Amazing location and huge apartment.

The location of the property is perfect for travellers and best for family. The room size was big and clean. We enjoyed our stay. it was complete package of comfort. I will definitely recommend family or group of friends to opt this property on other options available.

The apartment is really large and the building is modern. The pool looks nice but we didn’t have a chance to go in.

The kitchen is not stocked at all - a few pans, plates and very little cutlery. No hot water in the kitchen (bathrooms were fine) and nothing to wash up in. Don’t plan to cook here. Internet was pretty poor.

Clean quiet and generous rooms. Great staff Bath towel would have been good to include.

It was very good all round, very helpful staff at reception with Mr. Zaki Galal responsible for details and House keeping was responding every time. Pleased with the stay at ocean blue apartments

Amazing apartment, really spacious and very reasonably priced. It's a shame we we're only booked in for 1 night, we would have stayed much longer!

Very clean, modern, very safe and secure. Onsite cafe and pool house Resteraunt very convenient. Talabat finds it easily. Mohamed, Zaki and Yumna and the team were really really helpful

Close proximity to airport. Apartment was spacious and clean. We were only there for about 7 hours...would have loved to stay longer. Comfy beds...spacious and clean bathrooms.

Kitchen drawer handles, washing machine door (inside) kitchen sink etc needs to be cleaned. We were there only for few hours as we had early morning flight....but for those that would stay longer, starter packs of dishwashing liquid, scrubbers etc, if provided would be a nice touch.

The staff busy about crazy question. He need to check marriage registration Even though we are foreign tourists and did not bring our marriage registration, because in our country, when a woman gets married and registers her marriage, she has the right to choose her own surname.

The on-site restaurant offers breakfast, but it is not a very big offering especially if you are vegetarian.

It was a serviced apartment, however cleaning only happens once every 3 days . There were no cleaning equipment to clean by yourself and although the unit does have a washing machine there was no dryer or drying rack. The pool hours were very restrictive. There were no pool towels offered. Although the onsite mini mart is not well stocked, the reception were helpful with a delivery app that allows you to deliver food, groceries etc. right to your door.

The place was great , the staff were very kind and polite i really enjoyed staying in this hotel and i’m definitely going to recommend it for others with no worries

We liked the clean room and was very secure. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing was the pool.shut too early for the kids. We wanted to swim after a day out sight seeing but the pool shut at 6pm for children. Was also not near any restaurants but staff very helpful ordering us food.

No nearby amenities. WiFi didn’t work in our apartment. Pool closed at 6pm which wasn’t great when you are out all day.

sofa was dirty. shower not great. cot provided for baby was a travel cot and was ripped, my baby fell from the back onto the marble floor and the receptionist was not apologetic at all.

The worst experience ever! 6 friends (including boys and girls) booked the apartment room and we would like to live together. When we check in, the staff required us to show the marriage proofment, otherwise, boys and girls cannot live together. Eventually, we spilted into 3rooms by paying extra money because we understand that this is the policy of the hotel. During midnight, the staff called my room (2girls in the room) said there is man in my room, at that moment, we are ready to sleep and I said no man in our room. After a few minutes, 2 male staffs came to our room and said they need to check. They treat us like a crime and checked my whole room, including windows, cupboard, bed, etc. I don’t think it is make sense for letting 2 males staffs getting into 2 females’ room since the hotel policy mentioned that males cannot stay in females room (except married). This is the worst experience ever in my life! I don’t think the staffs can treat the customers like that! When I checked out, I complained to the reception and I requested to contacted the manager. The staff promised me the manager will contact me via WhatsApp as soon as possible. However, I still haven’t receive any response from the hotel. (I have left the hotel one week already). Besides, the policy may need to abide by the local because of the religious, but not for the foreigner! I’m really disappointed to this hotel!

The staff were all very hospitable and looked after all our needs. It was great to have a local corner coffee break store which remained open till late hours. And the swimming pool was perfect!

The breakfast restaurant next to the swimming pool is a big let down. It serves breakfast till 11am then only serves drinks until it closes at 4pm. It should be offering decent menu options including snacks, grilled meats, chips, mezzes etc which could be eaten poolside and would be a good income earner for the Ocean Blue Studios.

Property was very clean and spacious. There was Netflix and WiFi. Very well furnished. Really beautiful apartment. There was shower gel and shampoo available. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Will definitely recommend.

There only negative I find is that there was below minimal kitchen equipment. We had to take turns to be able eat or drink.

Amira was an excellent host. She organised our tour guide Mohamed who was also excellent and was extremely knowledgeable in the history of the area.

We stayed here just overnight as we had an early morning flight to catch. The apartment was huge and perfect for our family. Check-in was very easy and convenient as there was staff on duty 24/7. Beds were comfortable.

Only thing was that we felt the floors were not cleaned. They could definitely do with some mopping. But other than that, linens and bed were clean.

1) Checkin is at 3:00 pm which i find it so late especially of you came early and if you don’t have something else to do luckily we had plan 2) the room and the bathroom were dirty we showed them the photos already 3) according to Egyptian Law foreigner couple doesn’t required to present marriage certificate but there they have their own rules which prevent any couples to stay together without marriage certificate part of our group was a couple they’re not married and they asked them to present marriage certificate after some debate with them we proved to them they’re not married but they have a kid together and we showed them the medical insurance card of the card so they let them stay with such exception. before our last night in Cairo we passed some days in Cairo Luxor and Aswan in hotels and they haven’t asked for marriage certificate therefore if you intent to stay here make sure you have a marriage certificate otherwise you will pay for another extra room 4) When we did the checkout they sent the housekeeping to check all the towels are in the room and when they told us there are 2 towels left we told them open the bags and check them if you want , we see this as a rude behavior

I used booking.com it wasnt a prepayment hotel. Once there. My family didnt have the credit card that I used to book with. Assuming they have it on file. They refused to take the credit card over the phone, citing security measures. I told them I assume the risk. My family didnt have cash. They were going back home. No credit cards. So they took their passports hostage untill they have cash or a credit card. I called booking and the hotel. No one helped me. My family had to borrow money from a stranger. And I transfered to him the money. Do not use that hotel if you have no credit card or cash. Or booking.com for that matter...they deal with shady hotels.
