These villas are an excellent location, right in the middle of Canggu main streets but also hidden away from the noise. Very clean and comfortable, and we also felt very safe. The staff are lovely and easy to contact via WhatsApp. On arrival they were quick to respond and help us to our villa. They also helped us get our cases up the villa stairs to the bedroom. We had the first villa which was right next door to the staff but we quite liked it because there was always someone there to help if needed. There are about 4 resident cats who were always around which we loved! The black one with a stubby tail was very noisy and serenaded us every morning with his singing around 6am but this didn’t bother us. The pool, although communal for our villa it still felt quite private. I liked the fact that there were a couple of plugs that were 3 pinned so we didn’t need adapters, however the one behind the bed was a bit dodgy and didn’t always charge. The sofa and cushions are super comfy! I actually fell asleep there one night. You have access to Netflix, prime and also Spotify. I also used the spa services and had a lady come to the villa for a massage on the last day which was very relaxing! When we left the staff gave us a little bracelet which we thought was a lovely touch and reminder of a lovely stay in Canggu.

All in all loved this villa and what it offered but the lighting is quite dim which was a shame because it had such a lovely big mirror in the bedroom so we found it quite hard to do makeup etc, the bathroom light however is a bit better for this. The seating outside by the pool didn’t really see much sun so sunbathing was difficult. If you do get the 1st villa the window in the bathroom overlooks another villa so you just have to be careful because it does feel like they could see in if they were to look up.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa was absolutely beautiful, modern, clean and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a real home away from home, while still giving us that luxury holiday experience. The whole place had such a relaxing atmosphere and was the perfect base for enjoying Canggu. A huge thank you to Dewa and Satya, who looked after us during our stay. These two lads were absolutely brilliant! They were friendly, welcoming, helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine kindness and hospitality really made our stay even more special. It’s the people who can make a great holiday into an unforgettable one, and Dewa and Satya definitely did that for us. They are a credit to Zendara Villas and we really appreciate everything they did for us. If you’re looking for somewhere amazing to stay in Canggu, Zendara Villas is definitely worth booking. Truly stunning property, in the heart of Canggu. I've been to Bali 4-5 times and this is one of the best places I've stayed. Very roomy for 1-2 people. I happened to be alone, but could have easily been comfortable with another. Blacklist coffee is just 100-200m away. Delish. Deliveries are always quick too. Incredible locale.

The wifi when upstairs (in the only bedroom) was in and out. Didn't stop me from streaming netflix, but was clearly slower at times. I'm quite techy so am unsure if others would even notice.

De omgeving, pal naast een bouwplaats waar 7 dagen per week wordt gewerkt en een vuurton zonder onderbreking zorgt voor een vervelende stank. Iedere ochtend een concert van blaffende honden. Halve dag zonder water, dit is uiteindelijk wel opgelost door een medewerker. Personeel opdringerig.

We had a wonderful stay at Zendara Villas Canggu! The villa was beautiful, very clean, and perfectly maintained. The place is peaceful, ideal for relaxing while still being close to the restaurants, cafés, and lively atmosphere of Canggu. The staff, especially Diva, and our driver, Widi, were lovely, always smiling and available to help with our needs. We felt very welcome from start to finish. We would highly recommend this property and would be delighted to stay here again on a future trip to Bali!

The villa was amazing! It is well placed, near lots of restaurants and markets just down the road and only a short distance away from the beach. We loved the balcony where you could watch the sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had everything you might need. The villa staff, especially Diva, were lovely and very helpful.

The staff were exceptional. They were on site within minutes if we had any issues. It felt safe and welcoming.

The property is stunning and in a very, very central location, so we did not even need to rent a scooter to get around Canggu. There was a gym literally next door that charged fair daily rates. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only thing my friend and I did not like was that the outdoor area was very shaded. This is the area by the pool. Some visitors may like this, but we would have preferred a shaded spot and a sunny spot to lounge in the sun on days when we were taking it easy.

Liked interior, customer service (special thanks to Diva for usual support), liked the cat visitor that was staying with us! Overall I would recommend to stay if you want closer location to all shops and restaurants within walking distance.

There was little sun on swimming pool (most likely due to seasonal). Only one bathroom upstairs. Cat stole our food but it was still cute :)

صراحه المكان انصدمت فيه مافيه نظافه كله غبار وغير كذا اول ماوصلت دورة المياه كانت جداً قذره مو منظفينه، وموقع الفيلا لازم تمشي على الشارع الرئيسي عشان بعض السواقين مايدخلو عند الفيلا المكان ضيق جداً والمكيفات جداً سيئه اضطريت انام بالصاله لانها ابرد بشوي والإضاءات جداً خافته ومزعجه.

Het was een perfect verblijf , goede hygiëne , goede service, fijne locatie midden in het centrum maar ligt in een straatje daarom heb je rust en geen last van de drukte. Host diva was een hele aardige gastheer. Als er wat was kon je een appje sturen en werd je gelijk geholpen. Bedankt voor de leuke tijd bij jullie.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the team took very close care of us and made us feel genuinely welcomed. They delivered our room exactly as we had requested, which made our stay even more comfortable. We had rented a scooter, and the staff personally made sure everything went smoothly for us. We also experienced an unfortunate situation during our stay, and they supported us immediately and sincerely. Their help meant a lot, and overall everything was excellent. The location is very central, yet the property remains peaceful and quiet — a perfect balance. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely come back and stay here again.

The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. It was clean, but it could be taken to an even higher standard, as that detail matters greatly for an exceptional guest experience.

Location was very central to main area of Canggu yet the Villa was set back down a laneway so was very quiet. The staff were very attentive and helped at every point. I particularly want to thank Tao who went above and beyond in helping with everything.

The bedroom room (2nd floor) gets very hot at night so you will need to shut all the curtains and turn the A/C on at least an hour before bed. Both my husband and I are hot sleepers, if you are a hot sleeper maybe aim for the top room where the door can be closed (it has a door so will likely be easier to cool down).

We stayed at Zendara for the second time and would happily return again. The price-performance ratio is very fair for what you get. The location is excellent. It is right in the middle of everything, yet still surprisingly quiet, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area while still being able to relax. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, it is a solid and reliable choice. We did not really have anything to complain about and enjoyed our stay again.

The two bedroom villa was beautiful, perfectly located and tucked away from the noise of Canggu. The pool and the villa very clean. The beds and the sofa were VERY comfortable.

Unfortunatlely the air conditioning in the master bedroom was broken and we had a plug in evaporated air con unit in its place, the unit was noisy and required the window to be open. It was all fine until the Mozzies got in. The toilet in the bedroom also trickled water consistently which was annoying. However this didnt spoil the overall pleasant stay in the villa. We would come back again but they would have to lower the price slightly.

The villa was beautiful and even though it was a shared pool for the one bedroom, it was basically a giant private pool as we didn’t run into others in the pool. But the best part of the stay were the staff. Satya and the rest of the staff were so friendly and always working hard to make everything as convenient for us. Whether it be fixing the internet connection, laundry, calling for other assistance. They were amazing! There were 3 cats in the property that were so friendly. We went out of our way to look for them and play with them. Never seen cats so friendly and loving human touch. Thank you Zendara Villas for everything!

The villa had a fantastic layout and was in a superb location. Satya and staff were especially hospitable during our stay, would certainly recommend staying at this property.

Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht, wir wurden aber auf Kameras gesehen und daraufhin kam das Personal auch auf uns direkt zu. Eine Beschilderung würde dies dennoch etwas erleichtern.

The location is good.

The photos show it to be aesthetically beautiful but it’s one of the most impractical villas I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet seat was dirty when I arrived as was the sink. Half the lights didn’t work and the entire villa was quite dark. I think this is to give off a certain ambiance but it’s really not helpful. The air conditioning was too cold downstairs and too hot upstairs and the remotes to change the temperature didn’t work. The toilet seat was broken but got fixed the next day. The stairs are really dangerous so would advise anyone with mobility issues to avoid. The sink is at a weird height so the surrounding area gets wet. The pool isn’t private at all. The curtains are hard to close and when it rained there was rainwater in the villa. I wish there was better communication from Zendara about checking in and out. I had to ask rather than the information being available to me from the beginning. The WiFi was patchy and didn’t always work.

The aircon wasn’t very good, we were quite hot going to bed every evening. When I initially Booked it showed we had a villa with 2 bean bags and later it changed to a different outdoor area which wasn’t ideal for 2 people to lay down to sunbathe. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

We had a great stay at the peaceful villa. Perfect to relax in a backstreet of business Canggu. Big pool to swim and the some thoughts cleared. We really enjoyed this property.

Everything was great except that you have to walk 50m in to get to the villa through a very narrow lane where 1 car can barely reach the outside of villa

Gute Lage, die Betten waren auch toll. Das Personal ist nett, haben uns schnell einen Scooter organisiert und waren gut erreichbar.

Nebenan ist eine Baustelle, sieht auf den Fotos schöner und größer aus, draußen den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da durch die Nachbarn null Privatsphäre und es überhaupt nicht gemütlich ist. Für junge Partypeople ist es sicherlich gut, als Familie würden wir es nicht nochmal buchen.

2nd night at 5AM we were disturbed by 2 neighbours who came at their villa with a local girl and they had a big dispute for money. Couldn't sleep for 1.5 hours, local police came, it was a huge scandal. The 2 French guys after the scandal somehow stopped they jumped into the pool, talking loud and laughing. 2nd night they had also guests. What was more surprising is that the villa reservations stuff didn't have any reaction or excuses in spite of my messages. So disappointing. I don't recommend staying in a villa without security

Great location and very modern design in the villa. Great to also have a plunge pool to refresh in on a hot day.

The air con didn’t stay on all night so it got hot and the bathroom had no air con so was quite humid. Also some of the blinds didn’t work and some of the floating stairs seemed a bit loose.

Stunning villa in a central location. We were in a two bedroom villa which had full kitchen facilities (although we didn’t use them). The villa is beautifully decorated and we loved having our own pool (which was a generous size). The beds were really comfortable with great pillow options and the staff (particularly Satya who was our main contact) were lovely. The air conditioners worked well and we appreciated the mosquito repellent plug-ins that were provided.

A few things to note: The two bedroom villa is across three levels and the stairs are very steep (it was ok for us but not for someone with mobility issues). There was some construction next door, although it was only during the day and we didn’t find it too disruptive (it didn’t start til around 9am and finished late afternoon). There is only a tree lined hedge separating the villas which was pretty but meant the villa wasn’t as private as some villas 9as you could see, through the gaps, into the next villa). We found checking in/finding the property, a bit difficult as it is down a narrow lane and no one answered the WhatsApp number we had been given. It would be good to have some soap in the downstairs bathroom.

Absolutely perfect stay! We stayed in this lovely village house for 3 nights with my wife and some friends, and everything was just amazing. The decoration is top-notch — stylish, cozy, and clearly done with great taste. The location is super central, making it easy to explore the area on foot. On top of that, Satya was incredibly helpful and always available when we needed anything. We felt right at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Proximity to shops and ease of getting around.

The stairs were step, a level of fitness, not appropriate for anyone less mobile. Should have this noted in the facilities. One of our group needed to change to another location due to hip issues, stairs were too dangerous for him to climb daily. Otherwise I was impressed with service and everything else.
