Comfortable bed. Centrally located.

The shower wasn’t great, not as clean as it could be, and the furniture is positioned to block outlets, which made using a cloak tricky for my husband.

Lost a key in washing machine. Young lady(sorry forgot her name) on desk was amazing . Actually took apart a washing machine to look ... still haven't found it tho😢

During a 6 night stay I never received housekeeping services but was informed there would be housekeeping every other day. I had to ask for clean towels.

I was fasting, so did not get to enjoy the yummies that we’re permeating through the lobby 😕.

The property was on and off of the highway…

It was not a great location to walk around. There were restaurants near by but very busy plazas.

Our room was clean, and everything seemed to be in working condition. The staff was all very pleasant to work with. The amenities all met our needs very well. The location was in a good location for our needs as well. We would recommend this as a good quality priced stay if visiting the Peabody/Salem area.

Our main complaint was the complimentary breakfast. Some of the food was good, while some food we found wasn't very good, especially the eggs/sausage variations each morning. If this were improved I think the hotel would get some great feedback. However, since it's complimentary it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The pillows could be a tad firmer as well.

Room is designed awkwardly i mean the bathroom sink is out in room while toilet is in separate room. When I paid the insidentcharge and parking fee they charged my card twice. Took over a week to get my money back

Loved the breakfast in the morning. Staff was very nice.

Pillows were too thin needed like 3 to feel like one normal pillow.

Went to check out in morning at 4am so I could get on the rd for a long trip and nobody around. I call front desk a few times but phone just kept ringing. 15 minutes went by and still no one.

Room refresh was to be every other day. Checked in on Tuesday refresh was supposed to be Thursday and it did not happen. Refreshed on Friday after saying something. Even if you do not do a full refresh you should leave enough coffee so I did not have to go to the front desk every evening for more. Last night went down at midnight for coffee for the room the front desk did not have any and said it was in storage and would bring up 4 packages. I waited up 45 min and no coffee was brought.

Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations.

That it had the sleeping arrangements we needed when no one else in the area did. Also liked it was close to all the places we wanted to visit.

There was nothing about the property I didn’t like.

There was a 200.00 hold on my account that wasn’t explained to me fully when we got there. There was a 3.00 fee for parking which was ridiculous. My daughter had a complaint due to the kids, Then, the next day a bus load of teenagers came to the hotel!!! Ummm make that make sense!

I enjoyed the free breakfast, standard nothing special. Also enjoyed the jacuzzi. Such a plus!

The pool was not too crowded. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.

Walls in one of the rooms were dirty. There was a piece of trash stuffed into a mirror in a room as well. We stayed two nights, but no trash removal happened in the rooms, and no towel/soap changes. Walls seemed very thin as all hallway and elevator traffic was easily heard within the rooms.

It was in the middle of every direction. And very convenient.

One of our nights there was a wedding and there was literally no parking at the Hotel. I asked the front desk about waiving the daily parking fee due to this and they agreed but I was charged anyway. It was the only inconvenience.

It had a pool but I was unable to use it because it had to many people in it all day. I went to use it after it should have been opened at 7am and at 845 it was still closed and I was told I could not use it

I have stayed here a few times. I was super disappointed when I booked this hotel in anticipation of using the hot tub, but it was nonfunctional. No other options available, so I stayed. This last visit, 2 days ago, there weren't major issues, but no tissues in the dispenser, no conditioner in the dispenser and no lotion in the lotion bottle. The hair dryer was falling apart as well.

No tissues, no conditioner and no lotion in the dispensers. Breakfast was luke warm. I looked for a microwave to heat things, but couldn't find one. Biscuits should be signed that there are peppers in them, as I am allergic! Surcharge for parking was not shared up front as I never had this there before.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made our stay very relaxing. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.

I like that my boys love the pool! I did get bummed out because some lady said some disturbing things about a cold case in NH so I definitely can't stop thinking about it. I had to call a tip line ans report what was told to me. It didnt bother me at first but the more it stews in my mind it does.

Lots of little problems. First the front desk attendant was very indifferent to our presence. Also, our tv was stuck on one channel and wouldn’t change. Not a big deal, we turned it off but it kept coming back on. Had to unplug power cord. Front desk guy said he knew it was an issue and was “sending someone up”. Nobody ever came to our room. Also, shower was out of shampoo, no tissues in room, and only decaf coffee in the room. Bathroom mirror quite dirty. Box spring on one of the beds had large unknown stain on it. Breakfast was good, but some more variety would be nice. Coffee was subpar, however. The eating area was very cold and drafty, and not just when the doors were slid open. The pool looked quite green before eating, but to be fair it was being cleaned by the time we were done. Two additional men’s bathrooms on property were used. The first was out of paper towel. The second one had a soap dispenser that had dead batteries. It was filled fine. There were also water stains on the tiles and uncleaned air vents on the ceiling.

Breakfast was good. Warm. Lots of options for everyone on the family. Quiet. Plenty of parking.

The pool and hot tub were both closed which was disappointing for our kids. The front of the building was under construction. None of this was told to us ahead of time. The lobby area we were detoured into smelled like mold and was dirty. The outside of the building was dingey and aged.

Breakfast was pretty good. Staff nice. Room had kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge.

No pool available. Said it was maintenance, but we were on a vacation, and had no pool to relax. Bathroom needed some love - towel rack was half off, tiles loose, grout in tiles was filthy. Light bulb burnt out our last night there. Only 1 garbage can. Could hear every time another room used water. Our toilet flushed super loud.

Staff (lady)working breakfast very rude to me. I advised her that utensils were out...juice was out and a couple more items...she said i would have to wait, that she was only one on...then when she reached under the cupboard to get utensils...she found me in dining area and said here they are..they were under cupboard..like I was supposed to know, and get them myself! Very unprofessional..

How large and accomodations were presented to us

We have to pay for parking. How pricey it was with what little we got. There was no pool or jacuzzi available because it was under renovation. They didn't notify us about it

Deadbolt lock was broken. There was a big stain in the bathtub.

Everybody was very courteous and whenever I asked for something they delivered. Mary at the front desk was very helpful and all the other people that worked there. Awesome time will definitely stay there again when coming to Massachusetts.

Comfortable mattress. There was only one mirror and since the sink didn't drain it would have been handy to have another one.

The bathroom sink drain was plugged up and the repair person couldn't fix it. There was only one trash container. The refrigerator was out of balance. We only had one tiny bar of soap.

A bit difficult with how the roads are set up, almost like it is an off ramp from a highway. Took a bit of time to get used to it.

The room had two queen beds and a sofa bed which offered a lot of sleeping space. The location of the hotel is convenient.

The room we were given was on the first floor opposite the housekeeping room, which meant we heard the door to that room banging shut every five minutes until 11pm and starting again at 6:45am. We were also near the front lobby so we heard the noise from a group tour bus that arrived late at night. The room was dark, very little natural light and only two towels even though we booked for three guests. The breakfast area is small and joins the front lobby so you have guests sitting at the tables just waiting to check out. We ended up bringing our breakfast back to our room. There were hardly any options for the buffet and a group had ripped through the buffet in the morning leaving the meagre options almost empty to depleted. The area was left in a messy state, with garbage on the counters and floors. The pool was also out of service. We ended up checking out and booking a room at a different hotel for our second night.

Location just outside Boston.

Cold showers, dirty breakfast- not tidied up. Blood stains on carpet. Hard to find , confusing roads and poor signage. Would not stay again.
