Moc krásný hotel, skvěle řešené rozložení bazénů. Zóna pro 16+ jak u bazénu tak i v restauraci, velmi cením. Naprosto skvělý, přátelský a ochotný personál kdekoliv a kdykoliv. Velmi příjemný vstup do moře, super pláž a okolí. Měli jsme každý den skvěle uklizeno, vždy s překvapením. V restauraci a v barech super obsluha, na recepci snad nejlepší servis co jsem kdy zažil. Vždy velmi slušný výběr jídla v několika hotelových restaurací. Všude nám velmi chutnalo. Velmi vřele tento hotel doporučuji, zde vážně najde každý vše co si od dovolené plné odpočinku a pohodlí jen umí představit. To musíte zažít osobně, abyste uvěřili. Každý večer parádní program, zábava a skvělé drinky. Určitě se tady na tento hotel brzy vrátím.

I booked a suite , but I received a room with twin beds beside each other no a king bed ... the room is very small not a suite and the area is not as indicated in the room dimensions and areas I was in a business trip so I didn't have time to complain

Die Lage war perfekt am schönsten Strand. Die Zimmer waren riesig und wunderschön. Ahmed Nasser hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Hassan, life guard, hat uns in 5 Minuten die Seekuh gezeigt. Shukran it was amazing

The best and cleanest hotel in all of Egypt. The service is amazing, the food is superb, the restaurants are fantastic, all the staff are excellent, and the cleanliness is beyond excellent.

الفندق رااائع بمعنى الكلمة، بداية من الترحيب بوصولنا قبل الحضور عبر رسائل الواتس اب، ثم الاستقبال والترحيب وسهولة تسجيل الدخول، ثم الاقامة كانت رائعة والجميع يخدمونك بعينوهم، حتى لحظة التوديع وتسجيل الخروج. شعرنا كأننا في منزلنا وليس في فندق، الجميع سعى جاهدا لجعل اقامتنا مميزة. جميع الموظفين من الاستقبال الى الموظفين على البحر والمسابح غلى الموظفين في المطاعم، جميعهم كانوا في غاية الاحترام والترحيب. الفندق يملك شاطيئ رملي خاص ونظيف ومنظم لأبعد الحدود، والمسامح متنوعة لجميع الأعمار، والطعام متنوع. جميع العاملين من أحمد ومحمود وحسن، وابراهيم وحسام والشيف علي شكرا لكم من القلب

كل شي كان رائع ولكن لو كان هناك شي سأطوره فهو دورة المياه (اقترح اضافة شطاف يدوي)، كذلك سأطور نوع الفعالية المسائية التي تقدم للأطفال.

Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und es ist alles immer frisch zubereitet. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr neu und es ist alles super sauber. Strand und Pool sind ein Traum !!!! Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team !

Staff davvero eccezionale, sempre sorridente, professionale e disponibile in ogni momento del soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale a Ibrahim, simpaticissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, che si è occupato con grande attenzione delle nostre camere. Hassan e Mohamed sono stati fantastici in spiaggia, sempre presenti e attenti a ogni esigenza, così come tutti i camerieri del resort, in particolare Mahmoud e Hany, che ci hanno fatto sentire accolti ogni giorno. Un enorme grazie infine ad Ahmed, che ci ha assistiti impeccabilmente fin da prima del nostro arrivo fino al check-out, soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta con gentilezza, professionalità e grande disponibilità. Persone così fanno davvero la differenza e rendono il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Really recommended resort, we had a great time! Brand new structure, excellent location, very kind staff and large and well-kept spaces. The food is also excellent, from the buffet to the à la carte restaurants. Beautiful seaside point, with turtles and dugongs and access also from the shore. Also recommended for children: slides, swimming pools, descending sea. Special thanks to all the staff and in particular to Ahmed at the reception, for his kindness and efficiency! He helped us find a small scarab lost on the taxi to the airport, and get it to Italy. Super!! Thank you so much!!

Struttura tenuta in maniera impeccabile. Pulito. Staff gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Animazione non invadente. Si mangia bene. Mare molto bello con avvistamento quotidiano di tartarughe e Dugongo.

Struttura veramente nuova e molto bella. Curata in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff decisamente molto gentile. Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo.

Sicuramente il cibo è da migliorare. Abbiamo provato sia buffet che i vari ristoranti a la carte, ma devo dire che abbiamo fatto veramente fatica. qualità molto molto bassa. Meglio meno ma di qualità superiore. Non dipende dall'hotel ma c'è da considerare che la zona è molto ventosa e alle volte si fatica un pò a stare in spiaggia per il forte vento.

Tutto. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. La location offre veramente soluzioni diverse e tutte validissime su qualsiasi aspetto (cibo, piscine, spiagge). Mi sono trovato talmente bene che sono appena tornato e sto pensando di riprogrammare per l’anno prossimo. Anche l’offerta dei ristoranti à la carte è una valida opzione da considerare prenotando

L’unica pecca è stata la difficoltà a prenotare 2 sere diverse i ristoranti à la carte tramite l’app. In ogni caso chiamando la reception sono riuscito a bloccare quello che volevo quando lo volevo.

Struttura spettacolare nuova e pulitissima

Bellissima posizione, splendida spiaggia, bella baia con qualche giardino di coralli sulla sinistra e al centro una “prateria” ricca di tartarughe giganti e dugonghi. La struttura è splendida e curata. Ottimo lavoro con il verde, ci sono piante e fiori ovunque. La nostra stanza aveva la piscina condivisa con altre stanze ed era un sogno: sembrava si snodasse come un rio tra la giungla, farci il bagno era delizioso. Peccato solo non fosse riscaldata! Tutto molto pulito. Strutture per i bambini, come gli scivoli d’acqua, e il kids club era ben costruito, fornito di attività e pulito. La Spa offre massaggi costosi ma piacevolissimi.

Il cibo non era al livello del resto del resort. Non era particolarmente buono e soprattutto non era affatto variato. Al quinto giorno non ne potevamo più di vedere sempre le stesse cose. Abbiamo provato il ristorante serale della spiaggia che era di basso livello. Molto insoddisfatti, soprattutto venendo da 5 giorni al Resort Jaz Maraya dove il cibo era sempre ottimo. Il kids club era ben costruito e molto carino ma ho trovato le animatrici un po’ poco coinvolgenti. La nostra bambina normalmente ama andarci ma qui ha deciso di stare con noi. Il personale è sempre stato gentile ma avevo l’impressione che fosse prevalentemente di cattivo umore, musone e poco felice. Mi sono fatta l’idea che non fossero trattati bene lavorativamente, ma forse è tutto nella mia testa. Le lenzuola del letto avevano una base di plastica sgradevole, ad ogni minimo movimento facevano un gran rumore!

Sehr schönes modernes All inclusive Hotel der gehobeneren Klasse. Sehr gutes Personal, schöne Anlage, saubere und gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Essen und das Programm sind abwechslungsreich. In der Bucht kann man sehr gut schnorcheln.

Trennung der Pool Bereiche. Kinder dürfen nicht im Erwachsenenbecken schwimmen, aber in der Poolarea soll man auch kein Schwimmtraining machen. Wo trainiert man also mit Kindern? Und c das bei einer toll angelegten Anlage mit langen Becken. Teilweise Unklarheit was all inclusive ist und was nicht. Beispiel: Tennisplatz frei, Paddeltennisplatz nur mit Bezahlung. Ebenso bei Restaurants. Was man wissen muss: Hotel ist in the middle of nowhere. Man braucht immer ein Taxi

Un établissement décoré avec goût, moderne et chic. Possibilité de réserver dans plusieurs restaurant le soir, en plus du buffet deja présent et qui est excellent. La nourriture et plats préparés sont plein de saveurs, très bien préparés avec un choix incroyable. En ce qui concerne l’extérieur, il y a le choix au niveau des piscines, possibilité de se retrouver au calme entres adultes ou autour d’autres piscines animés avec les enfants. Au niveau des chambres, l’espace est très agréable, salle de bain spacieuse, propres. Un espace de nuit extra et très bien décoré encore une fois. Il y a la climatisation dans les chambres bien heureusement au vu de la chaleur. Le personnel est à vos petits soins, très professionnel , souriant, agréable. L’hôtel est à 100 m de la plage, proche d’un centre de plongé. Possibilité de faire des activités en bord de mer avec tout le matériel deja sur place et fourni par l’hôtel, beach volley, pétanque….sans compter sur les transat avec matelas prêt sur place ou vous pouvez savourer une petite boisson qu’un serveur viendra vous servir. Un hôtel que nous recommandons vivement, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, c’était incroyablement reposant et ressourçant.

Cela est très subjectif mais le matelas était vraiment dur pour nous dans la chambre.

Le personnel très gentil, attentif. Très serviable. Les repas et les boissons de très bonne qualité.

Dommage que vous ne pouvons pas réserver une suite familiale pour 5. Nous avons dû prendre une suite et une autre chambre pour dormir quand même tous dans la suite familiale qui a de la place et Equipement pour 5 personnes.

La gentillesse du personnel vraiment attentionné ! La propreté,la nourriture délicieuse ! L’hôtel est magnifique et les espaces fleuris très bien entretenus !!! La deco Tout est parfait 👍 À savoir beaucoup de bébés mais ils ont un espace dédié et les adultes aussi et tout est très cool et calme !

Il faudrait insister sur le fait de porter des chaussures pour aller dans l’eau Mon mari s’est fait piquer par un poisson et nous avons passé les derniers jours à l’hôpital 😱

Es ist alles super gepflegt sauber und sehr neu. Die Zimmer sind wirklich groß. Die Mitarbeiter sind alles super lieb und höflich. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Der Strand das Wasser ist ein Traum sehr klar und man kann super schnorcheln. Aber der Strand an sich sieht jetzt nicht so hübsch aus

Das Personal war sehr serviceorientiert, die Anlage sehr ansprechend gestaltet, das Essen vielfältig und mit wirklich guter Qualität. Das nachhaltige Konzept wird im Hotel überzeugend umgesetzt.

Zunächst wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt, was nicht der gebuchten, teureren Kategorie entsprach. Erst nach längerer Diskussion wurde uns ein adäquates Zimmer einen Tag später angeboten.

De mange både der kommer udefra med turister det jagter de stakkels skildpadder og dugonger med snorkeludstyr. Det er synd for stedet og dyrene og er ikke holdbart i længden. Hotellerne bør aktivt forsøge at dette begrænses til færre både og med hviletid/pauser for dyrene.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Elite Riviera. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautiful, with a great beach, nice pools, and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The only downside for us was the food. While there is a lot of variety and the quality is generally good, many dishes (especially in the Asian and international sections) are heavily seasoned with curry spices. If you don’t like strong curry flavors, it can be quite difficult to find suitable options, and you may end up eating the same plain dishes repeatedly. Overall, we recommend the hotel for the excellent facilities and service, but be aware of the curry-heavy cuisine if you prefer milder tastes.

Tutto perfetto, adatto sia per coppie che famiglie alla ricerca di tranquillità e totale relax. Torneremo sicuramente! Staff gentilissimo e accogliente. Mare e cibo eccezionali. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'impegno per preservare la biodiversità e la natura marina tutelandoli dal turismo di massa.

struttura di lusso e si vede. posizionata a 10 min dall aereoporto e nella laguna di marsa mubarak dove puoi vedere tartarughe e dugongo ogni giorno a due passi dalla spiaggia. ristorante di una qualità altissima per l’egitto, ogni piatto aveva un sapore unico, griglia con carne e pesce fresco, pizza e gelato buoni come quelli italiani. piscine stuoende e con tanti lettini, campi da tennis, padel , basket e calcetto. vasta scelta di cocktail con alcolici internazionali inclusi. un ringraziamento al personale della stanza 6001 che è stato sempre gentile ma mai invadente

Очень хороший отель,классная территория,риф на территории отеля,куда привозят люлдей из других отелей,а там это включено в проживание)Хорошее разделение пространства,есть бассейн,где только взрослые.Отмечу персонал,за 5 дней раз 10 узнавали,всё ли хорошо у нас.

Не рекомендую отдавать в прачечную вещи на стирку,нам испортили бюстгалтер и шорты плавательные.Стоит отметить отель урегулировал данную ситуацию.Так же есть проблемы с wi-fi на территории отеля,не везде хорошо ловит.

Krásný hotel, krásné moře. V recepci vždy ochotný Moamen. Výborné jídlo, velký výběr, pestré vyžití (tenis, gym). Určitě mohu doporučit všem, je to jeden z nejlepších hotelů, kde jsme byli. Děkujeme mnohokrát.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Essen ist super, große Auswahl am Buffet, wo auch sehr viel frisch zubereitet wird, oder man kann in verschiedenen Restaurants einen Tisch reservieren und a la carte bestellen. Am Strand werden Getränke direkt zur Liege gebracht. Hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Houskeeping, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sehr gründlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail gereinigt. Auch die Gärtner waren jeden Tag sehr fleißig und machten jeden Spaziergang durchs Hotel zu einem außergewöhnlichem Erlebnis. Es war ein top Urlaub auf sehr hohem Niveau, für 10 Sterne muss aber alles passen.

3 mal haben unsere Gläser sehr gestunken (Wasser und Wein), Getränke somit ungenießbar. Service teilweise unmotiviert. Viele super nett, von manchen wurden wir jedoch teilweise ignoriert. Die Bucht vor dem Hotel ist atemberaubend schön mit einer vielfältigen Unterwasserwelt, was aber leider seeehr viele Boote anzieht und Massen an Touristen die Tiere belagern. Sehr schade.

Op de eerste plaats de hygiëne is op en top. Het personeel super vriendelijk en bekwaam. Het eten van zeer goede kwaliteit. Ze houden met alles rekening en willen niets liever dan dat de gasten alles hebben wat ze willen. Wij zijn al op veel plaatsen geweest, maar hier voel ik me thuis. Dit was onze tweede keer en zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn.

In my passport I had 37 stamps of the countries I had visited! But I have to say that it is the first time that it happens to me that the staff addresses the customer hello friend or even brother! The restaurants? Well!!! I did my military service and perhaps I ate better in the canteen of my battle! How sad!!!!

Sehr guter Service, tolle Anlage. Besonders haben mir die buchbaren Restaurants Abends gefallen.

Gäste reservieren morgens mit Handtüchern die Liegen am Pool und Strand vor. Das nervt. Hotel macht nichts dagegen. Das passt nicht zu so einem schönen Hotel.
