Problemy z parkingiem, Osoby/dzieci na siłę wskazujące miejsce do zaparkowania - oczekują zapłaty mimo, że nie prosiliście o pomoc. Brak windy (pokoje na piętrze), mało miejsca na schodach. Klimatyzacja nie ma odprowadzenia wody. Skraplane powietrze spływa po ścianie pod klimatyzacją na szafę i wykładzinę/podłogę

Difficulte de stationnement ds la ruelle surtout le sejour a ete en haute saison. Problème de la chasse d eau ds la salle de bain. Pas de café/restaurant sur place. Absence de petit réfrigérateur ds les chambres.

Le seul problème était que l'air climatisé était défectueux donc ils attendaient que le réparateur passe régler le problème.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse konnte man mit einem schönen Ausblick auf Chefchaouen genießen. Unser Zimmer hatte 2 Räume und einen kleinen Balkon, dass war sehr angenehm.
Das Parken ist zur Zeit etwas schwierig, da das Parkhaus wegen Straßenschäden geschlossen ist.

No kettle in the room, no drinking water in the room not even the two small bottles so best to grab some from shop outside. I requested if something special could be done in our room as it was a special occasion and the request was not acknowledged.

Un grazie particolare al ragazzo della reception che ci aiutato moltissimo ed ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Consiglio di contattarlo tramite booking prima dell'arrivo e di farsi mandare la posizione dell'hotel perché Google map ci ha portato da tutt'altra parte

Reviewed May 4, 2026The pictures undersell the hotel. We were very impressed by the rooms, especially the Suite with Balcony. Amazing views at the blue city while still be very close. The terrace is huge with sweeping views of the river. Our bed was quite comfortable and we loved watching the rain come down on the terrace
I didn't like the pictures on Booking. The hotel was far prettier and offer more than what we had saw! Especially for the very affordable price.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Clean spacious suite with living room, small balcony and bedroom with kingsize bed, right by the river at the foot of the river-side stairs with eateries. Shutters will darken the bedroom. Great view from the terrace where breakfast is served. Flat bread was the best I had in Morocco. Staff is really kind nd helpful.
I hate noise during the night and reading reviews I was a bit anxious about the football pitch besides the hotel. However it did not botter me at all as in my room it was distant during the day and evening and there was no music, just people playing football. As long as you have a room with a balcony you are not facing the pitch and noise is minimal during the day and evening with the river also surging. I slept really well also due to the shutters allowing a blackout of the room. Would stay here again.

De "parking" is heel moeilijk bereikbaar, maar een hotelmedewerker begeleidde ons vanaf een bepaald punt in de stad en ook de parkwachter hielp goed.

There was a problem with accessing the parking. The booking say there was parking but the room was destroyed , despite that the booking was not updated to say that you had to be rerouted as the GPS still ask you to go along a closed road, and there was no parking close to the hotel.

L’hôte est très accueillante et le personnel agréable. Nous avons même eu droit à un petit déjeuner offert, bien qu’il ne soit pas inclus. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues.
La chambre était un peu froide. Il y avait un chauffage, mais il ne chauffait pas suffisamment toute la pièce. De plus, le terrain de football proche de la chambre générait un peu de bruit.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à Hôtel Princesse Ilham, et nous en gardons un souvenir absolument merveilleux. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l’accueil, la gentillesse et la bienveillance d’Ilham, la propriétaire, ainsi que par le service attentionné d’Aïda. Il se dégage de cet hôtel une très belle conscience : tout est entretenu avec soin, joie et amour du détail. La décoration est élégante, les chambres sont magnifiques et d’une propreté irréprochable. On sent qu’Ilam aime profondément son lieu et les personnes qu’elle y accueille. L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la médina, tout en restant très accessible, avec un parking juste derrière l’hôtel, ce qui est un vrai plus à Chefchaouen. Le rooftop est absolument superbe, offrant une vue splendide sur la ville. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu la chance de découvrir Chefchaouen sous le soleil, la pluie ayant accompagné notre séjour… mais même sous la pluie, la magie a opéré. Ces deux jours ont été pour nous un véritable temps de repos, de douceur et de ressourcement. Les petits-déjeuners méritent une mention toute particulière : faits maison, variés, savoureux, peu sucrés, et préparés avec beaucoup d’attention. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chouchoutés. Un immense merci à Ilham, véritable princesse de cœur, pour tout ce qu’elle est, pour ses précieux conseils pour la suite de notre voyage, et pour l’atmosphère si paisible qu’elle sait créer dans son hôtel. Nous repartons reposés, reconnaissants, et avec une seule envie : revenir

The receptionist, Mouad, was exceptionally kind, welcoming us with a smile and always ready to help this hospitality made our stay even more special. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, yet perfectly located near everything: Ras El Maa, Ota Hammam, and the vibrant downtown. It’s the ideal balance between tranquility and convenience. Clean rooms, cozy atmosphere, and a sense of warmth that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Blue Pearl.
