Driveway steep and access to house a little difficult when carrying luggage. Local cat was annoying, wanted to keep coming inside and scraping on the door.

Clean & comfortable, lovely decor, artwork, books, children's toys, high chair, outside courtyard with table, umbrella, many amenities to suit a variety of guests. Hosts clearly value their customers & our environment. Well manicured gardens which enhance the views from all living spaces. Sunset & Sunrise are stunning. Peaceful & safe location. Highly recommended accommodation.

La maison est spacieuse et très confortable. On sent une grande attention portée aux petits détails : tout est pensé pour le bien-être des invités. Le propriétaire est chaleureux et accueillant, et la petite attention avec les bonbons était vraiment très appréciée. Tout est parfait, on recommande sans hésiter.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés ! J’en ai fait des roads trips,des hébergements etc mais celui reste de loin le meilleur endroit où j’ai pu dormir . Les propriétaires méritent la mention d’excellence tellement tout était parfait et bien fait pour le client. Elle est d’une propreté remarquable,les équipements sont de qualités. Le quartier est calme et paisible. Pas loin du Woolworths,d’Auckland.Dans le quartier il y’a une cascade pour se baigner .C’était un stop agréable sur notre chemin du retour. Meilleur qu’un hôtel ! On a même eu droit à des petits chocolats posé sur le lit en signe de bienvenue 🙏🏽 On ne voulait plus repartir. Mais je reviendrais c est certain.
La seule que je n’ai pas aimé c’est d’être resté seulement une nuit 😅

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Louanne and Willem are lovely, it was a peaceful home to stay at. There are plenty of places to visit especially for anyone who loves being in nature and loves walks, the town centre isn't far and there are plenty of places to choose from for food, as well as the supermarket being 5 minutes away. I will be back again in the new year with my little family 😊 I highly recommend staying here.

A thrill to open up the blinds in the morning to the most stunning views and green countryside. I lived my childhood in Meremere so it was a thrill to be back in the Waikato at 35 years :)

The dining lounge area was big, The fridge was large, big benches, microwave, dining table, comfortable couch and chairs, two bedrooms, comfortable bed, outside dining area, washing machine, beautiful spacious bathroom, great water pressure in shower, Chocolates on the bed, great decor, quiet spot. Heat pump. Would stay again.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025The hosts were so attentive -I happened to mention it was my son's birthday and he was greeted to a lovely happy birthday message and a special gift! So grateful for them creating such a happy memory for my boy and our family. The house was cozy and warm with everything you could need and so clean. The beds were really comfy and just what we needed after a long day travelling. Clear and prompt communication just made everything easy. Also really loved the special artwork all around the house - Willem is an amazing artist!

William turn on the heat pump in advance to ensure our arrival with a warm place. the entire place was super nice well maintained and very up to date in terms of technology. the WiFi connection was super fast. will definitely come back again. cheers Steven

That we didn't stay longer. We werent able to read any of the many books provided on the shelf.
