I liked the ground floor and the way it was designed

First of all the check in staff , I booked a king suite particularly because I wanted certain facilities and there were 2 types , they gave us the long stay one which I didn’t choose because it didn’t have a tub and had alot of dead space and I asked the hotel staff to see something if he could manage for one night out of the 2 I was staying , beside the management staff , all other aspects were fine .

The location was very close to my office and not far from the airport. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and well-prepared options each morning. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, always willing to help with any request. I would especially like to recognize Riya, whose friendliness and exceptional customer service stood out. Riya made the checkout process smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant, leaving a very positive final impression of my stay. The combination of great hospitality, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere made my experience both comfortable and enjoyable.

Bad Food, unprofessional behavior of management staff specially night duty resident manager at reception. Poor reception at hotel door, we dragged our luggage by ourselves.

allowed to check in, thanks to not let me wait till check in time but paid my price so there is nothing to like on this booking.

charged for 1.5 days stay charges for a 12 hours actual stay simple ridiculous and guest manager Riya is a joke to the role and communications.

The front desk staff a bit slow and cold and buffet in the morning was good but the staff was all over the place our faratha took over 30 mins to come as the waiter seems to have forgotten our order

At checkin staff were stern and wouldn’t accept a cancellation of one night and didn’t speak to Booking.com to adjust the cancellation, as many hotels do after speaking to the Online booking portal.

During our stay, we noticed that the epoxy paint near the window side had not dried properly. Unfortunately, the paint spread onto my child’s legs, dress, and other belongings, causing inconvenience and discomfort. This situation was very disappointing, especially since we chose your property expecting safe surroundings and quality service. Allowing guests into a room where maintenance work was incomplete reflects poor attention to guest safety and room readiness. We paid expecting good hospitality and service standards, but our experience was not satisfactory. I also hope necessary precautions and quality checks will be implemented to ensure such incidents do not happen to other guests in the future.

I had an excellent experience. The hotel is new, and extremely clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The standout aspect, however, was the staff and their exceptional hospitality. From Maya at the front desk to Vivek at Cosmos restaurant, every interaction reflected genuine care and a strong service mindset. The team went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangalore.
