De douche was superfijn, het bed en het stapelbed waren heerlijk groot, het aparte kamertje met bureau was ideaal en de koffie/thee en andere huishoudelijke spulletjes die vrij verkrijgbaar waren heel makkelijk. Ook de locatie, op een paar minuten lopen van winkels en metro en recht tegenover een 711 was fantastisch natuurlijk!

Het enige wat jammer was, was dat de kamer geen raam had waardoor het donker was en de lampen altijd aan moesten. In de badkamer was een deur naar een klein balkonnetje, dus van daar was uitzicht op de straat. De wasmachine was prettig, alleen de bediening van de knoppen met Japanse tekst was ingewikkeld. Het lukte me toch nog om een wasprogramma van 37 minuten te kiezen.

I can’t say enough positive about this accommodation. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was huge and made us feel very at home. Giving us a sanctuary to escape the hustle and bustle with plenty of room. It was like our own apartment. The facilities are great with a washer and dryer in the room plus a large fridge, microwave and kitchen. My daughter really loved the privacy given by the tall sides on the bunk bed. The bed was huge and very comfortable for my partner and I. It was also very conveniently placed with a 7 Eleven across the road, 5 min walk to the train station and the Electric district full of rest and a huge anime presence full of shopping. Love this place and would recommend to everyone. The price was brilliant for what you get as well.

L'appartement est spacieux. Il est situé à 5 /10 minutes de plusieurs stations de metro, ce qui permet de visiter facilement la ville. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Tout etait propre. L'appartement est tres bien équipé avec une cuisine et un lave linge (ce qui vu la chaleur est pratique pour laver régulièrement son linge) . Le quartier est calme.

Tous les couchages sont dans la même pièce (1 lit king size + 2 lits superposés) qui est aussi le salon et la cuisine, ce qui n'est pas pratique si on est plusieurs avec des horaires de coucher ou de levers differents.

The people who came into clean the room didn’t exactly clean. Just changed the towels and stretched the sheets. They also turned off the hot water machine.

The location is good. Spacious room. Having a kitchen, dining table and wash machine was very convenient Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay quite disappointing (considering the price tag). The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be very worn out. Whenever I sat down, the seat sank so deeply that it felt as though I might fall through it. The bed also had no headboard, and the wall directly behind the bed was covered with black stains, which I have to say looked quite disgusting. It gave the room a cheap motel feel. I usually like to sit up in bed and lean against the headboard or wall to relax, but here I felt very uncomfortable doing so. We stayed for 9 nights, and unfortunately, the housekeeping was consistently below standard. There were still food crumbs left on the floor and table after cleaning. The refill of the water bottles was very random… To sum up, I would not stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. One of the biggest advantages was that our accommodation occupied an entire floor, which made it feel very private and quiet, though we could definitely hear the folks above us thumping around and I imagine the people below could hear us. The room was also surprisingly spacious, especially considering it's located in the middle of Tokyo where space is often limited. I would say that the overall experience felt more like staying in an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. Having extra room to relax and a more residential feel made our stay very comfortable. Another feature we loved was the in-room laundry machine. Being able to do laundry during our trip was incredibly convenient and made a big difference, especially for a longer stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a private, spacious, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo.

While it's clear that a lot of thought went into providing amenities and features that travelers might need, the overall layout and organization of the space didn't seem especially intuitive, and we often found ourselves wondering why certain items or areas were arranged the way they were. We would suggest that the owners spend a few days living in the space themselves, as that might help identify opportunities to make the layout more practical and user-friendly for guests. Another drawback was a very strong odor in the common areas. It was probably cleaning solutions, but it smelled strongly of paint or turpentine. With some adjustments to the layout and attention to the odor issue, this property would be a top notch stay for this area of Tokyo!

Avevo letto su Booking che avevano tenuto le valigie ad altri ospiti per alcuni giorni; dovevamo stare fuori Tokyo e non ci servivano tutte, ne avremmo lasciate due, saremmo tornati a prenderle per partire definitivamente dal Giappone ma a noi hanno detto di no ☹️

Localisation parfaite près de la Ginza Line, au calme mais à côté du cœur de akihabara. Logement superbe, personnel top. Nous étions 4 et avons passé 3 nuits. Nous avons eu un petit tremblement de terre mais nous sommes sentis parfaitement en sécurité. Si nous revenons à Tokyo je reprendrai sans hésitation ce logement, parfait !

Spacious room for families and to spread put all of your suitcases. All the good of an Airbnb-space, price, privacy, but also everything you would want from a hotel. Has everything you need, toiletries, cleaning, umbrellas to use, front desk to accept luggage forwarding, luggage storage. Close distance to multiple subway stations and walking to a lot of food and shopping, accessible to all parts of tokyo by transit.

Beds were a little firm, but that is pretty common for Japan, just foreigners are not so used to it.

Very spacious considering this is in Tokyo, perfect for 5 of us. Room is very clean and modern, great facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable. Shower is great.

המלון הוא ממש נוח למשפחה. אמנם צריך להחליף רכבת משדה התעופה, ואחר כך ללכת כמה דקות. .אחר כך היה לנו נוח להתנייד. יש מלא תמרוקים וגם קפה ותה אני ממליצה למשפחה . יש סופר איכותי קרוב וגם מסעדות באיזור.

The size of the room was fantastic! Plenty of room for the whole family! Loved the separate work space that could be used as a private space for the older child. Having laundry facilities to wash and dry clothing was a great convenience after a week long stay. Only 1 room per floor meant privacy and security for us, especially as you can only access the floor with your room key.

Being from Australia, we are more accustomed to sleeping on plush, soft beds. Soft memory foam mattress toppers would have been the only additional item needed to make this a perfect stay.

The room was huge compared to all my other accommodations during my trip to Japan and was great for a group. Staff was friendly and location was quiet.

The shower was a bit strange to me as I'm not used to Japanese style bathrooms and I was worried about moisture getting stuck in between the tub and the walls. Also seems like the furniture was a bit chipped and the paint on the walls could be polished up, but these are just small issues. Otherwise this was a great hotel to come back to after a tiring day.

The location was right smack in the middle of Akihabara and about 1km away from Ueno Park/Zoo and Ameyoko market. Each room occupies the entire floor so it was very safe. Very well kept.

Location, the size of the room and also it's amenities. Close to the Orange Line (Suehirocho) with lots of Restaurants, groceries and convenience stores nearby. Good for Anime and Toy collectors as it is close to Akihabara.

This was the 3rd time we booked here. When i asked to clean the room on the 3rd night of our 8 days stay, a foreign staff member advised that they do not clean the room only after checking out. When I told him that we've been staying here and this is our 3rd third time, he felt embarrassed and apologized for his claims. Other than that encounter, all is good.

This hotel was the best thing about our trip to Japan! It was a home away from home. Extremely comfortable for a family of 5! Everything was great! The staff was so helpful and spoke great English. The hotel was very clean and so central to grocery and convenience stores, the train line was 5 mins away, restaurants steps away, it was an amazing experience! Having a washer/dryer made things so much easier, and of course the cooking area was perfect for a family. This hotel is a 10/10. Having the side office was perfect! A lot of space overall. Awesome!! Best decision we made was staying here!

We could have used more towel racks/hooks to place towels when done showering. And more coffee mugs would be good and a toaster would have been great to have. Recommend- getting a new frying pan it’s pretty beat out but manageable. A dresser could have made things easier since we stayed over a week.
