It was a large complex with a communal pool and gardens. The apartment was on the 5th floor with a lift access. It was clean and very spacious and tastefully furnished. There was a balcony easy access with dining table and chairs. A large well equipped kitchen.

There was an issue with the electrics but that was dealt with fairly swiftly.

房间设施老旧，许多地方损坏没有及时维修，床上用品品质很差，而且还有脏迹，整个卫生状况欠佳，大床房因床单脏并且没有替换的备用床单，以至于无法使用，被迫重新订酒店。本来我们预订了两天，最后与房东协商，他们同意我们提前一天退房，退还一天费用。厨房柜门是坏的（如图），马桶水箱按纽是坏的，双床房的淋浴房还有死了的苍蝇没有清扫。

Spacious, good amenities and great location

Great value accommodation in an area outside the Medina and close to a shopping mall. Within walking distance to the Medina, it also had a good variety of transport options just outside the driveway. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, including a balcony, with everything you could need for a longer stay for up to four or five people. There is a sizeable swimming pool in the grounds, and a supermarket is very close by.

Великолепная квартира в современном жилом комплексе, очень большая, чистая с двумя полноценными ванными комнатами. Прекрасный бассейн, где можно расслабиться, отличные балконы. Кондиционер в каждой комнате.

Взлетающие самолеты, но нам это не мешало, закрытые окна не пропускают шум.

Super apparemment dans une belle résidence Super accueil de Andelrazak, accueillant et à la disposition si besoin.

L’appartement est super bien équipé et les photos sont réelles, spacieux, propre et idéalement placé à côté du Menara Mall sans les inconvénients de la circulation.

Very spacious. Two good size bedrooms one with a queen size bed and ensuite. Second bedroom had two beds. A second bathroom also. Balconies off the lounge and two bedrooms. Abdrzak was so easy to contact. He phoned after we had checked in to make sure everything was all good and was very accommodating. The apartment is on the 5th floor of the complex.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé à côté de Ménara Mall. L’emplacement est idéal, très pratique pour visiter Marrakech et proche de toutes les commodités. L’appartement était impeccable, très propre et fidèle aux photos. Siham a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours disponible et attentionnée. Grâce à elle, notre séjour s’est déroulé dans les meilleures conditions. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir...

Everything about our stay was perfect. The flat was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with air conditioning in every room — a huge plus in the Marrakech heat! It was well equipped with thoughtful touches like hand soap, towels, tea, bread, and kitchen essentials that made it easy to prepare meals. The host was friendly, communicative, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent — less than 15 minutes by taxi from both the airport and train station, and shops were just a short walk away. The pool, although not very deep, was clean and wonderfully refreshing.

The location was good . The appartment is fitted to a good standard . Everything is new and the host abdrzak is fantastic making sure we were happy staying here . We had grocerys there on arrival which was a nice surprise and he also brought us a small gift when we returned home . I really good have stayed for another week or two as loved the place so much ive rebooked again for next year

Amazing apartment. Quite large and well kitted out. On arrival there was milk, bread, butter, water, eggs and a few vegetables in the fridge. Host was very friednly and the complex is spotless. Swimming pool in the grounds is clean and large enough for a swim. Would love to go back to this place. Complex is right beside a shopping mall which has a supermarket for anything required. Area has plenty of restaurants and shops.

The host provided fruit, water, milk, bread and enough food for a snack & breakfast. He is friendly and helpful and kept in touch to see if I needed anything or any help. Whilst the location is very central, almost next door to a large shopping mall with restaurants, the complex itself is very quiet with pleasant enclosed gardens and pool. Easy to get a taxi from just outside: the medina is only a 20 minute walk away and the more modern shopping streets and amenities of Gueliz & Hivernage are even closer.

Location, views, amenities, cleanliness, facilities in apartment. The owner was so friendly and helpful...picked me up from the airport, when we arrived my friend was waiting there already, Zack the owner carried our bags up and gave us a full tour of the apartment. .its on the top floor with beautiful views of the sunset and mountains. The apartment itself is gorgeous, big living/eating area out onto a lovely balcony, with Netflix if you need it ;-).. lovely kitchen with every single utensil you could need, tea, coffee milk bread all left along with washing powder for the brand new machine!!.. Full cooker, microwave..literally everything. Two lovely bedrooms and two shower rooms.. beautiful wrap around balcony with sun all day... honestly couldn't have asked for more. It's part of a very big complex which was very very peaceful even though it's right in the middle of restaurants, a mall, bars and only 10 minute from the airport. It was pretty quiet as it was Ramadan but there was a lovely little restaurant over the road where you could get a bottle of wine with your meal. Walking distance,1/2 hour, to the Medina. Moroccan people are very kind and friendly and Zack was no exception, highly recommended and would 100 per cent stay again. Thank you for a lovely experience in Marrakesh

Excellent location, right next to Menara mall. Comfortable beds with air-conditioning in all the rooms. 10 mins taxi drive to Jemma el-Fna. 10 mins to Marrakesh airport.

Everything was well organized

A Wonderful Stay! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner was very accommodating and helpful throughout our time there. Perfect for either 4 or 2 people, the house is equipped with all the necessary comforts. We were pleasantly surprised to find eggs, milk, jam, and other breakfast items waiting for us – a thoughtful touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable The location is also in a great area, with a mall and restaurants just downstairs, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, the apartament was clean and nice, the owner helped us with everything that we needed! I recommend it!

I like the view on the sunset , the flat is near to every place i wanna go , medina , airport , new town …

Locations

Excellent host, smooth communications and support in need, even preparing some food in the fridge in advance. Nice view of mountains, close to biggest shopping mall in Marrakech. Comfy and spacious bedrooms and living room. Good environment.

The kitchen facilities can be better.
