Samsat House Apartment Taghazout

Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend. Hat viel getan um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir brauchten frische Handtücher und bekamen sie innerhalb weniger Stunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bei der Ankunft hat es im Zimmer nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen Generell war es nicht wirklich sauber in dem Apartment (Urinflecken auf der Klobrille, dreckiger Kühlschrank, ..) Die Tür zum Balkon konnte man nicht abschließen und bei jedem Windstoß ist diese aufgegangen Wir haben uns einfach nicht wohl gefühlt weshalb wir direkt wieder ausgecheckt haben

Nothing really was great value for money

La ubicación y la terraza. El propietario es muy atento. El wifi funciona muy bien. El piso es acogedor.

La limpieza del piso y la terraza podría haber sido más minuciosa. La cama es bien dura. La instalación es vieja y hubo una fuga de gas. Por suerte, el propietario lo reparó super rápido.

Flat had everything we needed. Easy to find in a great location. The terrace had a beautiful view of the sea. Shower was nice and hot

The bathroom was very small and always damp, and the bed was rather uncomfortable.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le village avec resto, épiceries et plage à proximité. Il est spacieux avec un salon + 1 chambre avec grand lit, un coin cuisine , une salle d eau avec toilettes et un petit balcon. On peut accéder à la terrasse où dès le matin le soleil nous réchauffe tout en ayant les yeux rivés sur l'ocean. Petit + : Les serviettes de toilettes, draps et couvertures sont fournies.

Le double vitrage serait la cerise sur le gâteau ✨

Locatie en apartement was prima voor de prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. 1 min. Lopen naar stand en restaurants. Gezellige traditionele inrichting. De snelle en goede service van de contactpersoon toen bij aankomst er een probleem was met het deurslot. Binnen een uur was alles opgelost. Het was koud i.v.m. de winterperiode, dat was ook in andere hotels maar er stand een oud elektrische heater waarmee we 's avonds de slaapkamer wat konden opwarmen. De WiFi werkte goed.

Het apartement was wat rommelig, Het leek er op dat i.v.m. de winter er spullen lagen opgeslagen die normaal buiten op het terras staan. Dat geeft ook de indruk dat het niet zo schoon is. Uitzicht vanaf het terras is op het terras van de buren, maar ook wel wat zicht op zee. Tip, de waslijn hangt voor het uitzicht, hang deze aan de andere kant van het terras. 😉 Voor ons was het geen probleem want helaas was het te koud om op het dak te zitten. Maar het strand en de bars zijn om de hoek, daar hebben we heerlijk genoten.

Central and close to the sea. Very cool roof terrace with lots of space to chill out and watch sunrises and sunsets.

Beau emplacement, pas loin de la plage et restaurant autours et l’appartement est très propre, je recommande. Si je reviens à tagazoute sans hésiter j’y retournerai.

Bra läge nära strand och restauranger. Rymlig lägenhet.

Luktade avlopp i lägenheten. Dåligt med varmvatten i duschen. Generellt lite slitet - men det speglas av det låga priset. OK för 1-2 nätter.

Igiene, mancanza di asciugamani (li ho dovuti chiedere), le stoviglie erano sporche. La casa sarebbe molto carina sé non fosse così trascurata

Apartament położony bardzo blisko plaży. Blisko do sklepów, kawiarni i restauracji. Pomimo bliskości różnych obiektów w mieszkaniu było dosyć cicho. Bardzo miły właściciel apartamentu, komunikatywny i pomocny. Moja wizyta była w grudniu, noce są tu chłodne ale Abdou dostarczył nam grzejnik, jednak jest to rezydencja zdecydowanie bardziej odpowiednia na cieplejsze miesiące. Fajny taras na dachu z widokiem na morze.

Widać już ząb czasu, niektóre elementy wymagają zadbania. Wąska klatka schodowa może być problematyczna dla osób z ograniczeniem ruchowym.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable

Abdou ist ein super Gastgeber, kümmert sich intensiv und fragt, was er für einen tun kann. Über whattsapp unkompliziert erreichbar, auch oft vor Ort. Macht alles, um den Aufenthalt zu verschönern.

Wissen sollte man: Schallschutz spielt beim Häuserbau in Marokko (zumindest bis vor Jahren) nahezu keine Rolle - man bekommt somit viel von den Nachbarn mit. Gleich nebenan ist ein Basketballfeld, das wird teilweise bis spätabends bespielt, dann ist aber auch Schluss. Wilde Hunde gibt es in Taghazout zuhauf, die bellen eben auch mal nachts. Und bitte keine deutschen Maßstäbe anlegen, das Wichtigste funktioniert schon und wird auch bei Bedarf repariert. Dies bedacht, kann es ein gelungener Aufenthalt werden.

- Troppo umida - Molto rumoroso c’e un campo da basket dietro casa dove giocano fino alle 2 di notte - essendo una via centrale e non essendo una casa di nuova costruzione si sentono molto i rumori esterni - porta del terrazzo non si puó chiudere, che non e un lato negativo finche non lo diventa :)

Near the beach, comfy bed and pillows, fairly quiet, roof terrace, a bit quirky but nice to have an outside area to sit. Good cold fridge! Host was very friendly helpful and responsive to any requests.

Shower not very hot, kitchen area cramped. A little bit jaded overall. But the host and location made this insignificant.

The previous hotel quest have had diarrhea and the toilet was absolutely not cleaned. The most disgusting hotel toilet I ever have seen The bed mattress was so bad.that II still have pain in my back. It should be illegal to rent out this quality

The apartment couldn't be better located. It's just off the beach front and it's close to all amenities. The apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and whatever was missing, it was later given to us by the landlord, as requested. The landlord was friendly, helpful and on the other side of the phone whenever we needed. This was the perfect place for us! - we would recommend and definitely come back again.

The apartment wasn't particularly clean and even though this didn't seem like a concern for the landlord, we were given all the tools and materials to get it as clean as we wanted - which wasn't ideal but we had to get over this in order to start enjoying our stay. Other than cleanliness, the apartment was the perfect stay in Taghazout.

All instructions were sent by our host over WhatsApp, so we just arrived and knew how to check-in hassle-free. We were super exhausted after the day on the road, and that's why all the sounds outside didn't bother us a lot. In the morning, some neighbouring terrace hosted a yoga session that got me up for good — I chilled on the rooftop and saw the ocean rage. It's absolutely fabulous to hear the oceanic waves all the time. They live with you which is our case an undeniable plus!

unfortunately, there's a basketball/football court right behind and it's vert, very loud! every night until 1am... which is not the owners fault...

The location and the host were very nice. View from the terrasse is great, you can see a bit of the ocean but the couches were all wet and dirty so we did not enjoy it. We had hot water and the wifi was working. We were supposed to stay there 5 nights but the host was nice enough to accept to give us a refund so we can leave this property earlier.

In the description of the place, it says that there is a spa with massages and also a rental car service on site but this is not the case at all. The host can only recommend places nearby so DO NOT EXPECT TO HAVE A NICE PROPERTY INCLUDING A SPA… It is located right next to a basket ball field and a lot of people are playing there until 2-3AM and it is very noisy. The apartment was not well cleaned, we had stains on towels, sheets, an uncomfortable bed where we were pretty much scared to sleep in, very dirty fridge, all the dishes and utensils were not cleaned either so we were not comfortable to cook anything there. Shower not separated from the toilet so the bathroom floor is always wet.

Very comfortable place. We loved the location, the room, the living room to chill and the rooftop with an amazing sea view. The apartment is nice for cooking and it was very clean. Abdu is a great host always open to help you with everything you need. HIGHLY recommended place.

The location is great. There is no ocean view, from the apartment but there is no high price tag either ;-) And anyway there is a fantastic roof terrace with a pretty good view of the ocean, even though another terrace is next door (photo). All of the contacts we had with Abdou, the owner were easy, reactive and reassuring.

The cleanliness of the kitchen was disappointing.

I didn't like anything

The apartments were dirty and had not been cleaned for many months. the water drain in the bathroom was clogged and water from the shower poured onto the apartment. Renovation of the main entrance to the apartment - The owner did not prepare a safe entrance to the apartment. The gas stove is not connected to the chimney flues. Which is very dangerous for guests.

The entire apartment smelled like cat/dog pee the entire time. The bathroom itself just smelled so bad I had to hold my breath to enter. I was hoping to take a shower, but I was uncomfortable standing in the bathroom even with shoes on. There was no hand soap or towels. The neighborhood was insanely loud and a huge fight broke out outside the window at 2am. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but immediately woke up and left to go to Agadir to stay somewhere else. I wish I could get my money back.

Location was good. Terrace was pretty.

The whole place smelled like cat urine. The refrigerator was moldy. The sheets did not seem to be clean. All in all - a very disappointing experience. Would never return.

Abdou who owns the place is an absolute legend. Really helpful and welcoming, and we became friends - chilling drinking tea, watching sport together. He made me feel right at home. The location is perfect and the terrace view / chill area is also 🔥🔥

Flat spec in my apartment could be slightly higher. But any minor issues were quickly resolved.

It was a wonderful spacious apartment which had a wonderful roof terrace which had a sea view. it was centrally located

The property was hard to find as it does not have a sign on it , but locals were able to direct us , and the WiFi was occasionally intermittent but this did not affect our enjoyment of our stay.

Badr who was in charge of the property was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. the rooftop terrace was a highlight of our trip, we watched the stars for hours each night.

it could be made easier to find with just a sign perhaps, I would advise letting them know you are nearby so they wait outside for you to arrive.

The rooftop terrace was really nice! Overseeing the see and mountains!! The hostel was very nice and supportive! The location is in a very nice neighbourhood and very close to everything! Especially beach and Cafés!
