The owner stated there is a gym and pool available. It is a paid gym and the pool is not available on the weekends. The only place this is mentioned is inside the house.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026The apartment is neat and cozy and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The host is very cooperative and easily accessible and the unit is conveniently located and is just few minutes drive from Mactan International Airport.
Everything was great and there is nothing that we didnt like.

Peut-être mettre un peu plus de vaisselles/équipements pour la cuisine surtout si vous venez à 4.

Few ferral dogs on site which could be a nuisance on a night, barking etc....

The car parking for guest is challenging despite of the daily charge. When it's raining the place was flooded make it more difficult for the guest. The place was smelly due to the stagnant wastewater in the parking area.

It was to fault of the host but the entrance of the building has a terrible smell. Other than that it was on point.
