Kieran was an excellent caretaker. Responded promptly and accommodated any requests we had.

The smell from the garbage dump across the building was terrible. The fans in the rooms were not properly installed on the ceiling. So it felt like it could fall at any moment on high speeds and they made an annoying sound.

Location is good. Convenient to get taxi and auto. Good hot water in the room. TV also provided good. Support staff good but cleaning needs more care.

Dirty bed sheet and pillows. Smells moldy despite changing. Sofa and dining table also dusty had to ask to be wiped. Overall maintenance could have been better. Fan makes huge noise and feels like might fall anytime

The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, eg hot water kettle, hot water and good wifi. The caretaker is available always. The location is also good, can easily book a cab and order food.

A mirror in the apartment would be good. The bathrooms are really tiny but ok for a short stay. The location is central but comes with its disturbances like smelly drainage right outside the building and an extremely dusty road. TV is not working in the room. The towels provided should be better. An iron box would have been great.

the care taker kiran was always there to help. and the owner was also easy to approach and committed with. having someone reliable in a foreign country was a relief and a comfort. thank you so much for the excellent hospitality.

some things like having a mirror only in the bathroom and some electrical issues were there. however, those things were easy to ignore and whatever issues we had was addressed promptly and efficiently.

Caretaker was really kind and helpful Always ready to help with a smile. Great location, MANIPAL hospital in a walking distance. Owner was really nice too. He extended our stay on request for the same rate without any further delay.

Sofa set not so clean. Noise during late night disturbed our sleep.

It's a 2bhk. Plenty of room for a family. The caretaker responded well. Location is also ok; no problems getting Uber/Ola rides. Airport ride takes 40- 60 mins depending on time of the day..

We got the same apartment for the 2 adjacent stays, total 17 days. Apartment was ok. But the sofa in the living room was old and very uncomfortable that we couldn'tt use it. Reason why i cant give more than 4 stars. Oh well! Better luck next time, I might get a better apartment!!

Very safe, family friendly, homely, comfortable and clean place. The caretaker Kiran is a very nice person and he took good care of us🙂

The garbage strewn around in the open plot right across the apartment and the fish/chicken stall right next to the apartment building was an eye sore and smelly too, breeding flies as well. Although the location is very good, the street is not maintained well and is very smelly down the lane. Also, there was no dresser or a mirror at least in the bedroom, which would have been helpful. One of the sofa sets was not comfortable as well.

Clean, good caretaker

No board, so spent a lot of time searching, though we were at the correct location. Also there is no parking. The available 2 spots are permanently taken up by residents

It's a 2bhk apartment not a hotel room. Don't expect room service but the host is very helpful and cleaned the rooms on demand. We enjoyed our stay over there. Kitchen utensils are more than enough. Few improvements are required that they have planned. Location is also very good.

It is located next to a meat shop. Woken up by rooster cocka-doodle-do every morning. You can forget about sleeping in.

Location is good, nearby a tea centre and iyer mess. If you walk some distance , there is shopping area. Property is nearer to Malll of Asia, many udupi restaurants in a radius of 2 km. It's parallel to annatapur highway, and nearer to Airport. Provided toiletries and washing powder colour protectors. Ample parking. 24/7 reception - Caretaker who speaks many languages.

Still no mirror for face view except in washrooms, some furniture to be fitted properly.

Very well maintained, ready to move in a fully furnished flat. The staff is very good and helpful. The well equipped kitchen is an added advantage.
