KK SERVICE APARTMENTS

First time staying in Vellore and the only pleasant thing was the stay here in KK Service Appartments. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was so comfortable that after a long trip, we were able to rest properly. If I have to stay in Vellore again, I'll choose here for sure.

The location is easily approachable to VIT Vellore by using the new bypass road.

No microwave or induction stove is available. A gas stove is provided but they charge additional Rs.150.00 for using it.

Clean, easily accessible and value for money

Everything was fine. However the jet spray in room number 102 needs some maintenance..

Everything is good even the location , it’s clean well maintained , and the staff are really helpful we left our luggage whole day in the lobby and they were fine looking after them

Home feeling

Nothing

The hotel was equipped with all kinds of modern features as it was newly built and the rooms were well maintained as well

The Breakfast was good. Home-like feeling.

The electricity blackout could have been handled better. They knew about it, but somehow did not communicate it to us. Also, they have some constraints with the backup, which resulted in some hours of electricity blackout in the apartment.

Everything

Well appointed double bedroom with attached bathroom…a good kitchen with all essentials is also provided..good for families and long stays

Breakfast is delivered in parcels, would have been nicer to have choice. Some mosquitoes in the room but manageable

We had booked for apartment for the entire family, ans we had arrived very late yet the the host was very accommodative and very warm attending to us despite way beyond checking in time. The apartment was awesomw, fully equipped kitchen with complete utensils, good comfortable clean beds and blankets, very clean bathrooms with, hall with comfy sofa and TV set. The apartment too us fitted with elevator facility which is extremely helpful for senior occupants Family was very very with our stay despite a short 1 night stay.

Very well maintained facility. Small establishment, however exceptional attention to detail staff. Fully furnished place, we hosted dinner for 4 families and the staff helped out with errands. They book out fast (few number of units). They didn’t have International plugs, but reception staff could’ve helped me, all I had to do was ask. Location is convenient.

Cleanliness. Staff are good. Peaceful stay.

Only thing I didn't like here. Amenities provided in kitchen are good. provided only few as asked. What if we don't know and may need other utensils. We should again request? Why not trust them and provide all? However, you are checking by the time tenant is leaving. Also, there is no dishwash bar to clean the utensils.
