Experiencia pésima de principio a fin. El trato recibido fue totalmente inaceptable y carente de profesionalidad. Desde el conserje hasta la persona encargada del apartamento, la atención fue nula, con una actitud indiferente y desagradable en todo momento. La sensación fue de abandono total, como si al cliente le estuvieran haciendo un favor por alojarse allí. Muy mala organización, cero interés por ayudar y una falta absoluta de respeto y educación. Sin duda, uno de los peores lugares en los que me he alojado que no son pocos.

Lights not working in bath room No facilties in kitchen. Finally yiu will be asked to pay extra 259 dh when you leave.

The owner was reactive and communication was easy on arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the bathroom in the back bedroom was nice.

It isn't that clean... The kitchen was pretty dirty (plates, cups, etc.) and the sheets smelled. But it was cheap so you can't expect luxury for that price.

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et confortable. L'hôte est trés accueillant et disponible. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

La amplitud la limpieza y todo en general

To start with, the owner who came to drop off the keys was very unprofessional, awkward and rude. We had an afternoon flight and agreed to meet at 6PM to hand over the keys - he came at 6:35PM, made us wait 35mins standing outside. On his way to us he was walking very slow and unbothered. Once he reached us, he was unapologetic, just said hi and follow me. The trip in the lift was awkward, he kept looking at the ceiling, not an ounce of friendliness - very disappointing. Then in the apartment, most things were nice and clean but the middle room where my father in law was staying initially had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes - my FIL moved to the sofa in the middle of the night as it was affecting him. On the checkout day, the owner said he’ll come collect the keys at 12:30PM, made us wait another half an hour just to then message us to advise that we can just hand the keys to a cleaning lady there (he could’ve said that from the beginning and save us the time). As I said, unprofessional behaviour.

Nous avons rien aimer J'aimerais voir un avis positif sur cette appartement parce que ce qui est vendu est loin d'être la réalité

- Pas de lit bébé même sur demande alors que c'était disponible est gratuit lors de le réservation il faut arrêter de nous prendre pour des bête . C'est écris gratuit ça doit y être et gratuit point - Eau chaude non fonctionnel pour 5 personnes au bout de 2 personnes il faut faire une pause - Aucune climatisation sauf dans le salon , mais les propriétaires ne donne pas accès à là télécommande ( après renseignement le chauffage et payant en supplément d'après eux / mais la réservation est bien avec chauffage . La propriétaire nous dis de restée dans l'appartement pendant qu'il fait beau, quand nous jugeons que le température est a son max dans la journée , il faut vite enfermer la chaleur dans l'appartement sinon c'est un surcoût de chauffage qui n'est pas compris (28€) la semaine. Même en pratiquant cette technique un jour de 2cm cotée porte ext donc le froid rentre / poignee cotée cuisine cassé donc pas d'accès - Pour 5 personnes 2 serviettes disponible - Sur trois toilettes deux abattant cassé / la moitié des ampoules manquantes, ou à vous de les changer ( problème récurrent car un tiroir remplis d'ampoules.) - wifi au top malgré tout mais absente dans la chambre la plus loin ( pas un problème étante donné qu'il faisais 10 degrés dans l'appartement nous dormions tous dans les salons couplé et trois enfant . - attention deux jours de pluie l'eau rentre sous le seuil de porte . Lave linge plus four ça disjoncte / compteur et 15 milli normal . Il faut jongler Mousticaire je n'en ai pas vu , insonorisation très comique / à croire qu'on on vit dans la même pièce que les voisin .

I liked everything about the property it was excellent and very clean. The location was a perfect spot because it had many restaurants and activities I recommend anyone should visit it .

Appartement is ruim en schoon, gastheer is behulpzaam, mooie appartement was geweldig om er in te verblijven.

Spacieux charmant peut accommoder 6 personnes tranquillement, très bien situé et moderne. Excellent rapport qualité prix et hôte aimable.

Logement très propre est bien situé. Cependant quelques points négatifs....

Le bruit excessif dû à la circulation et aux travaux des nombreuses barres d'immeuble en face et quand il faut dormir la fenêtre ouverte car pas de clim c'est vraiment très difficile de trouver le sommeil avec la circulation et le jardin en bas de l'immeuble. L'absence de climatisation dans les chambres ( 1 seule clim sous dimensionnée dans le salon ) Coupure d'électricité plusieurs fois par jour ( ça disjoncte ) : problème d'installation ! Coupure d'eau plusieurs fois par jour , parfois toute une matinée ce qui a été le cas pour nous . Impossible de faire sa toilette avant midi donc une demi journée de perdu à rester enfermé et attendre le retour de l'eau. Enfin, absence de lumière dans les toilettes d'entrée où se trouve notamment la machine à laver.

La réactivité de la personne qui s en occupe. L emplacement , facile pour se garer, tout les commerces en bas de l'immeuble. Propre et moderne. Sécurisé

L' appartement est très spacieux et se trouve dans une résidence calme propre et proche de restaurants, salons de thé , commerces, mosquées... Sécurité au top.. parties communes très bien entretenues et hôte très agréable et communiquant. Je recommande ce logement, vous ne serez pas déçu..

Qualité de l'appartement, super grand (130m2) 3 chambres, 3 toilettes, 2 douches, j'ai rarement eu aussi bien en prestation... l'emplacement dans ce quartier prisé ou tout est accessible à pieds (restaurant, café, course diverses...) est un avantage indéniable

The apartment is very large and spacious, perfect for four people. It has two bathrooms with showers and an additional guest toilet. There were a few issues, but Mourad resolved them quickly — for example, the fridge was broken but fixed in one day. However, nothing that could ruin our holiday. The host can also help you rent a car.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the neighboring buildings still under construction.

There are so many issues with hot water.

The owner is super friendly. We informed our arrival time and he was there with keys. He’s also flexible as well. We not having change for the city tax at that time he allowed us to pay at the time of our departure. Helped us to find the hotel for dinner and breakfast near by. The sunset from the apartment is stunning. The rooms are very neat and clean. The toilets also very clean. We were a group of 5 it’s very comfortable for us . They having 3 toilets in that apartment help us to get ready very easily. The double room is very beautiful and romantic for couples. The quality of bed is very good.

Location is quiete and shops and restaurants are nearby. City is close enough. Parking in front of the complex. App is very spacious. Towels provided. Very clean. Felt like coming home.
