Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Die Unterkunft hat eine Terrasse mit großartigem Blick auf die Maas, die Zitadelle und die Altstadt von Dinant. Das Appartement ist riesig und superschön eingerichtet. Verbrauchsartikel inkl. Kaffeekapseln reichlich vorhanden. Von der nahe vorbeiführenden Bahnstrecke hört man nichts.
Zwischen den Schlafzimmern ist es eher hellhörig.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Ruim huis met prachtig terras en goed uitgeruste grote keuken. Alles nieuw en degelijk afgewerkt.
Geen mogelijkheid om de woonkamer snachts af te koelen want geeft direct uit op de straat en de spoorlijn (luid). Het derde bed staat in de woonkamer (slaap zetel) Er waren wel ventilatoren maar het was toch vrij warm. Een apart toilet was handig geweest.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Very well situated, modern & comfortable apartment close to the centre of Dinant. Beautiful view of the river and townsite from the very large balcony, excellent place to sit for dinner or a drink. All the kitchen items needed for a comfortable stay.
Busy road and train at the front of the property but as the bedrooms were at the back this wasn’t a problem at night. Could use a couple of larger kitchen knives for dinner prep.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Wonderful property! Clean, easy contactless access to use. Beautiful furnishings. Wonderful patio views. I would have loved to extend my stay. It was very roomy for our group of 5 people. All were pleased. Dinant was a favorite stop in our vacation.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr schön, große Dusche mit Glasabtrennung. Die tolle Terrasse zur Flussseite, mit Blick auf die Zitadelle, konnten wir wegen schlechten Wetters leider kaum nutzen. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Excellent stay and a truly wonderful experience! The accommodation was spotless, without the slightest sign of dirt, which impressed us from the very beginning. The location was very good, and the balcony by the river offered a unique and relaxing atmosphere. We were also impressed by the large number of clean towels provided, something we rarely see in Airbnb stays. The bathroom was excellent, and overall the place was perfect for relaxation. Communication with the host was immediate and seamless. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend it!!

Shower are was clogged. Very uncomfortable to take bath. Tap of sink in bathroom is hard to operate. Bunk bed makes lot of squeaking noise. Dishwasher is old and dirty.

Large bathroom. Lots of plugs and lights. Very nice terrasse on the Meuse. Splendid view. Sylvie is on top of things: excellent communications and clear / easy instructions to get in the apartment (either with you phone or with a code used on a keypad).
The mattress was a bit soft to our taste

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026De locatie was top, terras met zicht op de citadel, echt zalig hele namiddag rustig buiten gezeten. Alles was voorzien in het huisje: o.a. meer dan voldoende handdoeken en zeep, keukengerei (incl. koffie en koekjes!). Super proper en netjes, modern gerenoveerd en zeer ruime kamers. Parkeren deden we gratis aan het station en was op nog geen 2 minuten wandelen van het huisje. Op voorhand duidelijke instructies gekregen over hoe we binnen geraakte en werkte zonder problemen. Bedden waren prima, vrij zachte matras. Overall : super genoten, rustig gelegen en toch mega dicht tegen de stad, prijs-kwaliteit écht top!
Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik dan toch écht iets moet zeggen is de tafel op het terras misschien aan vernieuwing toe. Echter hebben we hier alsnog met 6 personen aan gegeten en perfect dienst gedaan.

В детской спальне пахло сыростью. На полу в гостиной были крошки. Кухонный гарнитур можно бы обновить. Он покрашен краской, которая уже облупилась возле ручек, выглядит неопрятно и некрасиво. В гостиной окна матовые и не открываются, так как выходят на шумную улицу. Поэтому получается, что красивый вид есть из спален, а из гостиной ничего не видно и там темно.

La porte de la cuisine aménagée (compartiment poubelle) est cassée. La TV ne fonctionne pas. Mais tout cela n’est absolument pas grave et ne nous a pas dérangés.

The nearest restaurant is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. We highly recommend it for a weekend stay — simply perfect.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025The house is clean & spacious for us (5 people) who stayed there overnight. The kitchen has everything we needed. The bathroom size is just right, not small. The wifi was fast.The location is perfect & near to everything. Our favorite was that it has stunning views of the river Meuse & the citadel. A bit noisy because of trains passing by but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely recommend this stay to everyone.

Het 2 persoonsbed was 140 cm breed. En het stapelbed kraakte wel. ..

Le canapé lit qui est a revoir car barre au milieu du lit Et vraiment très inconfortable ou nous dormions pas a 4 h du matin et nuit pas reposante du tout il faudrait revoir pour un nouveau canapé sinon tout était vraiment super ,l appartement comme son emplacement qui est vraiment super!
