Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel cancelled it and subsequently asked for advance/prepayment. This is extremely unprofessional. The hotel is grossly overpriced for what it provides, exploiting poor parents who wish to attend VIT Vellore convocation. A confirmed reservation should mean exactly that. Guests should not be left scrambling because the hotel changes its terms afterwards.

No privacy in swimming pool on Sundays because they were allowing outsiders in swimming pool... Very disappointing and disturbing

The rooms were smelly, the toilet seats were not clean. Electricity kept tripping whole night. Food in the restaurant was not so good.

de locatie is pal aan de snelweg, op korte afstand van de belangrijkste tempels van vellore en het fort; het hotel is prima voor 1 overnachting; het zwembad is verfrissend , maar heeft slechts 2 tafelstoelen ; dus die omgeving is niet erg aantrekkelijk

Vacanza | In coppia Hotel carino, camere ampie ma bagni piccoli, per entrarci bisogna entrare in doccia, ma va bene almeno è pulito, i prodotti di igiene personale sono un po scarsini per un 4 stelle, il materasso comodo ma troppo troppo morbido si sprofonda dentro. La struttura è molto pulita, al suo interno ha una spa con personale troppo chiacchierone, se vado per fare un massaggio relax voglio il relax non parlare. La piscina carina ma non ha sdraio o sedie per potersi rilassare, pecca da non sottovalutare. L’hotel ha anche un ristorante che prepara cibo buono, per noi occidentali non abituati allo speziato è un po troppo, ma fortunatamente lo chef molto gentile e il suo sous chef ci ha preso sotto la sua visione e ci hanno preparato pasti adeguati a noi zero piccante ma mantenendo un gusto molto molto buono, ristorante super approvato. Dovessi tornare mi rifermerei in questo hotel ci sono cose da migliorare ma si sta bene ed è vicino a diversi negozi Il servizio sicurezza molto buono, personale gentile

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The location is easily accessible, which made travel very convenient. The room was comfortable and peaceful, making the overall stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Provide Wifi, This is essential for any Guest,when you are out of home,you need to consider the communication facility, in today's world.

Drinking water needs to be provided 2lts/ day/person. Understanding of language either English or Hindi. Earlier management was much cordial & more understanding label with guest.

They have got a variety of options for breakfast and it enough to take one through the day. It is satisifying and refreshing location is just great in case of any small last minute shopping, tge shops are just throw stone away.

I concider night shift as critical. Me of a kind that comes from a medical background. It is dificult when someone behind the phone on a main reception finds communicating in english language difficult. It make it frustrating to get something from it.

the breakfast was average with limited spread, juices served were not good, food quality and variety was average. the beds were not stationary, use to slide while reclining on it and were creaky, The washroom was small in size and not clean to the standard once expects it to be.

Television was not running Room service for food, no one came No newspaper delivery in room. Bathroom taps did not indicate, which way is hot water. No mug in bathroom for holding water

Food was not getting delivered as promised. We had to call twice - both room service and at restaurant. A/C was blowing cold air even when I raise the temparature. We had to shut down but then there was no circulation of fresh air as all the windows were locked.

Excellent Staff, Good facility, Location right in the middle of the City, Pool on the Terrace was very nice. Quick room service, Spacious rooms & Rest rooms.

Few things that could have been better are 1. The kettle was not clean (Room 509 - 12th May to 13th May Stay) 2. Flush Tank wasn't working well (Room 511 - 12th May to 13th May Stay) 3. Cant open the Screen since the Glass and the place just outside the glass weren't clean (All outside and not inside). This is also in Room 511 - 12th May to 13th May Stay)

Staffs are very good.

Buckets and mugs are not in the bathroom.
