We didn't like that we had no cleaning service(we thought it would be provided) and that when we called the receptionist to get some assistance with the television, we got told to phone our host, which was quite impossible because we didn't have a direct number of the host.

Entering the premises when you are new to it is quite a mess. The staff is helpful but it was an issue when my partner arrived later. I literally had to go out to fetch them. But I guess it’s for security.

The cleaning staff of the building are very noisy.Like you hear them early morning in the corridors playing loud music talking loud without worrying about guests.

I loved the balcony view of Midrand, appreciated the smart TV with YouTube and Netflix readily available, and enjoyed the clear and kind communication we received from the host during our stay. 10/10 experience.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2024Though we struggle finding our parking and building lol. We liked that the security is tight.The unit is a nice size for two. It was also close to our friends we were visiting.
The couch wasn't so comfortable. We thought its seen it's days lol.

The staff , especially security. The hassle of trying to navigate from all the different buildings to get to reception and the apartment was an absolute inconvenience

Reviewed Sep 28, 2024Location is super with easy access to mall of Africa, secure complex, comfortable bed and very clean. Very modern and has amenities like shampoo and conditioner.
Towels were very hard. Microwave and pots were in the overhead cupboard and crockery was in the drawer which is in not practical. All other units in this complex has microwave on the counter and crockery in the overhead cupboard.so minor improvements required.
