Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Das Hotel war super. Sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir wollten eine Unterkunft am Busbahnhof und dieser war vom Hotel zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war ok. Nicht viel Auswahl. Besteck war aus Plastik.

スタッフが常時フロントに座っていることが少ない。呼び出しが大変。また英語も日本語も通じない。 空調、テレビ、照明がすべて一つのコントローラーで操作できるのだが、ハングルで書いてあるため解読に 一苦労。スタッフに聞こうにも上記のように呼び出しが大変。説明書きを整備してほしい。

Reviewed Sep 17, 2024Room was spacious and very clean. The shower room was also very clean and the shwoer gel and shampoo were of excellent quality for my dry skin. There was also a boiler with instant coffee and a tea for a first morning wakeup. The Hotel is not that far away from Jeonju Hanok Village (3km approxitametely for 30 mins walk or a 5 minutes taxi ride). Around the hotel there are a few korean restaurants to choose from. Staff was friendly and very supportive though not properly English speaking.
Breakfast can be improved. Otherwise everything was excellent. A map of the neighbourhood in English could also help in moving around restaurants for late comers.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2024The hotel staff was really polite and helped if we had any questions. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were really comfortable. We really liked the hotel's rooftop, which had a view of the city.
The breakfast was very basic and there was only one big towel in our room, even though the room was meant for three people. Otherwise we liked everything :)

They don’t make up the bed every day, so wired when you came back and saw the messy bed. It was first experience, felt so bad.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2023Very modern and new hotel. Located at a side street and much less noisy as expected. We were surprised that there was a free breakfast included. It was just a small one though but ok.
The bathroom was a bit small and the sink was installed in the main room. The separation between toilet and shower could be bigger.
