Everything! The place is run professionally with the welfare of the guests as their priority. Staff are friendly, accommodating, food is very well thought of cooked delicious and with good amount of servings.

This is a beautiful place to stay. We had 2 great rooms with comfortable beds and there was a nicely equipped kitchen for our (admitedly) very basic needs. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The pool was also a highlight.

It's a little way away from Alona beach (30 min. walk), but it was possible to find tuktuks to take us back and forth. Also, despite breakfast being listed as being exceptional and 300 PHP, they don't actually offer breakfast. If you are sensitive to sound, be aware that this is right under the flight path to the airport so quite sizeable aircraft are taking off and landing right overhead.

The property was beautiful, had a lovely nature vibe. It was a bit out of town but did have local restaurants and mini markets within walking distance. Very close to the beach. It was very reasonable price to get a grab(taxi) into the town. The pool area was lovely. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was comfy. Would recommend staying here.

Our room wasnt cleaned in the 6 nights we stayed. We had to ask for extra toilet roll and our towels to be changed, wasnt a big issue for us but worth noting for others.

Great ambiance, small scale in a quiet area Lyta was a great help during our stay and extending due to canceled flight was easily arranged

Location was great, but we forgot to include breakfast in our package so ate out.

Nice swimming pool & everything I needed was in the apartment

The host and staff were very accomodating. They helped us not just in the accomodation but also guided us on our trips, even helped us arrange tours and transpo and even massage at the residence.

There were chicks and chickens roaming around the pool area, sometimes it smells like chicken poop when the wind blows.

Spacious and self sufficient

The location is not very central, but in a very quiet area just beside the Danao beach (within 10 mins walking) which offer us a nice place to go around after dinner. The apartment is excellent for 4 ppl to stay in as there are 2 bedrooms and a living room, also a well-equipped kitchen. There's also a swimming pool in the yard. The housekeeper Almira is also very nice and hospitality! Absolutely recommended!!!

The host is kind and nice. She responds quickly on our messages. A 10-min drive to the airport. You can actually see the planes flying over the house. Wifi is strong. The host provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around.

They should have put on a signage on the main street so that the other visitors will not get lost.
