I was stuck in my room coz it was locked and can't open inside. No one dare to help me for how many minutes even I was shouted so loud I was about missed my grab ride because of it.It was so disappointing and terrifing experienced I ever had.

There’s no signage. Although the pin in the map is accurate, the address on the app and on the property is not exactly the same, there’s some guessing game there. The caretaker took some time to come out even after many ring of the door bell (it was working, I can hear it), if not for the neighbours yelling at her that there’s someone at the door, she would’ve not come out. The aircon is undersized, not enough to cool the room on a hot day.

現地ついたら電話かメールしてというメッセージがあり、メールしても返信なし。入口の雰囲気がbookingドットコムと違う。googlemapにはとなりに似たような名前があり、混乱。スタッフが当日チェックインする客を把握してるかあやしかった。夜中にだれかが部屋をノックし、ドアをガチャガチャ回してきた。なにここ？全く休まりませんでした！

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The room exceeded our expectations. This is the second time we stayed at the accomodation. This room was even better than the last one. Everything was perfect. The linnen were clean and the bed was comfortable the AC working perfect, shower and bathroom inside the room an awesome addition. Very quiet and peaceful which is what we were looking for as we needed lots of sleep before our long 30 plus hour international flight. The area is also great close to everything one needs (Bars, restaurants, supermarkets 7 11) etc. Will definitely come back again everytime we fly out of Manila. The owner was great as well and always very responsive. 10 out of 10!
The only thing missing is a mirror in the room! Everything else was perfect!

Reviewed May 6, 2026Wifi worked well. Bed was good. Location close to airport terminal 3 and surrounded by food options.
Almost impossible to find, no signage whatsoever. After asking someone where it was, I rang the doorbell and had to wait a long time for someone to answer. The whole place is rustic and bare bones. The bathroom is so tiny that it's basically a shower cubicle with a toilet in it. Water pressure was so weak that the shower and bidet were effectively unusable (you really need a shower in Manila). No toilet paper. No rubbish bin. No fridge. Ants in room. So glad I only stayed one night, though I wouldn't recommend it for even that.

Moeilijk te vinden, geen receptie of bordje waar we ons moesten melden. Wc zat heel dichtbij de douche, airco werkte slecht en het bed was echt te klein (lengte en breedte). Verder heeft het geen ramen, geen warme douche en hadden wij geen wc papier.

Neighbourhood is a bit noisy. No hot shower and the aircon is so noisy that i cannot sleep. I asked for extra bed and paid extra money. They gave me bedsheets that does not fit the bed at all and looks very worn-out and has a weird smell.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026A room for my self, not sharing. basically it is a house, and the owner rent a room inside . all the basic things you need in a room, if you only need only stay the night for sleep.
I was hoping it is not far from the airport so i can walk to the airport really early, i have the first flight, apparently it is 17 minutes walk (with 20 kg luggage) BUT, u have to walk through TOLL Road (to be honest it is forbidden to walking through) or u have to walking around (to avoid toll road) for 25 minutes, and result to broke my handle luggage :( the aircon make a noisy sound, so it is a bit hard to sleep at night. The next morning i tried go to the airport by three-cycle for 200 php, but then he stop at the church, and i have to walk through toll road again, so no point then.

Toilet seat had yellow spots, raising questions if they even change bedsheets or anything between guests... The shower had no heater, even though it's clearly visible on pictures, that's just mean. The water was not running here when we got up at 5am, the street/area itself did have water though. Don't know if they turn off the water pump at night to safe on power, but at least let your guests know... I held back because I couldn't flush and didn't want to leave a gift for the next guests, since no one cleans the bathrooms here anyway. Imagine the look on your face when you check-in, go to the bathroom and see that :D All in all, don't go if you want any comfort at all. If you're just after a cheap bed for a night before the airport it can do...

You have a small kitchen with all the basic equipment to make a breakfast etc. There was also a electric kettle that was nice. Location was in walking distance from the airport ( Terminal 3 ).
Pretty thin walls so you can hear noises outside. Lots of small ants in the kitchen area?

Rooms are in a small building where local people live. No marking on the building so you have to ask neighbors. Very basic inside: tiny bathroom with the shower right above the toilet, very low water pressure, no washbasin, only a sink in the room. Patchy wifi.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Alloggio essenziale ma dotato di tutto quel che serve per un breve soggiorno. Wifi e aria condizionata ben funzionanti. L’aeroporto (terminal 3) è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Il quartiere è molto popolare e mi è piaciuto proprio per quello, ci sono tanti negozi, ristoranti locali e non (mc Donald’s Starbucks 7eleven). Il proprietario è molto disponibile e simpatico, ci ha dato diversi consigli e abbiamo fatto piacevoli chiacchiere con lui. Grazie di tutto!

The room was as described. There were no issues. The room looks just as in the pictures. AC worked well. Got a good night sleep, bed was comfortable aside from the pillows which were too hard. Great stay for the price very convenient if flying out.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Einfache Übernachtung nahe Flughafen., sauber, nett, keine Kakerlaken. Ruhige Lage in Fussgängerbereich. Besitzer hat sogar bis spät Nachts auf uns gewartet, Wir waren nur ein paar Stunden, bis zum nächsten Flug. Und es war sehr unkompliziert. Danke!

Das TV funktionierte nicht. Der Duschschlauch war defekt. Kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Wartezeit beim Check-in 15 Minuten, da erst beim Hotelinhaber angerufen werden musste. Aber das extrem fahrlässige war das abgefüllte Trinkwasser in der gebrachten Plastikflasche. Obwohl gesagt wurde, es sei Mineralwasser, war es eine Lüge, denn es schmeckte extrem nach Chlor. Also reines Leitungswasser. Mit so einer Lüge, welche grosse Konsequenzen mit der Gesundheit haben könnte, muss ich eine sehr schlechte Note geben.

A little noisy, but expected as it is near the streets. TV is kinda complicated to connect to the internet, ended up not using it. The reception/owner does not respond via chat in booking and chat/text on personal number. I have to call.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025The property was very clean and easy to find all taxi drivers from the airport know the location so no problems, it’s situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It’s close to a lot of shops and food places, just a short 2mins walk to the local 7/11 and bbq spots. The host was very well mannered and so helpful, he even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Great value for money! Will definitely be in contact for my next stay!

Clean, comfortable room with friendly staff. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. Walking distance to terminal 3 and a short taxi ride to the other terminals.
