Commodities: Room size really good for Japan. A lot of free-rental amenities at the front desk for your stay.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026bom custo beneficio, tinham ate um secador de sapatos para emprestar depois da chuva que pegamos. quarto pequeno mas acomodou bem 2 pessoas, tem ate uma mesinha de trabalho. bom chuveiro, sem vista. guardaram nossas malas antes e depois do check in e out. proximo do agito de dotonbury e facil caminhar ate bamba. perto de varias linhas de metro.
o cafe da manha e melhor nas opcpes japonesas que nas ocidentais.

We tried to extend our stay, but our card ended up not working past our allotted time. The hotel staff were still respectful about it but we couldn't use the elevator ourselves so we had to wait for other random people to hopefully help us.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026飯店在小巷弄內旁邊就有一家便利商店，走路去心齋橋Uniqlo、PARCO、大丸百貨大約3-5分鐘，離道頓堀站比較近要往5號出口出站，從地下街南5出口有一部電梯可以搭，出來往前走右轉再右轉就可以看到飯店，有大型行李可以利用這個電梯。

Мы с женой прожили в отеле 16 дней, поэтому успели оценить его не как туристы на пару ночей, а как люди, которые действительно здесь пожили. В первые дни всё было нормально, но затем начались проблемы. Номер очень маленький — около 11 м². Для пары дней нормально, но для 16 дней тесно. Я заранее просил удобный стол для работы за компьютером, но получил стол шириной около 30 см — работать было крайне неудобно, приходилось сидеть практически как Скрудж Макдак. 😂 Окно полностью не открывается, но об этом нас предупредили заранее, поэтому претензий нет. Главная проблема — уборка. В отеле предусмотрена обязательная уборка, из-за которой гостя фактически просят покинуть номер. Когда мы оба заболели в Японии и температура была почти 39°C, я попросил персонал нас не беспокоить. Несмотря на это, около 13:00 мне позвонили и потребовали выйти из номера для уборки. Я объяснил, что мы больны, но услышал: «Sir, sorry, but WE HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR ROOM». В итоге мы оба, больные и с высокой температурой, были вынуждены покинуть номер и ждать окончания уборки. После этого я лично попросил больше нас не беспокоить. Только тогда нам сказали, что мы можем сами сообщать, когда готовы к уборке. На следующий день, когда мы всё ещё болели, сотрудник снова подошёл: «Clean TODAY?!» Курилка — отдельная проблема. На фотографиях она выглядит нормально, но в реальности это помещение примерно 120×200 см. Вдвоём ещё можно находиться, втроём уже тесно и душно. Присесть негде, сама курилка грязная, стены за 16 дней нормально не мыли. Поэтому часто курили снаружи. Прачечная тоже разочаровала. За стирку и сушку нужно платить около 600 йен. При таком сроке проживания информация о дополнительной оплате должна быть заметнее. Также прямо перед входом в отель лежал очень пьяный человек. Нам самим пришлось обращаться на ресепшен и просить сотрудников разобраться. В целом расположение удобное, но за 16 дней и заплаченную сумму я ожидал большего внимания, гибкости и уважения к гостям. Ужас короче.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata che non funzionava e ci hanno sostituito la camera senza problemi. Molte amenities per il bagno disponibili nella hall.
La camera molto piccola senza possibilità di mettere le valigie sotto al letto , un po’ difficile organizzarsi in due con i bagagli.

チェックインしたときアメニティの案内がなく朝まで気がつかなかった。 また、電子レンジの表記がなく存在の有無がわからず少し困りました。

Ottima la possibilità di poter prendere gratuitamente maschere viso, creme viso, etc. Camera non così piccola, riuscivamo comunque ad aprire le valigie aperte. La colazione buona, un mix tra asiatica e occidentale.

Check in forzato alle 15 ben poco sensato, soprattutto dato che la camera era disponibile dalle 12. Oltretutto, in questo modo si è creato un casino alle 15 quando una marea di clienti hanno dovuto fare check in tutti insieme.. Per non parlare degli ascensori impossibili da usare data questa "furbata" del check in alle 15 spaccate.. Inoltre, quando siamo entrati in camera questa era molto calda e il bagno era una sauna, dovevamo farci una doccia ma abbiamo scoperto che non potevamo tenere aperta la porta in quanto se l'avessimo fatto sarebbe partito l'allarme antincendio... Infine, dopo diversi hotel in Giappone con acqua gratis, qui nessuna bottiglietta d'acqua ma solo macchinette a pagamento.. C'erano cartelli ovunque che dicevano che la loro acqua dalla doccia e dal lavandino era potabile... Peccato fosse imbevibile.. Per essere un hotel in Giappone, di giapponese non aveva proprio nulla. P. S. La vista dalla camera non solo non c'era, ma era meglio tenere sempre le tende chiuse in quanto era presente un vetro opaco terribile che non permetteva di vedere nulla e dava quasi l'idea di essere sporco..

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026El hotel está muy bien ubicado y los servicios son buenos, a pesar de notarse que tiene un tiempo funcionando. Limpieza y comodidad. Tiene cerca transporte (incluso una estación que tiene tren de corta distancia a Kyoto, que es muy conveniente) y muchos restaurantes y cosas para hacer.
La habitación es un poco pequeña, En japón no suelen ser muy grandes, pero ésta planteaba alguna dificultad para abrir una valija grande en el piso. Era mi último destino y un poco más de espacio para ordenar las cosas me hubiera venido bien.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plentiful, with a great selection of local specialties that we looked forward to every morning. The combination of outstanding hospitality, excellent cleanliness, and a fantastic breakfast made our experience truly memorable. La taille de la chambre pour 3 : trop petit et difficile d'ouvrir les valises. Mais c'est la même chose dans tous les hôtels que nous avons réservés au Japon. Le matelas du canapé-lit trop dur.

Hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones en japon son mas pequeñas que en el resto de los lugares pero cumplia su funcion y era comoda. El dasayuno muy completo, todos muy atentos. Servicio de higiene personal en la recepcion.

Room might be squashy for two people but fine for one as there’s not much space for luggage etc. The window had frosted glass so no view at all, even though it was just an alley.
