The accommodation is very clean and bed is comfortable. The couple are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! Walking distance to the Tianmen entrance.

Posizione perfetta e hotel davvero bellissimo, curato e accogliente. La terrazza è un valore aggiunto, ideale sia per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro sia per godersi la colazione. Molto comodo anche il servizio di lavanderia incluso. Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale sono stati i proprietari: persone eccezionali, sempre disponibili, cordiali e simpatiche, che ci hanno aiutato in ogni momento e per qualsiasi necessità. La loro gentilezza e il loro modo di accoglierci sono andati ben oltre quello che ci si aspetta normalmente da un hotel: ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e, soprattutto, parte della loro famiglia. Siamo arrivati come ospiti e siamo ripartiti con la sensazione di lasciare degli amici. Non è un addio, ma sicuramente un arrivederci. ❤️ Grazie di cuore per tutto, per l'ospitalità, per l'affetto e per aver reso il nostro soggiorno un ricordo che porteremo con noi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Il posto è perfetto per tutte le attività intorno a Zhangjiajie. Il proprietario e sua moglie sono fantastici, accoglienti e gentilissimi, cercano di aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta e ci hanno fatto sentire come parte della famiglia. Molto caratteristico, la terrazza dove si fa la colazione e le stanze sono davvero molto belle.

Guesthouse molto carina, ottima colazione in terrazza (preparata sul momento dalla cuoca e ogni giorno diversa), proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili: la signora ci ha supportato, già prima del nostro arrivo, per l'acquisto dei biglietti dei vari parchi, il marito ci ha dato indicazioni per muoverci. Posizione comodissima per l'aeroporto e vicina a Tianmen Mountain. Il parco di Zhangjiaje è più lontano, ma facilmente raggiungibile con un Didi.

El matrimonio que lo gestiona es genial. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones están muy bien y el desayuno casero mejor aún . Además nos dieron unas lecciones de chino . Very difficult Chinese language , my friend!! 😜

Wow! We had an amazing stay here. Hotel is run by husband and wife who could not be more hospitable. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes walk from the cable car and 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is served on the room terrace and the views of Tianmen mountain from there are spectacular. The cat and dog are very cute and docile and keep to themselves in the reception. What really made this place special for us were the hosts - they really do endeavour to make you feel comfortable and try to learn English and teach some Chinese words which was super fun. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for having us, E&S.

Гостиница домашнего типа находится на тихой чистой улице недалеко от канатной дороги горы Тяньмень,. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, стремиться во всём помочь. Вечером отвела нас в кафе, где мы очень вкусно поужинали. Завтрак был приготовлен специально для нашей компании из 5 человек, очень вкусный.

The location is really good. The cable car and the central train station are in a walking distance. The hotel is run by a couple. They are super nice! Very polite and always ready to help with any problem. You will have some good time around them ;) They will even teach you some Chinese :))

The hosts, the location and the facilities were superb. The rooftop terrace has fantastic views and is a great place to enjoy your breakfast or admire the beautiful sunsets. There are so many fabulous sights nearby to go for day trips and the hosts will help you decide where to go and help with booking tickets. We had a great time during our six nights stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

The hosts were very welcoming and kind. They helped us with excursions, picked us up from the airport, and made us feel really comfortable. The breakfasts were also very delicious. Even though the hosts didn’t speak much English, we easily found a way to communicate and understand each other. They even organized a calligraphy masterclass for us, which was such a special experience.

Nothing major. The language barrier was a little noticeable sometimes, but it didn’t become a problem because the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

A wonderful guesthouse run by an incredibly kind and wonderful woman! And her wonderful team! In the evenings, we practiced Chinese calligraphy—it was a very engaging and relaxing activity. Plus, you can meet other fun travelers at the communal table :) and in the morning, they'll treat you to a delicious breakfast with an incredible view! They'll also tell you about the sights and help you buy tickets. I definitely recommend this lovely house!

The landlady is incredibly nice and helpful. She can help buy discounted tickets for various scenic areas – even cheaper than the official website prices! The beds were very clean and comfortable, and it was super quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious, with milk, coffee, and eggs. The inn is also conveniently located close to the scenic areas. Highly recommended!

La ubicación está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la entrada para la montaña de Tianmen. La habitación está bien de tamaño. La anfitriona muy amable nos ayudó a comprar las entradas para la montaña y nos ayudó en todo lo que estaba en su mano. Nos contó que está en obras para ampliar y poder ofrecer desayunos. También al día siguiente nos acercó hasta la entrada de la montaña y siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros a través de WeChat.

Hubo un percance con la calefacción de nuestra habitación, que aunque la habían revisado el mes anterior no calentaba lo suficiente. La señora nos buscó una estufa que pudimos conectar en la habitación y ya pudimos estar bien dentro de la habitación.

Tal vez el problema fue mio, es un hostel. Llegué y no había nadie para recibirme. Tuve que esperar casi una hora hasta que apareció la dueña. Básico. Al irme me pasó lo mismo, se despertó el esposo y me atendió. Los dueños parecen muy gentiles.

Súper bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de buses, súper limpio . Calentito en un día frío , impecable todo . Si has llegado aquí no dudes en reservar y alojarte aquí , no te arrepentirás . Además el marido de la dueña nos ayudó con las reservas a la montaña , fantástico

No revisan las habitaciones, primero no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, nos cambiaron de habitación y se rompió la ducha... Tampoco iba bien la puerta del baño que era de cristal, un poco de dejadez... Caro para lo que es

Ubicación a 10' del teleférico y con muchos sitios para comer. El alojamiento está todo decorado con mucho gusto. La habitación es muy bonita, cama cómoda, mosquiteras y sin ruido. Los dueños son encantadores y el marido es guía del parque por lo que os puede explicar todo sobre Zhangjiajie. Tienen un mapa gigante a la entrada. Hemos hecho dos amigos en China 😊

Ubicación muy buena si quieres visitar Tianmen (5 min del teleférico) y también al lado de la estación de Autobuses (que te lleva a Wulingyuan) y Tren. Las habitaciones están limpias, y aunque pequeñitas muy cómodas.

No ofrece toallas grandes, y no tiene servicio de comida.

The room is small but very nice. Location is good if you plan to go to Tianmen mountain,you can reach the bus/cableway station in 10-15 min on foot. We arranged with them a pick-up from the airport and everything ran smoothly. The staff is very friendly.It has air conditioner

La atención fue muy buena por parte del personal. Además de estar pendientes en todo momento a nuestros problemas o peticiones. Nos compraron las entradas de todos los parques.

Creo que en cuanto a la temperatura de las habitación debería de mejorar el servicio. El primer día nuestra habitación era muy calurosa y el aire apenas hacía nada, lo comentamos y nos cambiaron de habitación. El aire iba mejor, pero en ningún momento llegamos a estar en un ambiente acorde para el calor que hace en la calle en estas fechas.

Solo el personal que trató de ser muy servicial

Hacia muchísima calor, tanto en el hotel como en las habitaciones, nos hicieron upgrade y no pudimos estar por el calor que hacía y en la que teníamos reservada igual de calor, encima no se podía dejar en encendido el aire con antelación a la llegada por lo que era un horno. Es un guesthouse literal, el hotel estaba lleno de familiares y niños, en recepción solo vimos niños durante los 4 días que estuvimos. Si es lo que buscáis, perfecto, pero creemos que no se ajustaba a la nota que tienen en Booking.com

El personal del hotel es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo.

We found 2 cockroaches in the room. Air conditioner work so and so and it was very hot. Even if there was mosquito net to every windows, every day we found at least 3/4 mosquito, I actually didn't figure out if they were coming through the air system or what.

Bathroom would often flood into the room. Shower is almost on top of the toilet. Cockroach spotted in the bathroom. Room is only made up if requested.

The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The room is clean. It's conveniently located near the central bus station and TianMenShan cable car station. The wife & husband hosts are friendly and very helpful (communication was done via translation app). They helped with booking tickets and gave tips on the visit routes, which is especially useful for Zhangjiajie National Park given how big it is.

The host is super nice! She helped me with tickets for the parks and routes on my days. She also gave me a free snack every day (banana/apple juice/pear). She didn’t speak English but with translated app the was very kind, patient and helpful.

The bathroom is small, everything gets wet when having a shower. Toilet is practically in the shower. The shower takes 10mins to get warm (I only found out on day 3 of my stay). The location is far from the city. Only close to the tianmen cableway (15mins walk).

Amazing location - few minutes away from Tianmen Mountain as well as the train station to go to your next stop after that. The room were super comfy, and we slept really well there as well. We really enjoyed our stay there. The landlady and her husband were super kind and helpful. We had no problem to make the most out of our stay thanks to them !

The owners help us a lot with the bookings and they even accompany us to the busses. They were great!

My stay at Chonghong guesthouse was amazing, the staff treated me super well, helped me with everything I needed and even gave me food and sent me some travel tips. The place is cozy and, although it's a little bit hard to find, is well located and near the bus station (from which you can go everywhere in the city at a cheap price). I had a great night of sleep and the neighborhood is very quiet. Zhangjiajie is an incredible place and I felt I received much more than what I paid for.

The room was clean, but some of the lamps were not working. The shower worked but the hot water took some time to actually heat. There was no table in the room and it was bad for work and study

The best and coolest accommodation I had in China. The owners are wonderful, and although they don't speak English, they help wholeheartedly. It's a great pleasure to find such a hotel. Clean, nice and cheap. And a great location. I recommend!!!

Nicest host we have ever met. They helped us book tickets to attractions and even suggested routes in them. Always smiling and a pleasure to talk to.

Comfortable, 10min walk to the cableway, authentic local good food all around, very helpful reception staff, everything great. Warm building, not cold even during autumn, heating can be used if necessary.

The hotel is super well located : -10min walk if you want to join the starting point for Tianmen -300m from a bus that bring you directly to Zhangjiajie national park The room is clean and comfortable. And finally a special word for the host. She is the nicest person we have met in China so far ! She tries to help you all the time in our stay there. Many thanks to her !!

A nice first stop if you have a late flight to Zhangjiajie (It is a 10-15 minute drive by taxi from the airport), and if you want your sightseeing to start with TianMen Mountain (It is a several minutes drive by Didi taxi to the entrances for the two key cable car lines). Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The host lady is very accommodating and keen to help. There is no breakfast provided, but the lady gives some good local recommendations nearby.

Really nice staff who helped us with everything!

The owners are very nice and helped us with everything, even with the tickets to the Zhangjiajie National Park. The room is big and confortable. The location is great in Zhangjiajie city, close to the bus station for the buses to the park and to the west railway station. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. A very good experience.

The position is perfect for all the main attraction. The personal are so kind. They are happy to help you on all your need and request!

The room could be a bit more clean

The most amazing hosts. Very cozy family feeling. The owner helped us with everything, she went with us to the bus station for tickets, buy food and recommended amazing hotpot restaurant including getting a ticket for a great deal (80RMB for 2 persons). Love the place and would definitely recommend!!!

The location is very convenience. It is close to the central bus station and Tianmenshan. The room is big and clean, very comfortable. Services is super, the owner helped planning daily trips, depended on weather and time that we had. She went far and beyond to drop us off at Tianmenshan gate, just to make sure we had enough time to enjoy the place. Price value is great!

Very strategic position near bus and train station as well as cable car station to the park. Many food options around, massage center, shops. Hotel clean, quiet. Easy check in and very friendly receptionist. Very good price/value.

There were a small issue on arrival. I showed the address in Chinese from Booking.com to a taxi driver. Taxi driver used navigation, of course. From location he left me was the hotel one street away. Someone from another hotel took me there. I don't know if it was a taxi driver, booking.com app. or hotel mistake. Solved within 10 minutes but should be more easy.
