Everything was top knotch - the bed was huge, spacious bathroom, lovely furnishings and fittings, good selection of herbal teas and coffee, and friendly host. Also the off-street parking was much appreciated.

Angela is a beautiful, creative human being and pretty nice host! I was travelling throughout the country and stayed in 24 accommodations - all in all this was the 2nd best! Beautiful studio with enough space, cozy bed, kitchen area and big bathroom. Highly recommendation!

I was there for three nights at the end of my journey and it was too short. The airport is pretty far away but that's just a negative point if you're really want to look for one.

Great central location for us when visiting different areas of Auckland. Super comfy bed and spacious bathroom with lots of bench space . Loved having a car park and really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place with a lovely host. Angela is so kind and gracious. I loved seeing her photography and her father's old photographs of Aotearoa. I would 100% stay here again.

Lovely room and central location

Angela was a very friendly, helpful live-in host. Our room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped for a stay of a couple of nights, the bed comfy and large. The fridge had milk and fresh ground coffee was supplied - great!

The 'kitchen' area was small, but had the essentials. The location was further out of town than I had appreciated (my fault) but it was quite easy to drive to and park at the waterfont.

A great well set up little self contained room with ensuite and little kitchenette within the host’s home. Very welcoming host that had made the most of the small space. Was perfect for us as we came in really tired after a long trip. Spent the night and headed out to the airport the next day. Super comfy extra large king bed with lovely sheets . Effective aircon. Everything we needed to be comfortable and we slept soundly. Very well priced.

It is a fairly small space, which was fine for a night, but would have been tight with both of us in there for much longer. (We are not small people).

It was a good location. Easy to find clean.

Beds were too soft for us. Caused us significant back pain.

Easy to find, comfortable room

Had many extras like butter, spreads, and milk. Self contained room with bathroom and kitchenette. The host was lovely. Bathroom products provided were excellent. Very quiet for sleeping and a great location.

Location was great - right by the bus stop

Proximity was good for us. Interesting place to stay and facilities were very good. The host was most helpful and welcoming, we would use this accomadation again.

The kitchen area was a little cramped and rather full of equipment.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic—quiet yet close to everything we needed. The space was generous and well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need during our visit. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and check-in was simple and hassle-free. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location wasn’t great, not near a lot of things. The room wasn’t the cleanest in certain areas.

Rooms on top of an artist studio. Angela was very welcoming and gave us a lot of nice recommendations. Bed is comfy, bathroom is clean.

Kitchen is very difficult to use. Very little space .

The host was very charming and helpful. The room was well stocked with breakfast items, condiments and drinks, including a coffee machine. The location was excellent and it was not far from shops. The park nearby was lovely. Getting there and back on the North south motorway was easy. The hosts pet friendliness was also an asset and really appreciated.a

Stairs. I was travelling with my 88 year old mother and her dog. Both of whom found it a challenge climbing it. So not really suitable for older people, i think. Having said that, the host was most accommodating in helping out with this issue.

Angela is always a fantastic and gracious host!!! The facilities provided are plentiful and clean, and the room itself is very comfortable. A massive huge bonus that there is parking provided!! I really appreciate there is two separate beds for 2 people staying! It's great for friends travelling together 👍

We found someone’s underwear and a sock next to the bed and it was not ours, the pillows were not that nice either, loud like plastic and squishy.

Everything is Perfect, the house and the room are extremely confortable and our hostess Ângela is a very nice person. She showed us the shoppings near the house and helped us to buy the bus Card.In the room she had left lots of food for breakfast or even an afternoon snack, it was so sweet and lovely!!!
