byla k dispozici káva do kávovaru, jar a tablety do myčky, mýdla, ručníky Ocenila bych asi mapku Vídně z dané lokality, typy na restaurace apod. jsme dostaly před příjezdem na WA Ubytování opravdu v centru - se vším všudy (+i -):) zatemňovací závěsy skoro na všech oknech V daném domě bylo čisto, až se v nejbližším okolí dostaví, tak to bude moc pěkné ubytování

Ubytovatel neříká, že je dům uprostřed staveniště - naštěstí jsme byly o víkendu a to se nepracuje:) Měly jsme teplejší dny, v ubytování byl jen 1 větrák, asy bych dala i do ložnice, která se špatně větrá

Nous avons aimé cet appartement très propre et proche des moyens de transports.

Mais il aurait fallu préciser dans l'annonce que cet appartement est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Donc à 80 ans avec les valises ou les courses, c'est difficile. De plus l'appartement est situé dans un ensemble de grands immeubles en plein travaux ......planches en équilibre pour accéder au fond d'une cour à l'entrée de l'immeuble et nombreux bruits de travaux.

- Gute und schöne Ausstattung in Küche und Zimmer - Sehr sauber - Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat sich immer wieder nach Unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Zudem konnten bot sie uns an später auszuchecken, als sie erfahren hat, dass unser Flug erst am Abend geht - Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig finden sich verschiedene Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Zur U-Bahn-Station oder zur Straßenbahn läuft man max. 5 Minuten. Auch die inneren Bezirke sind direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns die ganze Zeit wohlgefühlt.

- Aktuell finden am Nachbarhaus Bauarbeiten unter der Woche statt. Dies wurde uns allerdings im Voraus mitgeteilt und hat uns persönlich nicht weiter gestört, da diese meist erst ab 9:00 Uhr begannen.

Curățenia, liniștea, accesul la obiectivele turistice.

Acogedor, práctico y a 20-25 minutos caminando del centro (merece la pena ir caminando porque las calles son muy bonitas) y también muy fácil de moverse en transporte público desde la localización (tanto al aeropuerto como durante la estancia). Nuestra host fue super atenta durante la estancia

The room was functional and comfortable, plenty big for two people, bathroom and toilet are split. The location was convenient to public transport.

The front building on the property that you enter through to reach the building behind is in the middle of a total renovation, windows, new balconies and some apartments being completely stripped. Felt lucky that there wasnt much construction noise when we stayed there. While the construction wasnt the building we stayed in it is the same property. I was disappointed that this was not disclosed before we stayed there as the site construction posted is from Sep 25 to Sep 26.

Si le logement n'est pas dans le centre touristique, il est parfaitement entouré de transports qui permettent d'aller partout. Le logement est propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Enfin la communication avec l'hôte est facile et efficace. Nous recommandons...

The court yard separating the apartment from the Main Street was nice, made us feel secure. The apartment was a decent size for a weeks stay and stay.

There was no parking or information on where you could park close by. There wasn’t enough towels for 6 nights and no washing watching to wash them after using. There one pillow each for the bed and single duvets. There was one tea towel, which is not enough when drying dishes after a meal. Plug sockets were hanging off the walls and there was exposed electrical wires. There was no brush to sweep up, luckily we didn’t make a mess, but if one was needed, we’d struggle with a dustpan and small brush. Only one bed side table was a little inconvenient. The hob, oven and trays were dirty and only 2 bin bags for a week’s stay. The graphite on the door is a little off putting. An iron and ironing board is not in the description of available utilities and I wouldn’t have brought my own if it was listed.

Sehr saubere, gepflegte und moderne Wohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit und gut angebunden mit Tram und U Bahn. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Leider direkt neben einem kleinen Etablissement, also für allein reisende Frauen vielleicht nicht so sicher. Das Bett war leider viel zu weich (Sage das nur für Menschen die auch gerne auf mittelharten bis harten Matratzen schlafen)

The location and space is great, very convenient and a good apartment for 2 people to stay. There were good facilities including kitchen. The hosts were excellent and went above and beyond to help us when we had issues, and I am very grateful to these ladies for solving things so quickly for us.

I wish we had known about the construction on site before we stayed, this is not the fault of the host and they have no control over this, but we were hoping for a relaxing stay and were woken up at 7am by loud construction every day which was not ideal. The shower head could be better and if replaced this would be pretty much perfect!

There’s no washing machine, which would be convenient for a longer stay but that’s just a minor improvement suggestion.

Все понравилось, очень ответственная хозяйка, дала много полезной информации о локации апартаментов, о кафе, ресторанах, самое главное вовремя предупредила о выходных днях, мы успели купить продукты. Кухня удобная, полностью наполнена, есть душ, стиральная и посудомоечная машина

В момент нашего пребывания шли активные реставрационные работы в соседнем здании, но нам повезло, были праздничные дни, так что шум мы практически не застали. Пересеклись только на 1 день

Wie auf den Bildern ist das Apartment schön eingerichtet. Außerdem ist es sauber und (sehr) gut gelegen. Es gab zwar keine „Papierinfos“ im Appartement, aber ein sehr netter Kontrakt mit viel Restaurant- und sonstige Links per WApp

Die Ausstattung war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend . Allerdings gab es zB nur kleine Tassen, was für mich insbesondere für Teebeutel zu klein war. Ich hätte mir dafür Trinkbecher u/o eine Teekanne gewünscht.

Чистая и светлая квартира, все необходимое было, неплохой район а 5 минутах ходьбы от метро и трамвая, до центра пешком где то 25 минут. Хорошая кухонная посуда, приятная общая атмосфера.

Очень не понравилось, что велись ремонтные работы в доме и шум начинался в 7.00 утра. Об этой детали хозяева не посчитали нужным сообщить, к сожалению. Кроме того, не было базовых вещей , таких как чай, кофе, подсолнечное масло, соль, сахар, не страшно, но факт. Неожиданно на третий день было отключено отопление, опять же не страшно, на улице не было холодно, но непонятно. Вот, пожалуй и все. Не было микроволновки, посудомойки и стиральной машины, но и не нужно было. Еще деталь, у нас был 3-й этаж без лифта, об этом тоже ничего не было сказано, но нам это не мешало. В общем поставлю 8, в целом все было не плохо.

Apartment facilities were good and comfortable.

There was construction noise everyday starting at 8am so we could not sleep in late and relax anyday. Constant noise. I believe they are renovating another section of the building. Reason for an overall score of 5/10.

Die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Fotos, Ausstattung wie beschrieben, alles sauber. Bequeme Betten. Ruhige Lage im Hinterhaus, 3. Etage (ohne Fahrstuhl). Die Treppen haben uns aber nicht gestört. Sehr gute Kommunikation, nette Gastgeberin. Scheinbar wurde auch schon auf einige Kritikpunkte aus anderen Bewertungen reagiert. Top! Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Direkte Anbindung mit Tram und U-Bahn. Um die Ecke befindet sich der große Brunnenmarkt mit leckerem arabischen Frühstück, mehrere Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. sehr empfehlenswert.

We had a great communication with the owner. They were extremely efficient. Apartment is spacious and clean and with good amenities. Did not had an Ac but in July we did not need it. Location was good for us, but I am not sure if it was good for tourists. The good thing is it is close to the metro station and train that takes you to the museum quarter

It is in the 3rd floor without elevator so we had daily exercise

The apartment is clean, well equipped, quiet, with comfortable beds and it is close to public transport stations. There are many supermarkets in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the third (last floor) - not a big deal but not ideal when carrying luggage around. It gets very warm during the summer (there's no air conditioning). The doors are a bit old and noisy. There are no towel racks in the bathroom.

Beautiful apartment and well equipped. The host was amazing and super helpful. Connection to the city centre was super easy. We would definitely choose it again.

Very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom appartment. Good kitchen amenities. Close to the metro and tram station, very easy to get to the city center. I was allowed to leave my luggage in the hallway before check in. Thank you for everything, will definitely come back!

There is no elevator, but that is common for old apartment buildings in Vienna.

The appartment is amazing, first it is very well located near metro and tramway in a street adjacent to the main road, which means you have everything around (restaurant, bars, shops ...) while enjoying a quiet neighborhood. The equipment meets all your needs, from the kitchen to the living room you have everything you need to cook, store and enjoy meals. The landlord is really sweet, after one week I extended my stay so she brought me clean towels and bed sheets.

Location is excellent even if not a pretty part of the cty: well connected, wonderful market and trendy areas nearby. Very clean, with adequate facilities and furniture, good kitchen. Very quiet inner courtyard.

Very nice apartment with all you need, only the bed was too soft.

Spacious, all the basic day to day items were available in all rooms, good internet, well heated, comfortable bed and seats, good ambience and decor, high ceilings.

Great apartment, great location, groceries nearby, cafes and restaurants nearby, very close to the center. The amenities in the apartment are just great, the kitchen has everything you need. 160 m metro and trams.

In hot weather, you need air conditioning. There is no air conditioner in the apartment.

The location excepcional, a very nice a super quite place. If I come back to Viena I would repeat whitout any dude. Exelentt!!! I would like to thanks al the attentions for the hostess. Totally recommended. Thanks Sura
