Reviewed Jun 17, 2025Peaceful area that makes you feel as if you're in the middle of the forest, yet you're in a residential area. It's close to so many amenities, yet you feel like you're getting away from the city life, but can go back there within mere minutes if you want to. Absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and great instructions from the owners. A haven to escape to!!!! Phenomenal and spacious

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025Really like the location and the facility in general. It is very private and the hot tub was amazing. The coffee machine is a brilliant touch to the house.
Upon arrival the place was not cleaned. This was due to miscommunication on the side of the owner/manager. We had to contact the cleaner and they only came to clean our place after 7 at night. We could not enjoy the facilities the first afternoon as the place was still dirty with the previous tenants dirty dishes, and bedding

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024Everything was beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay pity we could only book for 2 days. The jacuzzi was our favourite you just need to add wood and keep lid up for faster and warmer results. I would definitely this place and go again :).
Some of the bedding had stains and the neighbours dogs would run into the property. The property should think about investing in a gate as the dogs could enter easily but luckily they were harmless from where we were standing.

Reviewed Sep 24, 2024Bedroom, living room, kitchen and outdoor entertainment area was great. Very spacious, Modern and clean. We really enjoyed our braai, the coffee machine and watching some Netflix on the comfy couch.
No microwave, lack of curtains by the couch section (not much privacy there). Lights in the kitchen also flickered a bit but not a big deal.

The wood was wet and being winter the deck loungers were not packed out.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024Very quiet and cozy spot between the trees. The supply of wood was generous and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The house has it's own supply of water which was very much needed considering the water outage in Hout Bay and its continuous water problems.
Please supply a soup spoon. :-)

Reviewed Aug 3, 2024Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Furnished modern and aesthetically pleasing with great personal details. It was winter and super cold and it was great to light the indoor fire and get into a warm and snug bed because of the heated blanket that was left on for us. The host left some good red wine, rusks and marshmallows which was very sweet. It’s spacious and has glass everywhere which allows for indoor outdoor living.
