Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Zudem wurde wir von einem Mitarbeiter willkommen geheißen, welcher uns vieles gezeigt hat.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Lage, sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment und herzlicher Empfang! Alles super!

Der Service und die Ausstattung der Wohnung super. Die Lage ist top alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das man um den Yachthafen erst herumlaufen muß um den Supermarkt zu erreichen.

De receptie was snel gevonden, en ik werd onmiddellijk geholpen door een vriendelijk medewerker. De checkin was snel en duidelijk en we waren binnen no-time al in ons apartement

Ik kan niets bedenken. Prima locatie, mooi groot apartment met uitzicht op zee. We hadden een klein probleem met de diepvries die niet goed op slot ging waardoor de heerlijke Hagen Daz niet meer eetbaar was maar dat kon de pret niet drukken

Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist ansprechend eingerichtet.

- Die Zusatzbetten für die 3 und 4 Person sind sehr hart und unbequem. - Die Fenster bzw. die Balkontür kann in der Nacht nicht geöffnet bleiben, weil ein Gebläse im Nachbargebäude wirklich sehr laut ist. Da die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat, wird es sehr heiß in den Räumen. - Es ist nahezu ständig ein piepen aus der Garage zu hören, auch in der Nacht. Dies ist ein weiterer Grund die Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen zu halten. - Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Durch den Wind ist immer wieder ein lautes Zuschlagen von Türen und Fenstern zu hören.

Schöner Apartmentkomplex, komfortabel mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Geräumige und moderne Wohnung zum wohlfühlen. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand.

Fenster leider nicht zum kippen, Lüften im EG schlecht möglich Keine Klimaanlage In Relation zum Übernachtungspreis zu wenig Kaffeekapseln und Verbrauchsprodukte wie Spültabs, Toilettenpapier etc.

Super ruhige Lage nicht weit vom Strand. Toller Ausblick und tolle Ausstattung. Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden.

Ein Kosmetikspiegel hätte im Bad noch sein können.

Ruhige Lage am Hafen, fußläufig zu. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Duschablauf fließt sehr langsam ab. Bei Haarewaschen ist dies schwierig

Good apartment and nice location to get to the beach quickly.

During our stay we stayed at the ground apartment , unfortunately you can't open the window the way at night without opening it all the way. So it was very hot at night. Also the terrace on the ground floor is not that nice. You can't really see the ocean. so I recommend the upper levels. We rented bikes to get around town. I highly recommend that.

*Das Apartment (die Größe, Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Lage) lädt zum Wohlfühlen, Genießen, Durchatmen und Kraft tanken ein. *Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, höflich und äußerst hilfsbereit sowie lösungsorientiert.

Wir haben im Vorfeld die Fotos nicht genau betrachtet und die Beschreibung grob Überfolgen, somit war uns bis zur Ankunft nicht bewusst, dass sich das Apartment im Erdgeschoss befindet. Die zugehörige Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, der besonders auch abends durch die Beleuchtung am Meer zum Verweilen einlädt. Allerdings ist die Terrasse direkt angrenzend an einem öffentlich zugänglichen Platz. Eine (vermutlich) Abzugshaube/Belüftung der Restaurantküche in einem angrenzenden Gebäude (auf der Hafenseite) ist auf der Terrasse deutlich hör- und riechbar. Das Essen scheint gut zu sein, sodass der Geruch für uns okay war, wenngleich Geruch und Geräusch auch störend sein könnten.

Toilette zu klein, Duschkabine lief schlecht ab.

Betten sind sehr hart. Rauchmeldeanlage piepste laut während des kompletten Aufenthaltes

Gute Lage, Großes, geräumiges, sauberes und modernes Appartement, mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet, Fahrstuhl, Tiefgarage mit kostenfreiem Parkplatz, Bushaltestelle sehr nahe, Tramanbindung sowie Supermarkt in der Nähe fußläufig erreichbar

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten

Was schoon en netjes. Luxe uitvoering Gezellig ingericht Goede service (nasturen) van koptelefoon die we vergeten waren

-Verlichting in badkamer bij de douche ontbrak -Losse plank bij de opslag/koeling voor wijn, viel elke keer naar beneden -matrassen op de bedden gleden er af (m.i. waren de matrassen/toppings te groot)

das WC des kleinen, 2. Badezimmers war am anderen Ende der Wohnung man geht relativ lange vom Südstrand zum Nordstrand da man den 2.Hafen komplett umlaufen muss.

Superbe appartement très bien conçu et équipé avec une arrivée sans encombre. Nous avons très bien été accueillis. Immeuble et quartier très calme. Propreté irréprochable.

Juste il manque une poubelle pour le tri sélectif…

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert, ruhig und trotzdem schnell am Strand und auch Gastronomie ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Wohnung selbst sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.

Der Platz vor den Terrassen und Balkonen könnte etwas besser und liebevoller mit Pflanzen/Pflanzkübel hergerichtet werden.

Sehr großzügig geschnittenes Apartment, tolle Betten, großes, bequemes Sofa, schöner Balkon mit tollen Blick über den Yachthafen.

Im Schlafzimmer war es trotz dem Rollo, Nachts noch ziemlich hell beleuchtet. Ein zusätzlicher Vorhang zum verdunkeln wäre eventuell die Lösung. Ansonsten war alles super :)

The apartment was large and well laid out, with a lovely well appointed kitchen. Its nice to have a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom is large with a seperate toilet, plus I have unruly hair and for the first time ever a decent hairdryer. The views looking over the harbour is pretty. Access into town on the number 28 bus is so close and is always on time.

The apartment is very very hot (July) and definitely needs a fan. For us the beds are far too soft, but for other people they may like this.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, nicely furnished, full of light with lovely views. Very nice location.

One little thing. There could be more than 3 extra trash bags for bins.

Very spacious, beautifully furnished, and decorated. Lots of towels, equipment, games, books, perfect welcome package with soaps, toilettenpapier, coffee, and more. Stunning views, 10 min walk to the beach.

Pillows are a bit too big and hurt our necks. We just used couch pillows instead :) we couldn't ever figure out which building entrance to use. They were all quite hidden 🙈

Beautiful and spacey apartment, located close to the sandy beaches and supermarket. Very good connection with Centrum

Was a bit out of the way to get to scheveningen.

I lived the worst accomodation experience ever in my life. So this question is not applicable for me.

We stayed for 2 nights as 3 guests. On the first night at 4 a.m. a couple entered to the apartment from the main door with their own keys! They said they were drunk, they live upstairs, they are also owners of the apartment and they lost their keys. Then they look around and left the property from the terrace door. When we reported the issue to BizStay, they said it is impossible and they cannot do anything. They claimed that we lied. We insisted at checking the security cameras but they did not. After the discussion of long hours that ruined our stay, instead of changing the apartment; they broke into the apartment while we were out and without our consent pretending to change our apartment! Afterwards, instead of changing our apartment, they threatened us by lying that "we smoked at the property". No need to tell that this was totally a lie since "non-smoking" feature of the property was one of the reasons why we choose this property at first place. We stayed at the second night because we had no choice at that late hour, so we slept in turns. I am 40 years old, been to many strange places of the world and this was by far the worst accomodation experience in my life. No need to tell that instead we payed for the 3rd person there is no ready made bed and or mention other bad experiences, because we firstly had serious security issues.

Spacious clean apartment in an excellent location with a view of the North Sea, within 2minutes walk of the Bus terminus which takes you anywhere in the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. They got us an European Adapter promptly

Bedside tables are cane furniture to match with decor but difficult to place things on. For example,my friend’s watch slid through the gaps. A flat table top would be more useful

Beautiful spacious apartment, very comfy beds and provided everything we would need. Parking is large and secure. A beautiful appartment and only 10 mins walk from the zuiderstrand. It's a little further from Scheveningen than we expected because you have to walk right around the marina - but only EU10 in an uber, so no problem. Lovely apartment

second stay with Bizstay. great communication and brilliant location in a comfortable apartment with lots of creature comforts and very well equipped. walking distance of Scheveningen and Kijkduin and de Fred for shopping. Great restaurants to walk to. love watching the boats in de Haven. We hope to be back again very soon.
