Logement très bien situé au cœur de la médina. La place Jemma est à environ 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel est accueillant.

Les sanitaires et la vaisselle du petit déjeuner n’étaient pas propres.

Los dos chicos se preocupan mucho por ti, es un trato muy bueno y muy amables. El alojamiento no tiene nombre por fuera y nos costó un poco de encontrar pero el riad es muy bonito y limpio.

Está situado muy céntrico. El trato es muy cercano y amable, dispuestos a ayudarte con todo. Las camas son grandes y cómodas.

Los baños están fuera de las habitaciones y un poco viejitos.

Une dédicace particuliere à Nordine qui a été vraiment hospitalier et serviable avec un sourire permanent comme beaucoup de marocains au même titre que son frère gentil et efficace. Enfin une mention élogieuse à la cuisinière qui nous a réellement fait les meilleurs couscous que nous ayons mangé sur Marrakech, et on en a mangé beaucoup, pour le prix le plus bas et accompagné d'une immense salade marocaine inoubliable !!! Encore merci à Nordine...

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft liegt ideal.

Trotz Buchungszusage war ein Check In erst kurz vor 19 Uhr möglich. Dies erfuhr ich von der Unterkunft erst am Vormittag des Check in Tages. Handtücher bekam ich auf mehrfacher Nachfrage erst am nächsten Tag gegen 10 Uhr.

Hrana, smeštaj, osoblje, domaćin nas je upoznao sa gradom

Neben einer tollen Lage und einer wunderschönen Unterkunft haben mir die Geschwister, die das Riad bewirten, ein Gefühl von Gastfreundschaft gegeben, das ich noch nie erlebt habe. Sie waren weder aufdringlich noch unangenehm und haben doch eine Nähe zu ihren Gästen aufgebaut, die wirklich sehr außergewöhnlich ist. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, dort hin zu gehen auch wenn man etwas mehr bezahlt als in anderen Riads. Es lohnt sich sehr! Ich war sehr traurig, nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen zu haben…

Bolo špinavé, bolo napísané, že vo vybavení sú aj uteráky no to bola katastrofa. Áno bol komfort ale špina . Internet veľmi slabý.

Hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during a one night stay. Breakfast and terrace space were good value on top of the budget room with shared bathrooms. Location put us in the middle of everything for exploring Marakesh on foot. Great price for this neighborhood on these dates.

Sheets were stained with hairs and other corners of the Riad could be cleaner. Smoke smell in common areas but not in the room itself..

L'accueil et la disponibilité de nos hotes: ils sont très accueillants, nous conseillent, aiment échanger avec les touristes. L'emplacement du Riad est idéal, très près du quartier Kasbbah et pas très loin de la place Jemaa El Fna, commodités à proximité (superette, bureau de change, petits restos) La chambre familiale est spatieuse

Les sanitaires communs (pourtant identifiés sur le site) L'avenue est bruyante même de nuit Le Riad serait parfait après quelques petits travaux de rafraichissement

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de ce riad.

Nous n’avons pas aimé la saleté car tout est sale le carrelage ne doit jamais être lavé, on ne peut pas le voir sur une photo, mais il est marron de crasse.. Nous avons dû nous essuyer avec des serviettes qui étaient humides et tachés on a récupéré étendu sur la terrasse. Le personnel absent est très bruyant tardivement le soir. Les douches sont toutes petites et pareilles ne doivent jamais être lavées ainsi que les toilettes !! Les couvertures sont très sales, impossible de se couvrir avec ! Ce Riad est à fuir !!!!!!!!!

The staff was very helpful and kind. all questions answered and gave a lot of useful tips. The location is very good. Walking distance for everything, in center and same time in a bit calmer corner. it was a bit home feeling space. Great roof terracce.

L'emplacement est proche de la place. Joili riad, mais malheureusement, très, très mal entretenu. Il se dégrade d'année en année, plus le même depuis 4 ans !!!! Le patron enmagasine les dirhams, mais il a du mal, à les ressortir pour faire des travaux !!!! qui seraient vraiment nécessaires Bien dommage, je ne pense y retourner l'année prochaine. On allons chercher ailleurs.

Équipements cuisine très sales, manque un micro onde, il ne fonctione plus, depuis très longtemps, dans un état catastrophique, sale, prise électrique arrachée. Donc on ne peut plus faire réchauffer nos plats. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant, après avoir demandé un vrai petit dejeuner marocain, mais servit vraiment trop tard à 8h. Les départs pour les excursions sont souvent prévus vers 7h, vu le nombre d'heures de route, pour se rendre sur les sites. Donc, obligé de partir sans petit déjeuner, alors qu'il est compris dans le tarif !!!! Problème régulier de manque d'eau chaude, faudrait changer le chauffe eau !!!! Pas cool, quand on est sous la douche GGGRRR mais le patron n'entend pas, alors que les clients s'en plaignent réguliairemment, et l'employer se fait disputer à cause du manque d'eau chaude. Pas cool pour lui, qui est à l'écoute des clients Pas de lampe de chevet dans les chambres, pas facile pour lire, quand plusieurs personnes dans la même chambre. Les serviettes de toilette dans les sanitaires ne sont pas toujours présentes, comme le papier WC. Terrasse vraiment pas entretenue, cette année, sale, sol jamais nettoyé, pas de cendrier et le seul, jamais vidé. Ne parlons des canapés !!!!

It was far from being clean. Toilet paper only on demand. Horrible internet. Only 1 bright neon light at the ceiling, no small ambient light. No towels, no soap, definitely pre-used sheets. Terrible price value. Won't come again.

The terrace was fine.It was near The busstation. .

The room was cold in Januari no heating.

Sale , couverture pas agréable, pas de douche à l’intérieur de la chambre. Couloir froid Eau chaude difficile . Chambre froide en hiver pas de chauffage. Mais Karim a l’air d’être accueillant. Il m’a juste oublier le café le matin . Donc pas de petit déjeuner.

Wystrój i bliskość do centrum, śniadanie w cenie. Na plus dodatkowe koce, bo w nocy w riadzie było zimno. Fajny taras.

Pościel była brudna, ewidentnie nie zmieniona po poprzednich gościach. Brudna podłoga w pokoju, brudne szklanki i talerze do śniadania, o sztućce trzeba było się upomnieć. Śniadanie też takie sobie.

Brak stałej ciepłej wody, tylko na życzenie, czystość znośna jak na Riad. W obiekcie brak ogrzewania - co prawda nie zwróciliśmy uwagi przed (brak informacji) jednak bardzo zimno i trzeba to brać pod uwagę w okresie zimowym. Śniadania oferowane w cenie to bardziej przekąska +kawa/herbata/kakao. Reszta ok. Miły gość z obsługi mówiący po ang/franc.

L’établissement est très bien situé pour faire des excursions ou aller en centre-ville. Le responsable est très bienveillant, il fait en sorte que tout se passe pour le mieux, tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner copieux est très varié.

Il ne faut pas être fatigué des excursions parce qu’il y a des escaliers. Sinon rien à signaler.

- Nourddine, the host, was very friendly and helpful. - Fantastic value for location etc. - Great location on the edge of the Kasbah and only about 10-15min walk to Jamaa El-Fna and the Souks. - Near a BIM for easy access to water / snacks etc. - For solo travel, the hostel does what it needs to. Barebones but good. Useful breakfast, but this is some bread / a croissant / an egg / yogurt / coffee and tea.

- Shared bathrooms for all rooms - one to note. - Can be noisy at times.

La ubicación es perfecta. Fácil de llegar desde o hacia el aeropuerto, así como a los lugares que se desean visitar. Norddine es una gran persona y nos ayudó mucho, incluso con la Sim card, o a conseguir transporte. La habitación familiar estuvo bien. El sitio es tradicional.

The manager was so helpful and kind - he is an absolute asset which in itself is reason enough to return. He really helped us out with transport links and communication and everything we could possibly need. Really grateful and would return again happily! The communal breakfast was also lots of fun and gave a family feel to the place, plus a nice terrace and sun. Great location for the medina and Jemaa el fna.

Todo genial. Única peca baños compartidos pero el sitio es excelente la amabilidad del personal superlativa. Esta muy bien posicionado, al borde de la medina, cómodo para llegar y salir con taxi. Dispone de todos los servicios. Volveremos

La almohada tenía pelos y no nos dieron toallas se ve que venían a destiempo o quizás fue por la lluvia. Ojalá mejoren eso

Está en un sitio excepcional, muy cerca de la Medina y la zona es agradable. Además el dueño es súper atento y agradable.

Falta mucha limpieza, el suelo está especialmente sucio, debajo de nuestra cama había comida y papeles de huéspedes anteriores. Los baños también están muy poco cuidados. En general, la limpieza y las instalaciones están muy descuidados.

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema con l'agenzia che ci ha organizzato il tour...fantastico ! Visto che al mattino siamo dovuti partire prima dell'orario della colazione, ci ha fatto trovare un sacchetto con frutta e brioches...super gentile ! Grazie

La struttura ha margine fi miglioramento soprattutto sui bagni che hanno bisogno di essere rinnovati decisamente 😬😬

Lo mejor del Riad es la ubicación que es perfecta, está muy cerca de la famosa plaza Jmaa el fna. El anfitrión fue muy amable.

La verdad es que la habitación a primera vista parece que está bien, pero no está limpia, había mucho polvo en el suelo, muebles, puertas... Es una calle bastante céntrica, donde hay bastante ruido exterior de motos, perros y obras. Lo peor es el baño, ducha, se comparte, aunque se sabe, pero no estaba muy limpio tampoco.

Nous avons eu (très)froid tout au long du séjour. 10 degrés dehors et pas de chauffage...y compris dans les sanitaires... Le ménage est vraiment à revoir! Et nous avons bien eu des serviettes à disposition mais trouée pour l une et surtout très humide. Vu la température au sein du riad elles n ont jamais séchées. Enfin nous avons pris plusieurs douches à l eau froide... Bref riad pas cher mais prestations vraiment pas top... La personne qui tient le riad est par contre sympathique

Dirty toilets and broken taps in the bath. Not good for family with kids at all. No towels available either.
