Absolute Traumlage! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Hosts sind mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Ich habe absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Struttura nuovissima, pulitissima, confortevole, affacciata su una delle TOP spiagge di Praslin: Anse Lazio. Ho apprezzato la gestione di Alyssa e famiglia sempre molto attenti alle esigenze dei loro clienti. La casa ha tutto quello che serve: da una cucina fornitissima (lavastoviglie inclusa) ad una camera con letto molto comodo. E soprattutto: veranda vista oceano da sogno, tramonti viola e rosa quasi tutte le sere, spiaggia con mare favoloso a duei passi. Snorkelling accessibile dalla spiaggia sul lato destro con un buon livello di varietà di pesci e coralli. Per noi c'era tutto il necessario per rendere un soggiorno meraviglioso.

Grand logement avec accès direct à l’une des plus belle plage de Praslin , avec un des meilleur snorkeling depuis la plage ( tortues marines) . Conforme à la description et aux photos . Très propre et fonctionnel. Audrey la propriétaire( Seychelloise ) et son mari James (Australien) vous accueillent chaleureusement et veillent à ce que votre séjour se passe bien . Audrey parle bien français et est adorable . À notre arrivée le frigidaire était chargé de boissons et la corbeille de fruit de bananes . Le Ménage fait chaque jours , ainsi que Bouteilles d’eau , café et régulièrement des bananes. Des transats sont réservés sur la plage de 8:00 à 17:00 aux résidents . L’anse Lazio est accessible par une route par endroits très pentue et étroite , mieux vaut la faire de jour. Cette anse est ex centrée du reste de l’île mais c’est ce qui en fait son charme . Avant l’arrivée des touristes vous avez la plage pour vous et vous avez le sentiment d’être seul au monde 🤗🤩…( très peu d’établissements autours ) les établissements de restauration ferment à 17:00 , il faut prévoir de se faire à dîner . La cuisine est bien équipée. Vous avez un take away juste à côté , qui ferme à 17:00, si vous ne voulez pas cuisiner 😉plusieurs supermarchés à Côte d’or, anse Volbert ( 8km / 15 à 20mn) un petit supermarché est plus près . Un bar à côté est ouvert jusqu’à 21:00 avec un peu de musique , Puis ensuite il ne reste plus que le bruit des vagues … Nous avons passé 6 nuits ici et sommes enchantés de notre séjour ! Merci à vous pour votre gentillesse. Ps: la maman d’Audrey tient une boutique de souvenirs/ vêtements, vers l’entrée de l’établissement , allez-y il y a pleins de choses et elle est adorable également !

La Clim est seulement dans la chambre mais vous avez un ventilateur de plafond dans l’espace cuisine/salon. La douche extérieure de sortie de plage ne fonctionnait pas mais vous avez un robinet pour vous rincer les pieds à chaque entrée d’appartement

בדרך כלל אני לא נוהגת לכתוב חוות דעת אבל חייבת לפרגן. ניקיון ברמה הכי גבוה שיש! ולי יש סטנדרטים גבוהים של ניקיון. אדיבות יוצאת דופן של עובדי המלון, חייבת להודות לאליסה הבעלים של המקום על העזרה והלבביות שלה, היא כל הזמן הייתה זמינה וכל כך מתוקה. החדר היה מאובזר ואיכותי כמו שבחיים לא ראיתי, המטבח השירותים והכל, כשהגענו היו פרחים בכל מקום והמקרר היה מלא ובחינם, גם קיבלנו בננות ובקבוקי מים כל יום ללא עלות. החדר היה על החוף הכי יפה בפרסלין, התמונות לא משקפות עד כמה המקום יפה.

Best location in the island. Just a 20 seconds from the beach. Daily cleaning. Water and bananas free. TV with Netflix. Free beds in the beach. Supermarket is a 5 minutes drive away. The treatment and care provided by the owners’ family is exceptional. Highlight Alyssa, excellent communication since the first day of the booking. She help me with the car rental and when I got a flat tyre.

Very hard to find something to improve in the apartments. The access road to Anse Lazio is quite bad.

Tutto, la struttura è letteralmente a due passi da una delle due spiagge più belle di Praslin. Dotata dell’essenziale per cucinare e confortevole. Un grazie speciale ad Alyssa, ha risposto ad ogni nostra necessità in modo rapido e accogliente, abbiamo dimenticato il caricatore in camera e ha organizzato una spedizione in traghetto per mandarcelo a La Digue! Tesis gayet temiz ve anse lazio plajına yürüyerek 10 saniye mesafedeydi😍 Konakladığımız odada ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü.. Manzarası ise mükemmeldi. Plajda da sadece otel misafirlerine ayrılmış şezlonglar olması harikaydı. Hala o plajı özlüyoruz 🥲

Sadece plajın dibinde olduğu için çok restoran olanağı yoktu hemen yanındaki mabuya da kahvaltımızı edip öğle yemeklerimizi yedik diğer yanındaki kokoloko bardan da çok güzel kokteyller içtik. Araba kiralamış olduğumuz için ise akşam yemeklerini 15 dk mesafede olan minik lokal yerlerde yedik ve çok beğendik.

Wonderful hotel with thoughtfully designed apartments that have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are breathtaking, and the property is located right on the beachfront, next to one of the best beaches in the Seychelles. It's clear that the owners truly care about their reputation and their guests' experience.

The only downside I noticed was the large number of tiny insects in the kitchen area. It would also be perfect if the hotel had its own restaurant, allowing guests to order room service and enjoy dinner while taking in the spectacular ocean view.

Alles! Wahnsinns Lage am für uns besten Strand der Seychellen. Man macht die Tür auf und ist am Strand.

Das einzige was vielleicht negativ war, die Möglichkeiten an diesem Ort ab 18 Uhr was zu Essen zu bekommen. Man braucht ein Auto oder muss vorher einkaufen.

Alles. Beginnend mit der Inhaberin, einer wirklich tollen, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Frau. Die Lage an der Anse Lazio ist natürlich unübertroffen. Die Ausstattung der Juniorsuite No.7 war perfekt. Alles wirkte neu und modern. Morgens die Bucht für sich allein zu haben war grandios. Schön auch, dass für jedem Gast eine Liege am Strand vorhanden war.

Tout était super ! La gentillesse des hôtes et du staff, la localisation directe sur la plage, les chaises longues réservées et l’appartement tout équipé et nettoyé tous les jours. Merci pour ce super séjour !!

Notre seul point d’amélioration serait de laisser les chaises longues sur la plage jusqu’au coucher du soleil

Having really enjoyed our previous stay, we returned the following year in May and stayed for even longer ! We loved every minute of this perfectly managed small hotel located on an incredible beach. The owners Audrey and James and their daughter are naturally warm and hospitable people who take great pride in this establishment and the comfort of their guests is their priority. We did nothing but swim and relax in this little piece of paradise.

Everything ! Wonderful accommodation on a glorious beach. Large villa with modern fittings and spotlessly clean. Audrey, her husband and her daughter Alyssa were excellent hosts - kind and so helpful. Anse Lazio beach is truly spectacular so to be staying a few steps from this incredible beach with a glorious view was incredible. Astonishing sunsets too. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this place. The hosts are wonderful and caring, always ready to help. A special big thank you for replenishing the water every day. The beach is just amazing! We even saw a turtle while snorkeling. There is a very beautiful trail between Lazio Beach and Georgette, and if your fitness level allows, we highly recommend going there. These are the two most beautiful beaches on the island! Just make sure not to go in the heat. The hotel also helped us rent a car. The room had everything we needed, and we were pleased with the tasty coffee. The cottages are surrounded by a beautiful garden. The view of the beach is right in front of you, and it is so nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. And the sunsets are incredible! You just want to watch them there again and again.

Вид с номера просто сногсшебательный. Отдельно хочу отметить расположение - это лучшее расположение на острове. Частые комплименты в виде фруктов и напитков. Один восторг от проживания в данном месте. Обязательно вернёмся именно сюда, более райского места на земле еще не видели. Спасибо !

Allt! Läge först och främst: det bästa stranden både på Praslin och Mahe. Och vi var på dem flesta kända. Klar vatten, vyer. Värdparet Audrey och James- fina, trevliga människor, som tar hand om allt och det syns hur mycket de älskar vad de gör! Alltid glada! Vackra blommor överallt!Rent och fint inrett boende. Allt är nytt. Finns Netflix och YouTube. Inte tv kanaler. Diskmaskin, mikrougn, kyl och tvättmaskin. En sak är bra att tänka på om man inte har bil: stanna och köp matvaror till frukost då det finns inte som det står på Booking i beskrivningen. Vi hade taxichaufför som föreslog att handla innan. Dryck och drink också. Paret har baren som är också trevligt. Grill vid närmsta restaurang gör god fisk och hamburgare. Kokoloko baren har bra ost och charkbricka och härlig musik som inte är känd i Europa.

Die Lage ist einzigartig; wenige Meter vom Traumstrand Anse Lazio. Die Besitzer waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Direkt am Strand gab es zum Sonnenuntergang leckere Cocktails.

Die Isolierung der neuen Bungalows könnte besser sein. Wir hatten ein Studio unter dem Dach und es war auch nachts trotz Klimaanlage extrem warm.

Была на Сейшелах 10 раз, ездила в Фосизон Маэ, Дерош и Раффлес Сейшелс . Нашла Lazio Beach Residence на букинге и поехала. Это лучшее место на земле . Очень чисто, вы нигде не увидите такой чистоты. В апартаментах хороший кондиционер. Аппартаменты находятся на пляже, который входит в 10ку лучших пляжей мира. У нас были свои лежаки. В отелях мне не хватало тишины. Чужие детки громко кричат на пляже , а хочется тишины. Вы найдете тишину и покой в Lazio Beach Residence. На пляже почти нет детей. Вход в море просто необыкновенный, мягкий белый песок и ни одной ракушки. Мы обязательно сюда вернемся, потому что здесь лучше, чем в дорогих отелях.

Naprosto skvostné ubytování přímo na pláži, pár kroků a jste ve vodě. Ubytování pohodlné, velmi prostorné, skvěle vybavená kuchyně, v koupelně pračka. Pohodlné obří postele. V zahradě i na pláži po celou dobu rezerv.lehátka pouze pro váš pokoj, což je skvělý nápad. Denně doplněné kapsle na kávu i voda. Mísa manga na uvítanou. Jedno z nejlepších ubytování co jsme kdy byli, kdybych mohla, dám 12/10!

An einem sehr schönen Strand gelegen. Täglich Möglichkeit frischer Mangos und Bananen.

Das Raumklima empfanden wir als nicht sehr angenehm. ( es hat sich. unheimlich schnell aufgeheizt speziell im Schlafzimmer trotz Klimaanlage), keine Querlüftung so richtig möglich. Liegen waren am Strand zuordnet, ohne Auflagen. Leider ist man auch sehr abhängig von den Strömungen im Meer, aber das weis man ja vorher. Man muss auch zwingend ein Mietauto haben, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nicht Fussläufig, wir sind bis Anse Volbert gefahren, der in 5 Min Fahrweite gelegene Laden war sehr teuer bei wenig Auswahl. ( ist halt klassisch Selbstversorger). Das angrenzende Restaurant hatte spätnachmittags dann geschlossen, wenn der Tagestouristenansturm durch war.

Красивая большая терраса с мебелью. На пляже есть лежаки . Отдельно хочу отметить хозяйку Одри, замечательная женщина, очень добрая и приветливая, помогла нам в сложной ситуации, большое спасибо ! Ideal location, directly on one of the best beaches on Praslin. Exceptional service and recommendations from the hosts. Apartment was always cleaned adequately. Sun loungers on the beach available for guests.

Low water pressure at some points in the day - this is due to water restrictions imposed by the Seychelles government - in all fairness not the fault of the establishment, but something to be aware of.

The apartments all face directly onto Anse Lazio, which we thought was the best beach in the Inner Islands by a long way. Incredible snorkelling, sunsets, and gorgeous white sand. From the apartments you have direct access straight onto the beach, which was amazing - you couldn’t ask for better on Praslin. We enjoyed many lovely evenings on the terrace looking out onto the waves. In addition the room was very clean and comfortable, a good shower, and the family are lovely and welcoming.

All perfect. It is self catering so bear in mind if you’re staying here that you need to sort food or eat at the nearby restaurant, which closes at 6pm. There are other restaurants a short drive away. A few occasional power cuts due to government maintenance (not the fault of the owners)

Gördüğüm en iyi sahilde konuşlu bir otel.deniz enfesti. Sahipleri Olimpia ve Zeus çok ilgiliydiler . Hep gülümseyen bir yüz görüyorsunuz. Çok misafirperverdiler.

Akşam 18 den sonra yemek bir sorun çünkü heryer kapanıyor .bu nedenle arabayla yakın bir kasabaya yemek için gitmek zorunda kaldık . Kahvaltı da yoktu bu nedenle yandaki kafeden yararlandık.

Месторасположение шикарное) На лучшем пляже Праслина ❤️ Понравился персонал отеля: оперативно отвечали на все вопросы до заселения, давали исчерпывающие ответы на все, когда приехали, очень тепло встретили, было приятно) В номере ждали приветственные бутылки с водой, кола, пиво, молоко, бананы, это прям огромные молодцы, отдельное за такой подарок спасибо 😻 Рядом есть бары, кафе и ресторан. Супермаркет в 10 минутах езды на машине. Сам номер симпатичный, понравились разные элементы декора, есть все необходимое для готовки, включая соль, перец, кофемашина порадовала ❤️ В ванной комнате предоставляются мыло, шампунь, гель для душа. Зубные щётки и паста нужны свои) Из недочётов для нас: вечером свет во всех комнатах холодный, яркий, было бы здорово, если бы были добавлены источники теплого освещения, возможно дополнительные светильники, лампы и тд, это добавило бы массу уюта. Конечно, в этих домиках переплачиваешь просто за расположение, но оно того стоит :) Мы нисколько не пожалели, что остановились на этом варианте. Поскольку все было шикарно ❤️

L’emplacement est incroyable, le logement est spacieux et très propre. La literie est confortable. Les bananes le premier jour nous a servi pour toute la semaine. Le fait d’avoir des bouteilles d’eau chaque jour est très appréciable. Alyssa et sa maman sont très disponibles et répondent aux attentes. Nous avons pu nous doucher à l’extérieur avant de partir pour l’aéroport milieu d’après midi.

Je dirais que le point d’amélioration pour cet endroit qui est déjà d’un très haut niveau par rapport à l’emplacement et la propreté serait la décoration. Celle ci est standardisée et je trouve dommage les lumières blanches dans l’ensemble du logement. Ça enlève un côté chaleureux.

Our stay at Lazio Beach Residence was a dream come true! This place exceeded all our expectations – located just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Seychelles, Anse Lazio, it offers not only breathtaking views but also a unique atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the very first moment. The apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped – with a balcony overlooking the tropical garden and the ocean. Every detail is carefully thought out with the guest's comfort in mind. But the true highlight of this place are the owners – absolutely wonderful, warm-hearted people who put their souls into what they do. Communication was perfect: they were helpful, always available (even before our stay wonderful contact via booking), discreet and incredibly kind. We felt truly cared for, without ever feeling overwhelmed – the perfect balance! Another big plus is the peace and privacy – it’s a intimate residence, ideal for anyone looking to relax in harmony with nature. Morning coffee in the garden with birdsong and sunsets over the lagoon are memories we’ll cherish forever. I wholeheartedly recommend this place – if you’re looking for a genuine, magical experience in Seychelles, this is it!

Alles war perfekt. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und vorkommend. Lage perfekt am Anse Lazio.

Wir hätten ein Mietauto haben sollen. Lage an Anse Lazio ist sehr ruhig, abends keine Restaurant in der Nähe offen. Haben weniger gegessen halt, was manchmal nicht schlecht ist . Man kann Taxi fahren und Bus, aber man muss zu Busstation 1,5 Km steil Berg aufwärts laufen. Und abends fahren keine Mücken mehr. Anse Lazio hat viele Sandmücken , mein Mann wurde voll gestochen .

Fantastic location, clean place, all functional and with great level of service. You get what you pay for. It is more like half-way between an apartment and a hotel, best of both worlds. Owners are super nice and welcoming. Everything was great

Audrey, Alyssa and James will make you very welcome at these high end luxury apartments. We stayed in a king suite and wanted for nothing. Anse Lazio is paradise on earth. Chillax and enjoy the wonderful friendly environment and forget the rat race back home…worth every penny!

We can't recommend this place highly enough. Audrey and James were absolutely charming hosts, with plenty of great tips for the area. The location is perfect, right on the beach with some fantastic restaurants / beach bars within a short walk. The apartment was also great, with everything you'd need and in really good condition. You can see why people say that Anse Lazio is one of the best beaches in the world! Thanks again to Audrey and James, and hopefully see you again in the future

The villa itself was good - clean, well looked after with all the amenities you would expect. But the location is what takes it to the next level. Absolutely spectacular! By far the most incredible place I've ever stayed. You can walk straight onto the beach (which is possibly the most beautiful beach in the world). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

You're paying for the location - which is spectacular and definitely worth it. We stayed in a couple of all inclusive 5 star hotels during our stay in the Seychelles, with spas, gyms etc which ended up being cheaper than this place. So some people might rather spend the money there. But again - the location is well worth the money in my opinion.

Nice new property, owners had thought of everything, fully equipped kitchen will all utensils. Room very spacious and great see views. Netflix TV. Property is on the beach, the best beach on the island. Beach crystal clear water, calm see and great for snorkelling. Family run property and owners were very helpful and friendly, really nice people. We wanted to leave a couple of hours later after checkout and it was no problem.

Une adresse de rêve à Anse Lazio : Anissa nous a accueillis avec ses parents dans un appartement de rêve les pieds dans l'eau, et pas seulement les pieds dans l'eau mais au bord de la plus belle plage des Seychelles d'après moi ! Crique de paradis, snorkeling, service au top. fleurs 🌸 et petit déjeuner ou déjeuner possible juste à côté. C'est une belle aventure familiale depuis plusieurs générations et je souhaite à Anissa et ses parents si dynamiques beaucoup de succès pour cette résidence toute neuve qui permet de découvrir Praslin et de faire la cuisine sur place. We spent four nights of our honeymoon here and loved it! It’s a small residence with very friendly owners who care for their guests with personal touches. We arrived to a fridge stocked with drinks and were delivered fresh mangoes and passion fruits every day. The beach is perfect, calm and transparent waters. We saw lots of fish, sting rays and even dolphins one day. You can also watch the sunset from there, which was beautiful.

The only remark we have is that we recommend renting a car to stay mobile. Also for dinner, the road is quite hilly and we didn’t want to drive it at night. There is one nice restaurant on the beach now serving dinner, but you just need to know that your order must be in before 7pm. Alternatively you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen of your apartment.

+ Staff were so lovely - so welcoming and friendly! + Place was nice and clean and fruit and drinks were a bonus + Amenities and facilities were perfect + Location was ideal and a stunning view + Beach bar was great + Didn't need to leave the place + Nice restaurant nearby too for lunch or evening meals + They helped us with everything and more!

Die Lage und das Apartment waren sehr schön. Die Besitzerin war die netteste Besitzerin die ich je gesehen habe. Hat uns versucht in allen themen behilflich zu sein.

Das einzig blöde ist, es gibt zwar nebenan zwei Restaurants, die aber um 17:00 uhr zusperren. Also wenn ihr bis 16:45 nicht dort isst, seit ihr den ganzen Abend am verhungern. Außer ihr bestellt euch ein Taxi und fahrt in die Stadt, was wiederum sehr viel kostet.

Absolutely amazing place right in front of one of the best beaches in the world. We had an apartment on the top floor. It was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Personally we preferred the top floor as the view was better and we didn't mind to use stairs. The rooms had nice ceiling fans, so we didn't even have to use air-co (personally, I am not big fan of conditioned air, so for me that was a big plus). The owners of the residence are absolutely fantastic people. Kind, attentive, super helpful, eager to make sure your holidays are perfect. There was no any issues with an early check-in and a late checkout, but I guess this also depends on the availability. Special thanks to Alyssa who organized taxi and a private boat tour for us. Basically, we didn't have to do anything ourselves, everything was perfectly arranged. The location of the residence couldn't be better. It is just right on the beach and we also think that this part of the beach is the best. It is very close to stones on the right side of the beach which is a good place for snorkeling (BTW we saw sea turtles several times there!). And at the same time it is close to a good restaurant and the fantastic Koko Loko bar. The beach is stunning. Turquoise and pristine, super calm water with a pleasant surf at the shore. There were no any signs of seaweed. We were there in the middle of June and we saw seaweed on the opposite side of Praslin, but here it was all clean. Also in June it can be windy in other parts of the island, but on Anse Lazio it was quite good. There was some cooling breeze there, but the water would stay absolutely calm. The beach felt quite secluded. It was almost empty in the morning and it wasn't crowded even in the middle of the day. But I guess it also depends on the season. We found June to be a perfect time to visit with dry weather and fewer people. We look forward to visiting this place again!

Nothing really. Everything was just exceptional!

Waking up just steps away from Anse Lazio – one of the most breathtaking beaches in the world – is an experience beyond words. The soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters are simply mesmerizing. If you love snorkeling, you’ll be amazed by the vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life just offshore. The villas are modern, impeccably maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Most importantly, the atmosphere is peaceful and private – no crowds, no noise, just pure relaxation. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful hosts – incredibly kind and welcoming people who made us feel at home. We are deeply grateful and will definitely return!

The location cannot be better. It is on the best beach on Praslin. And probably the only property with direct beach access from your apartment. Absolutely magical. The beach is no doubt one of the best in Seychelles. Do not miss to snorkel the coral reefs on the right side close to boulder rocks. Beautiful corals and fish. And if you are lucky, you can see small lemon shark too. And on left side of the beach, you can see turtles while snorkeling. But corals are better on the right side end (more on side of the residences. The staff is absolutely lovely and you get treated very nicely. There is daily cleaning. Beach towels provide and apartments have everything you need. I preferred the lower (ground) floor apartments as you can be on the beach from your terrace. Bring your snorkeling gear with you as hard to rent at the beach. The property doesn’t have breakfast or dinner but kitchens are very well equipped and you can get breakfast on discounted rate in the restaurant right next door if you are staying here.
