needs washing before use. Curtains or blinds are needed in the living area for privacy/sunshade, and the towel rack on the toilet door needs moving as currently means the door can't be closed. Nothing that can't be easily remedied and we still very much enjoyed our stay!

For more than two people, the property was not well equipped. The bed settee was uncomfortable added with the lack of curtains made it bright and not private. Meaning the extra people had a difficult sleep. Lastly the lack of cooking facilites means best for short stay. They offered a bbq but was rusty so we did not use. A hotplate would be welcomed.

The house was well equipped with bedding, it was nice and central and the breakfast WAS BRILLIANT! I had brought my keto bread so was stocked to have spreads to use and milk for our coffees. The house was clean and beds comfortable. And wow that night sky lastnight was amazing spent hours star mapping

With no oven avaiable for cooking it wudve been great to have a microwave or airfryer to cook food if you were staying longer. 1 night for us so takeaways were fine but if I was staying longer I'd have hates constantly buying food

A beautiful little cottage easy to find. Lovely furnishings and really appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Bedroom gave us a good nights sleep. The breakfast was all we needed.

Would have liked a microwave and TV instructions as we have never seen a TV like this one. Also can I suggest that you put the towel rack over the broom cupboard so you can close the toilet door.
