The location was really good, slightly out of the hustle and bustle of everything but at the same time, walking distance to everything in Dotonbori.

Pillows were a little on the hard side.

Mieszkanie było wyposażone w podstawowe rzeczy, ale w minimalnym zakresie. W pierwszym mieszkaniu nieprzyjemny zapach, ale personel od razu, bez problemu zamienił mieszkanie na inne. W drugim mieszkaniu zapach był również wyczuwalny, tyle że już w minimalnym zakresie

Everything- location, cleanliness, comfort, washing machine and small kitchen, great shower and comfortable beds … Location is also great : close to Dotonbori but quiet and safe.

… space to move between the beds is complicated when you have medium to large suitcases (you can’t leave them anywhere else) WiFi is so weak I had to disconnect it and use mobile data to access any website.

I loved the Terrace how high up it was. The location was amazing with great views of the city. The beds were nice and fully making me feel like I was on a cloud. As someone from America it was nice to not have to fret over sorting trash.

I didn't like how small the hot tub was for the space around it. The staff wasn't very present when moving around day to day but did come clean twice though the cleaning was limited to changing towels sweeping the floor and taking out the trash. I don't know if the price was that affordable overall I think it only seems so due to the location.

Location was great, walking distance to train stations, mini markets, Dotonbori area, highly recommend. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We arrived early from Kyoto, and could checkin early. Checkin instructions were super clear and easy to follow as well.

We were staying on the 14th floor, and one of the bedroom faced the streets, and it was a bit noisy at night, but luckily i brought earplugs. The other bedroom didnt have that issue.

位置很好，在市区中心，又离最热闹的街区1-2站地铁，走走就好。民宿可以自己做饭，楼下街角有超市。挺干净。4张床。大家都睡的不错。总体符合我的要求。

Posizione centralissima, in zona tranquilla, con supermarket e altri servizi in zona. Vicino alla metro e al centro città, raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento è piccolo, una delle due camere è senza finestre, come il bagno. Materassi e cuscini super. La dotazione della cucina è scarsa, ottimi lavatrice, WiFi e aria condizionata. Per asciugare i panni, c'è uno stendino volante che si applica su un'asta nella.camera più grande. Poi entrarvi diventa difficile.I gestori sono invisibili ma raggiungibili via WhatsApp.

Avrei qualche suggerimento per rendere il soggiorno più facile e piacevole. Aggiungerei: tovagliette, strofinacci, coltelli, una o due pentole in più, luce per leggere vicino al letto, stendino nuovo. Il balcone avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia extra.

This is the third time I'm staying at this hotel. I like everything - great location, great attitude of the staff. I'll definitely come back here.

The apartment was extremely clean, very nicely decorated and modern as well as comfortable. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. Check in was a breeze - contact with the owner was always available and questions answered promptly. The location was excellent- quiet around the apartment but close to walk to all the lively areas and stations. I would stay again when I am in Osaka!

I would be helpful to have more shelves or drawers for clothes but understand because of the layout it would difficult to fit. Be prepared to keep the clothes in the suitcase and find room in the bedrooms- it was fine in the end.

Overall, the accommodation was value for money and served as a convenient, cozy, and welcoming base for discovering Osaka.

Location is excellent, close to Dotonbori river and all the atteactions. The apartment is modern, nicely furnished & has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The apt was spacious enough for our family of 4 with two teenagers. The location was walkable to many spots in Osaka.

I didn't realize the proximity to the freeway, which did have some outside city traffic noises that came into the apt.

This apartment is perfectly located, it is less than 10 mins walking to Dotonbori. Near shops restaurants and places of interest. It offers the convenience of a comfortable home in a central location. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet. A welcomed calm after the very busy Dotonbori street area. 10/10 would recommend.

Useable drawers to store clothes would be good. Ventilation in the shower area could be better as to reduce mildew smells.

Very clean and all the necessary facilities are available. It’s also really close to the main attraction like Dotonburi. The host also provided very clear instructions on how to check in, check out, and they even provided a very useful maps to get to the apartment from the train station.

L’appartement est fonctionnel est relativement conforme aux photos. Nous pouvons tout de même déplorer le fait que des photos différentes soient par exemple données pour imager la salle de bain, ce qui nous a conduit à penser qu’il y en avait 2 alors qu’il n’y en avait qu’une.

L’hôte nous a sollicité pour le paiement de la taxe de séjour hors du système booking. Il nous a demandé de la régler soit par un lien internet (mais non sécurisé par booking) soit de déposer l’argent dans une boîte aux lettres en demandant une photo démontrant l’action. Comment une photo peut-elle démontrer que l’on verse l’argent dans la boîte ? Et surtout il faut adresser la photo… à nouveau par un mail hors booking. Je pense que cela contrevient aux conditions de fonctionnement du site.

Great place for a family of 4. Close to the center, and public transport. Well equipped, spotlessly clean. The owner was reachable and communicated well. Highly recommend, we would stay here again.

位置離鬧區有一段距離 不是很遠我覺得很棒 房間設有洗衣機 微波爐 冰箱等設施非常方便 我們四個人住帶了七個行李箱完全沒問題 最重要的是客服很有耐心！

It is a great place to stay, very comfortable and very close to the train station and convenience stores. Also it’s very close to the Dotonbori stores and attractions.

The room with the 2 pullout beds was cold, but there was a heater unit that helped. There were only washers and no dryer.

There was more than enough space for a group of three and overall, the rooms were really and nice and comfortable! The location was also really close by to Dotonbori, making it very convenient for us to walk back and forth to. We also really enjoyed the living space as it was super roomy which is hard to find in the Osaka area. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
