Staff are friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Very nice breakfast with ocean views at their dinner hall. Overall really nice experience.

Remote are. Hard to find location especially at night.

The breakfast was a little bit lacking for options and really wasn't anything special. There was no difference between the American and continental breakfast.

I booked this hotel since it’s in front of beach, but beach wasn’t for swimming.

I like the close proximity to the beach, although it was small and shallow water it was very picturesque. It's a nice resort to relax and unwind and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. There are lovely views across the beach from the 3rd floor restaurant.

If you get one of the ocean view rooms they are decent size and have a great view. The other rooms are very small though. Bed was very comfortable which isn't easy to find in the Philippines.

Staff talks very loud starting at 6 am. The staff area is an echo chamber hall that is easily heard by all the rooms. So don't plan on sleeping in.

Easy to approach

I have to ask to change my room as the first one I booked did not match the photos and had no windows at all. The second with balcony had an extra charge on, but there was a mouce from inyard every early morning startem at 6:30 aporox. Even the staff tried to be nice, the overal is just good in terms os of mean.

Das Meer, wenn nicht gerade Ebbe ist, ist auch super, etwas seicht vielleicht zum Schwimmen aber herrlich zum Baden. Wer es ruhiger mag ist hier richtig. Zum Alona Beach, wo es von Touristen etc nur so wimmelt, kommt man mit dem Tuktuk in 5 Minuten hin.

Très loin des photos prises!!!Décharge sur le côté de l’hôtel (plastique, …), nourriture infecte , mon mari a été malade, personnel pas accueillant, tarif inadéquat avec la prestation, loin du centre, douche qui ne fonctionnait pas(filet d’eau à peine tiède)un cafard, robinetterie pas en état, globalement établissement mal entretenu, pas d’insonorisation , plage privée pas propre, et pour finir on demande une chambre pour 3 et on se retrouve avec un lit double !!!! Tout cela au tarif de 211€ les 2 nuits!! Bref À FUIR !!!

The staff was very helpful! We loved he location, and the room was very good. We stayed in 4 hotels in the last 2 weeks. This room had the most comfortable bed of all of them. Hope to be back soon!

The restaurant/bar didn't seem to have set hours. It was only staffed about 50% of the time. We ordered from grab a lot because of this. Would have been nice if the had posted hours.

I had booked an extra night seperatly. Didn't realise it was a less attractive room asked to upgrade and they wanted more than I had paid for the previous nights in same room IN ADDITION. Building works meant it would be noisy so I cancelled and checked out!

Location wasn’t the best. Not really walking distance to the main strip. So constantly paying for tuk tuk. Not much choice of food we had dinner the first night but it was awful. The tiny bit of beach they do have was full of rubbish you can only paddle there. No parasol to sit under it was way too hot to sit out so only used the pool once.

Toilet is too old and the furnitures are outdated.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le personnel, la piscine et l'emplacement mais l'hotel est en déclin, le restaurant n'est pas très bon, la literie est trop petite pour 2 personnes et très mal isolé. C'est dommage. Il y a pourtant un excellent potentiel.

El personal t’ajuda quan tens algun problema i cada dia et deixen aigua i cafè a l’habitació. Servei de bogaderia ràpid (3h).

L’habitació que ems va tocar estava al mig del passadís i no tenia ni porta, el que feia de porta eren unes finestres correderes amb un pany que no anava bé. No hi havia gens de ventilació i si posaves l’aire quedava tot condensat. La televisió no es podia apagar mai i et posaven un canal HDMI on es veia tot negre, però a la nit molestava la llum i finalment la vam desconnectar (però cada dia quan venien a fer l’habitació ens la tornaven a encendre). L’aigua calenta no funcionava i van intentar arreglar-ho però no durava més de 3 segons. Finalment vam descobrir que si obríem l’aixeta de rentar-se les mans, sortia una mica d’aigua calenta a la dutxa. Però com podeu imaginar no era gens pràctic. Els endolls no aguantaven el pes dels carregadors ni adaptadors que ens van deixar, a part estaven molt mal distribuïts. L’armari petit que té queda darrere la porta del lavabo, per tant, és poc accessible i teníem totes les coses tirades al terra a mig del pas. En resum, no va ser una estada gens confortable.

El personal es amable, podés reservar los tours en el front desk sin tener que ir a buscarlo a otro lado. Como en todos los hoteles de Filipinas, se pueden pedir toallas para llevarte a los tours/playa/piscina. La piscina mirando al mar es lo bonito que tiene el lugar. La ubicacion pegada a la playa permite que los tours de mar salgan del mismo hotel Nos permitieron mejorar de cuarto porque el que nos habían dado inicialmente tenia humedad, no habia tomas de corriente que funcionaran y medía 2x2m (no habia lugar ni para dejar las maletas)

- Las fotos que hay en booking mienten bastante el estado del hotel. Las habitaciones son chiquitas, con humedad y frazadas manchadas. Ni los enchufes funcionan bien. La verdad el estado gral fue una decepción al llegar. - el desayuno es caro para lo que incluye (no es buffet) y no estaba bueno. - si bien estás a 10 minutos en grab o tuktuk de Alona beach, el lugar está un poco aislado, caminando no llegas a ninguna parte - si no les avisas no te hacen la habitación - ojo, la playa del hotel no es para bañarse, esta llena de barcos, algas y basura.

Hotel usytuowany jest przy samym morzu. Pięknie komponował się z basenem . Piękne widoki na przypływ i odpływ. W hotelu można wynająć skuter i zwiedzić inne plaże w okolicy, a także objechać do Tarsier Sanctuary. Wynajęliśmy również w hotelu katamaran i popłynęliśmy na piękną plażę popływać z żółwiami i zobaczyć z bliska stado delfinów.

Nice view and nice pool. The bed was comfortable and spacious.

Most of the food was just okay or subpar. There were lots of bugs in the rooms so pest control wasn't being done. For this price I definitely expect pest control. The shower was either blazing hot or super cold and difficult to control the temp. Food and drinks didn't really taste as good as it should for the price. Similar in price to an American hotel but with more issues.

Is the bathroom never worked only occasionally?You never knew what you were gonna get.It was broken more than half of the time.

Swimming pool was decent. Staff was polite but professional level of knowledge was average. Well organised transport booking.

Condition of bathroom was not to standards - shower not very clean and requires maintenance. In shower cubicle not enough place to put toiletries - shower gel, shampoo etc. Hair dryer provided but in bathroom near the mirror no electricity socket. WiFi provided but it was weak and often got interrupted which led to quick usage of the date in eSim card. Several times happened power cut.

The beach was very good, the staff were always very helpful

One night for dinner I waited an hour for the restaurant on grounds to make our dinner.

It was in the quiet side of the beach but still close enough to walk to. The food tasted home-cooked and delicious. The service was friendly and very helpful. They found me my own private tuktuk driver to take me around as I was traveling solo. The hotel was clean and I had a good stay.

The view out to sea was good. At 6am every morning the tourist boats would start thier noisy diesel engines. Pool is very good and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The shore either side of the hotel was very dirty with litter.

Staff was more than wonderful extremely helpful always smiling was one of the highlights of the trip.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast service, clean pool, nice views from hotel, generally quiet and peaceful (exception noted below), and an overall pleasant experience

Not problematic for me but mentioning to be fair, hotel is located near the airport and aircraft pass overhead a few times a day. Smallish bathroom with lukewarm (not hot) water. Not the closest location to town, and recommend taking a tuk-tuk vs walking.

The staff were fantastic. The services the hotel offered were good, including airport transfers, tuk tuk for local travel, laundry service and really nice food. I wish I had checked my final bill from the hotel, as several food items appeared on it that we definitely didn’t order. Although not a big deal it did amount to over 1500 php. Maybe each time a guest uses any facilities, the staff could get them to sign the bill each time, this would minimise errors. But overall a great place to stay.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The view from the restaurant was very nice. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Good sized room. The town, which is filled with eateries and shops, is just a short motorcycle taxi trip away

I hope this is taken as a constructive criticism. May I suggest a buzzer on the restaurant bar, so that when staff are downstairs they are alerted to guests being in the restaurant

The hotel is far from luxurious, but offers all basic necessities for a family holiday. The staff is exceptional -- well mannered, cheerful, and very helpful; from the receptionists, to the waitresses at the restaurant, probably the best experience we've ever had in the Philippines. They also offer tours to visit different attractions and tourist spots around the island at a decent price.

Kitchen menu is a bit basic, but I guess that's understandable for a small family hotel. Most of the time, we were the only people at the restaurant during lunch or dinner.

Unfortunately the place is right on the flight path for flights either arriving or leaving the nearby airport so I was often woken up by a flight early in the morning. (For a holiday) the bathroom was nice but could do with some rejuvenating. Breakfast was a little pricey considering options available a short drive to Alona beach.

Loved this hotel. Very nice staff and accommodating. They were able to get us a ride to the shops and restaurants fast and easy. Swimming pool was amazing. The hotel is right on a private beach perfect for sunbathing or a small dip in the ocean

*Very poor internet connection *the toilet is not flushing *woke up with a very loud music and loud voice from the staff. *Very poor customer service. *the food is expensive but not tasty. *the glass door to the bathroom is so annoying so heavy. *the front desk staff didn’t even apologies with our experience after sharing our concerns. The worst Hotel in Panglao Bohol. Definitely not coming back again!

Very good value/money ratio. Very good low price place needing some renovation but with a very nice swimming pool. Alona beach at 10 mins/150php. Staff extremely nice.
