Villa Relax

The sauna was fantastic. The kitchen is well-equipped. The host is very helpful. She gave us tea and coffee and even lit the fire for the sauna for us :)

The beds are located on the top floor, or it is more like half a floor. The ceiling is very low, so you have to enter the sleeping area like in Hobbiton. That was not nice. There is not much space for 4 adults travelling with large luggage. We had ours all spreadout in the living area.

Close to the Santa village and the airport. Had a sauna and hot tub The owner was super nice and welcoming and lives nearby The place was immaculately clean The quality of things and the effort put into decoration of the house. Close to local supermarket to buy tea/coffee and milk etc

Not much space up on the mezzanine bedrooms but we could see that from the images. Was still lovely upstairs

Nuestra estancia fue de ensueño en esa estancia, todo era perfecto, cada rincón, la anfitriona nos lo hizo tan agusto que se lo agradecemos mucho. Volveríamos ir a Rovaniemi y a esa misma estancia!

The property was exactly the same mentioned on the website and was very good. We enjoyed our stay there and the host was also very helpful.

There was hardly anything that we didn’t liked only the bus commute is little far but that’s ok.

Very friendly owners. The place is very nice. Brand new, modern systems used. Parking under roof, Sauna and pool outside. You really feel comfortable there. Close to the city markets (and ambulance around the corner if needed :) ). Bedroom with low ceiling, but just let it be so. I didn't feel bad about that, but read others comments that it is minus. You come there not to live in bedroom, but sleep during night. Ceiling in Santa village Elf's room is also low and no one is crying because of that!

If you’re looking for a serene yet authentically Finnish retreat in Rovaniemi, Relax Villa is an exceptional choice. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this charming property offers the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and convenient access to the best of Lapland. One of the standout features of the villa is its unique sauna experience, which truly embodies Finnish tradition. The sauna is heated by the same system as the living room fireplace, meaning that when you light the fire, the sauna comes to life. This clever design not only adds to the villa’s charm but also makes the experience feel even more authentic. After enjoying the sauna, you can step outside and relax in the outdoor hot tub, surrounded by the serene Arctic landscape—an ideal spot to stargaze or, if you’re lucky, marvel at the northern lights. Relax Villa is also perfectly located for exploring the area. The Rovaniemi Airport and the popular Santa Claus activities are just a 20-minute drive away, offering easy access to festive fun and winter adventures without compromising the villa’s peaceful atmosphere.
