Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Locatie, airco, lift en uitstekende service: opvang en instructie bij aankomst, tasje met paar koffie capsules, theezakjes, voor elke dag een vaatwasser tablet, wc papier, etc. Attent. Servies en glaswerk prima. Wasmachine en droger ideaal.
Kranen bediening wat gecompliceerd. Je kunt niet zien hoe water te krijgen en te mengen. Pannen wat simpel vergeleken met het luxe appartement.

Aan de ene kant kijk je uit op zee (en zie je als je geluk hebt zelfs zeehondjes) en aan de andere kant (vanuit de slaapkamers) kijk je uit op de Haven. Het appartement is zeer ruim opgezet met prima badkamer. De keuken en woonkamer zijn méér dan uitstekend. Wij hebben fietsen gehuurd bij de Haagse Stadsfiets wat op een kwartiertje lopen afstand zit. Dat maakt een lang weekend Den Haag in combinatie met het appartement écht af.
Wij waren volledig tevreden.

Reviewed May 3, 2026The beds and seating areas were very comfortable. The kitchen was, mostly, well equipped. A long balcony with great view of the sea.
The combi oven/microwave was very small and difficult to use with no instructions. A proper oven would be a good addition. There was only 1 WC for up to 7 people! (But 5 basins, 2 showers and 1 bath). It was not actually a huge problem for us but it could be for some.

Nice welcome package from host with extras like dishwasher tablets, soap, etc gives a nice touch. Master bedroom very comfortable. Everything we needed for a family, bathroom facilities adequate.
When we arrived it was very warm, we had to leave balcony door open most of the night. Shower could be better, not that powerful.

Why do they not give you bath mats for when you step out of the shower. Tiles can be very slippery with accidents waiting to happen.

Die Türen könnten erneuert werden (sehr lautes öffnen und schließen, quasi keine Schallisolierung), Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte nicht, Möbel auf dem Balkon zT unansehnlich (rostig). Direkt neben dem Haus große und vollgestopft Müllcontainer, die tagelang nicht geleert und von den Möwen 'bearbeitet' wurden - deshalb herumliegender Müll.. Schade

Das direkte Umfeld könnte sich um etwas mehr Sauberkeit bemühen (Mülltonnen vor der Anlage)

Would like to have more coffee capsules since always forgot to buy them and skipped several cozy mornings on a balcony with lovely view )
Lift was not working for 1 day but was fixed even since it was Sunday. Would recommend to provide unlimited coffee capsules for guest as e.g. another slightly cheaper apartment in Amsterdam we stayed after the Hague do, of course up to the owner since it was mentioned in the booking info but it is difficult to think about that while living in such an awesome place

It's further from the older part of Scheveningen than we thought. For older people, it's also quite a walk to the restaurants and supermarket on the other side of the port. There is no mop to mop the floor (eg for the bathroom or kitchen).
