Lokalita a komunikace byla super. Během pobytu se vyskytnul problém se zámkem hlavních dveří a okamžitě byl vyřešen. Stejně tak dovoz a odvoz na letiště.

Měli jse na začátku prosbu o dřívější snídani a byli jsme svědky velmi "živé" debaty, takže to nepůsobilo úplně splnitelně. Nakonec ovšem vše dopadlo k naší plné spokojenosti.

Wir hatten eine schöne Unterkunft und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders dankbar sind wir für ihre Unterstützung. Wir haben unser Handy im Taxi vergessen und sie haben uns geholfen, es wiederzufinden.

The property was very clean and well maintained. We were met from our taxi by our host and brought straight to the riad. I`d recommend getting the host to arrange the taxi from the airport, it makes finding and getting into the riad very easy. The breakfast was very nice and our breakfast host was very flexible if you wanted to change the breakfast times. Daily cleaning was very efficiently done. The riad is very spacious with ensuites in every bedroom and three reception areas. We were 6 adults and it was very roomy for us. It is about a 15 minute walk from the main square, so quite central. Very reasonably priced for our stay.

Merrakech is an assault on your senses, in a good way. I wish they`d ban the mopeds from the narrow laneways. If you don`t like crowds, beware. Overall though a great raid to stay in and a city definitely worth a visit.

Riad dans 1 rue populaire avec pleins de petits endroits pour manger. Environ 15 min de Jeema el fna et 20 de la place des Ferblantiers. Le patio est magnifique ainsi que le salon décorés avec gout. Merci a Badr pour son accueil.

Les salles de bains n étaient pas propres, beaucoup de cheveux, douches bouchées. Serviettes déteintes. On sent beaucoup l urine de chat tout a en haut puis dans le salon du bas. Petit déjeuner a revoir : pas assez de jus d'orange ou de thé, pain trop cuits, msemen réchauffés au four donc pas frais du jour et archi durs c'est dommage. Il manque de fleurs et de verdure sur le patio.

In the heart of the old city, if you want to see the real life in marrakesh, an amazing option, also the riad is wonderful.

The rooms were not aired, there was a damp and old air.

Le Riad est très joli et les chambres très agréables. Il est situé dans un endroit calme tout en était proche de la médina. Les petits déjeuners préparés par Zoubida étaient délicieux et variés. Les prestations proposées (navette aéroport, excursions, réservation hammam, …) étaient au top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Mieszkanie genialnie odzwierciedla klimat Maroka. Przepiękna wystrój wnętrz, funkcjonalne pomieszczenia, obsługa przemiła, bardzo czysto, codziennie dobre śniadania, pościelone łóżka. Pani kucharka bardzo pomocna i miła!

It was very cozy and clean. And the host Badr and his wife are very kind and helpful people. They were already waiting for us when we arrived by Taxi and they organised a guy whi did take care of our luggage. After a tiring day we really looked forward to return to our accomodation.

The breakfast was good but sometimes limited according the number of people were in the accomodation. Sometimes there was a bad smell out of the drain or sewage. But maybe we are just hypersensitive.

Badr etait tres sympathique, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. Le Riad est parfait, très spacieux pour 8. Zoubida est formidable aussi - incroyable cuisinière, le petit déjeuner déjà et le couscous aussi !

Nous étions 9, en famille Il y a de la place pour tout le monde, des espaces pour se retrouver. Le Riad est proche du centre tout en étant au calme

Una estada fantàstica. Un Riad amb habitacions molt confortables i ben equipades. La Zoubida ens ha preparat un sopar i un esmorzar exquisits. Una atenció immillorable.

Totes les habitacions disposen d'aire acondicionat, però algunes zones són fredes.

Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons ce riad.

El Riad es perfecto, nosotros somos un grupo de parejas que cubrimos sus cinco habitaciones y disfrutamos de unas instalaciones perfectas, limpias y muy confortables. Te preparan el desayuno a diario e incluso contratamos una cena que fue espectacular. El trato y la atención han sido perfectos y, además, contratamos los desplazamientos para el aeropuerto e, incluso, una visita guiada por una guía hispanohablante muy profesional y excelente persona. Muy satisfechos con haber elegido este Riad, con una relación perfecta de calidad y precio.

Struttura arredata con cura e pulitissima. Camere non grandi ma molto accogliente. Posizione comodissima alla Medina, alla piazza e al Quartiere degli artigiani. Servizi ottimi.

slightly off the beaten track, but actually only one direct road in so perfectly placed for peace and quiet in the evenings but you can be in the main square within 10 minutes!

Très beau logement avec une très belle décoration. Chambres indépendantes très bien. Terrasse sur le toi très agréable. La situation dans le centre est parfaite

Tout était bien

The breakfast was fine and ready to time. The cook tried to satisfy every one of us around the table.

The wifi at the property needs a lot of improvement. It does not work beyond the ground floor, none of us had access to the internet while upstairs. Then it went completely off the next day and one of the staff had to borrow us her Mifi to keep us all abreast of our communications.

Super petit déj et tajine poulet citron (sur demande) excellent. Merci beaucoup!

La ubicación y está muy coqueto

Breakfast was good, property was kept clean and was spacious. The building was furnished exquisitely.

AC should have been placed in the communal areas (living and dining rooms). There wasn’t even a fan in these areas at temperatures of higher than 40 degrees especially with babies and children, it felt like a sauna. I believe it is to save electricity considering the fact that the breakfast lady came and turned all the lights and ac’s off in the rooms when she cleaned. These were the only attributes that made the stay a little difficult but if we didn’t have these issues, the stay would have been perfect. Location looks a bit rough but the locals were very nice.

The property itself once inside and was lovely and luxurious and we would have spent another night if time allowed. It was spacious.

Breakfast was okay but we've had a lot better. Communication was very poor and I had to keep chasing them to figure out how we would check in.

We’ll we didn’t get to stay here so what can I say?

This place is notorious for double booking guests into their property and then disappearing when they’re supposed to arrive to check you in. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and book somewhere else, better get book a hotel so you’re guaranteed a bed for the night!
